For the price, they do a really good massage. I've been going here to see Tassia and she is amazing. She can give a really painful, deep massage and I love it (she can do it lightly, but I always request for an intense one she gives me just that).

Went in for a regular manicure just to try out the new place. Alhtough the girl who did my nails was pleasant,quick and overall great, I would not go back. the place does not at all look professional. it is located in a house and feels like you are coming to someones home. Receptionist does not make you feel welcome at all. Again, maybe you need to spend more $ than i did on the first visit. Mind you, i went in to try and would not go back.

Very gery disappointed. I came all the way from Etobicoke and then i was there crossing yonge and sheppard they called i missed it then i called back 3x they didn’t answer.. then after 5 times they did. My appointment was at 12:45 they called me at 12:30 saying that they don’t have enough spot. So unprofessional! Also. Not a single sorry was given. Don’t go here. Youre money is going to waste..

DO NOT go here to get your eyelashes done! They fell off one by one as soon as I got home, a week later they look horrible and are mostly all gone. Waste of time and $$. I tried to message them explaining what happened and they do not even have the decency to respond to my email. Very displeased!!!

Got my eyelashes done for the first time and loved my experience. Everyone was really nice and made me feel comfortable. My service tech was great. She explained her recommendation to me as to what kind of lashes I should have and the process of putting them on and then after care for them. I was so happy that I booked my mom in the following week for her to get them done. I would recommend this place and plan on going back!

My first experience at Natural Scents was great. I received a facial, and Tassia was able to tell exactly how I should be taking care of my face based on my skin type. She was really helpful which I truly appreciated. The facial itself was extremely relaxing and it felt amazing! I left feeling refreshed, and couldn't stop looking at my face all day. I will definitely be back :).

My first time there. It was just okay. I wanted a full classic set and I what I got is just basic. I wish they were more full. Lots of space but nice looking. The girls are very knowledgeable! They answered all my questions and understood what I needed. Unfortunately the person who was suppose to be doing my lashes was occupied with someone else - and I believe I received a tech who was training - because after the novice tech was done another tech came after to fix her mistakes. The novice tech was ok and talked through the process for me. However she kept putting the sides of her hand DIRECTLY on my face. To the point where it was hard for me to breath because she was resting her hands on my nose. It wasn't pleasant at all. I kept trying to make it obvious by flaring my nostrils and moving my face but it didn't work. I felt kind of dirty after and washed my face - not my eyes though. LOL The atmosphere was okay at first and then someone else came in to talk to her friend who was doing her lashes and they talked throughout my WHOLE session - I was there for 2hrs+. It was the most annoying thing. I've had my lashes done before - I was hoping for a relaxing experience. It definitely wasn't. I'm not here to bash Natural Scents - I'm sure they do amazing jobs - My first experience was just blehhhh. I would go back again - but knowing what I would know... I would ask for an experienced tech and just make sure my overall experience works out better for me.

My rmt, (Wendy) was amazing. She listened to the troubles areas and spent a good portion of the massage on them. They also offer other services such as waxing or lashes. So I also had the waxingservice after the massage which was very coonvenient. They also had these slippers that said"Home&Relax" which were excelent because i have plantar facitis.

I have been going back to get my eyelashes done for a while now. They take their time and do a great job. You need to go back for a refill after two weeks so they have packages that include a refill. I now do them for special occasions and vacation. It is great to not have to wear makeup on vacation.

"Way to go natural scents. Keep up the good work" As a person who works 10-12 hour shifts, i often have chronic neck, shoulders and back pains. I met with RMT Wendy. She is a highly skilled, professional and caring practitioner. She will listen to concerns, very knowledgeable where she will response to your questions in such a way for you to easily understand. She is thoughtful and thorough in how she approaches your tissues where each session will not be the same as the last. I have always left feeling improved. The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. The massage rooms are always neat as well. The staffs and other RMTs at the reception area are welcoming and provide assistance with booking appointments. They make you feel at home! Also there are plenty free parking space at the back for your convenience. I highly recommend natural scents where i am now a happy regular.

I'd like to comment that the laser hair removal service is pianfree and I am already seeing excellent results after just two sessions. This place is a gem! I've been getting eyelash extensions at the most expensive places mediocre results. Wendy did such an amazing job, they feel so lightweight and the work is exceptional at a very reasonable price. I went back a few days to get some more volume and she did not charge me extra. I was not happy at all with my lash lift. My eyes were burning because she had glue in my eye and she did not use the warm bag on my eye at all. I’ve done eyelash lifts before and this is by far my worst. She did not say a word through the procedure about what she’s doing as my eyes are closed the whole time and it’s very uncomfortable. We had to remove the product instead of her cleaning out what’s in my eye before the time and she tinted my lashes and started to wipe done my lashes with a cloth which I’ve never had done before why would I keep the product for 24 hours when she wiped it off. I had a whole section on my right eye that isn’t lifted and I’m mentioning it and she’s saying it’ll look different tomorrow which makes no sense. Overall, I’m never going here again.

I have been going to Dollface for what seems like forever and it always feels like home to me. Without exception everyone there is welcoming, efficient and professional. They do an amazing job on my lashes and from the constant stream of customers while i am there, it would appear that I am not only one who finds them to be the perfect people for lash extensions! Pricing is very competitive and from what I understand probably one of the more affordable places in the city. Can't ask for better!

I went to this place for lash lifting and tinting. The girl’s name was tassia. My experience was awful. First of all the mold she has chosen for my lashes is medium size. Since I have long lashes, she should have picked up the large size. My lashes look too curly because of the wrong size of the mold. Also, after she put the glue she moved the mold and i felt an awful pain on my left eye but she didn’t make any explanation. later when she put the perm, it started to burn. After all was done, I realized that when she was moving the mold, she has pulled considerable amount of my lashes out. My right eye looks fuller in lashes and my left eye looks terrible. And all these happened just before my vacation. Don’t recommend them at all. I’m sure she was a trainee.
