Excellent professional staff. I exercise regularly and have brutal neck/back pains from sitting all day on my chair at home (remote work). The attendants are very petite but have impressive strength and skills. I always get the deep tissue sports massage and feel like I can bike 50 km after a session. They use disposable sheets to cover the table and give you freshly laundered shorts to wear something comfortable when in a session. They were obviously worn before (mad loose), but they always clean and laundered. Super professional and the service is top notch.

I had my first post lockdown covid massage here and had a great experience. I was a little nervous but happy to report that they have strict covid precautions that they have implemented. Hand sanitizer must be used upon entry, your temperature is checked, you must wear a mask throughout your whole visit, all staff and therapists are masked throughout your treatment. My massage was done by Helen and she did a great job! She checked throughout the massage to see that the pressure was good and that I was comfortable. The detox massage consisted of a deep tissue (Great for getting out all your tight knots!) Swedish massage with oil, and a great relaxing hot stone massage. They also have package deals as well for great prices.

Im rating this a 3 due to an encounter with the receptionist that was unpleasant. After a wonderful massage, which was exactly as expected as per their Groupon ad. The receptionist handed the machine for me to pay the $5 tax, that wasn't included in the Groupon coupon and yelled out in the waiting room "Are you going to Tip!?". I honestly felt uncomfortable and expressed that and left as soon as possible never to return.

I visited there for the first time using a Groupon voucher but I wasn't able to use it because I was informed that I need to wait 1 or 2 days for the voucher code to clear before use (even though I already had the voucher code in my account). The spa representative tells me that I can simple use my voucher on my next visit. Since I was there already, I decided to pay regularly and use my voucher another time. I recently tried booking another appointment to finally use my voucher, however, after calling them I found out that my voucher was only good for first time visitors. I am really disappointed that I was lied to by the Spa representative and I know they will never take responsibility if I were to bring this up. Now I am stuck with a Groupon voucher that I cant use for this place. In terms of customer service, this place is absolutely terrible. They did not care at all about my situation. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Welcoming staff- was here for three times and i always get the hot stone massage and it makes me feel better right after the Chiropractor Dr (dark hair asian guy) was rude the reason why i asked for a chiropractor and paid for it for have my back re aligned because it’s been bothering me but he said “nothing’s wrong with you next time just book if your Dr suggested it” it’s not a positive feedback to hear from a stranger and he said that just right after i told him what i do for work. its very unprofessional I would come back for a massage but not for chiropractor.

The spa is easily accessed via public transportation, if you want to take a ride of public transit service. The room was cozy, with a nice bed, dimmed light and bed drapery. The massage therapist was very knowledgeable of her trade and did her job well. She found spots where it was sore and she massaged them. She was caring and friendly. The price was very competitive, but yet very very professional. It definitely was worth it. I will return for more relaxing massage whenever I was stretched out.

They have two locations and although their new location has been updated but the maps shows previous one as well. My bad luck that i ended up there . When i reached to the new location for my service they told me they will deduct all that time from my service. I kept telling them it was their incorrect address still on maps that took me there. They were not listening to me Also when i requested pls appoint me some other time. They said we have used your coupon and we cant give you another time. Well i came here for great reviews seems like they just go by the book and dont care much about making a good experience. Never coming back because they proved it money values to them more than their customer! The receptionist is mean and cold! She needs to learn some customer service. She didnt care that i had to leave my apt because of her mean attitude and also she refused me for another apt. So apparently i wasted more than 50 dollars booking for this spa.

A couple years ago, came here for first time as advertised on Groupon. The massage was excellent and felt very relaxed after. We thought we finally found our go-to place! However, the last few times we've been here in the last six months, it seems like they changed their massage therapists and the massages are just ok now. The therapists are nice and make sure you are comfortable but they just don't have the same touch as the ones from a couple years ago.

It used to be my fave place. Treatment has been downgraded. I used the giftcards I bought from them which is a discount rate. Their masseuse used to be ppl who knew how to massage but now it seems to be ppl who were shown how to do. The one I did last month I yelped in pain and told her to stop midway. Went 2 days ago for my final card I had and she too was not professional but wasnt hurting me. Truly sad. Not sure if groupon/giftcard users get masseuse who arent real professions or with experience.

I got a first massage from groupon which was nice. The lady offered me another 60 mins massage for the same price than groupon. I accepted and paid immediately. I booked my massage appointment for the 18th of December at 2 pm, unfortunately that morning I had a car accident and had to go to the report police station which took me a while. I knew I couldn’t make it at time I texted them back to let them know that I can’t make it and ask to reschedule my appointment. They called me telling me that, They cannot reschedule neither paid me back as I wasn’t there at 2pm. The lady even told me that everything can happen to everyone so they don’t care about me getting involved in a car accident. It’s a little my fault because I trusted them and paid before my service. I didn’t even ask for a reimbursement, I just wanted to reschedule and I let them know at 10 am about my absence. I offered to send them the proof that I really couldn’t be there for my appointment and they declined. Just wanted to warn you guys. Be careful and don’t trust them at all.

I was just here the other day. It was a very relieving experience. Make sure you're aware they will ask you to take everything off except your underwear for the hot stone and oil massage. The smell in the room is very calming and the lady doing the massage was pretty good. The lady asks from time to time with regards to the pressure. However, when I responded with wanting more pressure she scoffed and continued what she was doing. I'm not sure if she didn't understand English or if she was too tired to add more strength/skill, but that was the only ill remark that I'd like to make.

Bought a voucher from Groupon, had an hour massage which it included different massages. Long story short, the massage was 1/5 never got a massage like that before in my life but at least she did her job and I got this voucher pretty cheap so I'm giving 2/5. I did not get the massager's name, but she did seem like she doesn't know what she was doing or she just fumble whatever she learned from a massage book. She roughly scrubbed my back and shoulders, wrong pressure points, and her nails kept scratching my skin. By the way, the room (on the 1st floor) was noisy from outside (I think window was open) and very bright, thus not relaxing at all. Actually I'm just giving 1 star. I mean if you want the literal meaning of "massage" go here but if you are looking for relaxing one, this is not for you. Maybe the massager had a bad day But either way, it shouldn't be like this. 0 star

Came here for a one hour detox massage. Place appeared to be clean and felt cozy. Extremely nice receptionist, arrived a bit late but they were still able to accommodate. Personally wished they did a little more work on the legs, however we were late so it is understandable. Very relaxing experience overall!

Felt very cheated! Don't buy this deal! I had bought a voucher for a '60 minute massage with aromatherapy oils and hot stones' from buytopia for this spa...so, the service was pre-paid for. When I reached there, they handed me a hand out which detailed the 60 minute break-up for the massage...covered neck, arms, back and legs...only the stones were for neck and back...Seemed fine! The 'massage' started pressure points being applied and held for long times through a toweling sheet placed on you: no oils in sight at all and hardly any 'massage' On questioning, the non- english speaking masseuse said 'later'! This was followed by 4 hot stones being placed on my back for 10 -12 minutes during which I was left alone Masseuse returned to do a 5-7 minutes massage with oils and hot stone only on the back...and then declared that the service was over. All the while I was lying on my face and only had my neck and back 'attended' to! No legs, no arms no nothing The total time the masseuse spent on me was less than 48 mins.. so, they cheated on that too..I happened to turn my phone off and on immediately before and after the service. Thus, can state this with accuracy. On bringing this to the attention of the receptionist, I was stone-walled and she would not even give me the name of the manager and took no responsibility for what was printed on the voucher and what was done...so, no customer service either.. Steer clear! While I have no problems with establishments wanting to make money for services that they render, this was deliberate 'lying and cheating'.... Definitely not a promotion to build and attract clientele, but a way to get unsuspecting folks for a disappointing outing..

WORST MASSAGE EVER! This massage was the WORST one I have experienced, and I spent the majority of it contemplating walking out during my service. The only nice thing I can say about this spa is the massage therapist who served me was very friendly but that is it. From the moment I walked in, it was a bad experience. The receptionist snapped at me for not taking my flip flops off (I never saw a sign nor expected to take my summer shoes off when it is dry and nice outside). I bought the 60 minute Detox Body Massage on Groupon. They explained to me what would be involved in the procedure and what body parts would be massaged. I asked if they could leave out my arms, hips and upper legs (as I do not like to be massaged there) and was told they can't customize, and if I wanted it left off, I would forfeit the time, which I found most frustrating and didn't leave a good impression as a new customer. What also struck me as unusual was they never asked me to fill in any forms regarding my details, areas of discomfort etc.. I was directed to the waiting room which was very bland, there were no drinks on offer, let alone water, and there was a sign on the wall stating they "decline requests of any form of sexual or unprofessional service". This sign was also in the room - something I have never seen in a spa before, and started to make me question what kind of spa I was in. When I got to the room it was very boring and empty bar for 2 massage beds. Every massage I have had in the past has a warm inviting room with a warm inviting massage bed that looks clean with fresh towels and blankets. Instead this had a flimsy piece of paper, with a thin worn out bed sheet on top. Even stranger, there was no equipment in the room - no gels, lotions, hot stones etc... that you would normally expect to see. To make matters worse, a stained pillow was brought in to prop my legs up. The massage was the oddest one I have ever had. The lighting was very bright and was never turned off during the massage. For the first 45/50 minutes the therapist kept the bed sheet over me and massaged me through the bed sheet. No oils were used. The massage itself was her pressing down for a few minutes at a time with her elbow or finger on a section of my body, with no rhyme or reason behind it, to the point where my bones were being massaged rather than my body. The Groupon included a hot stone massage. For the first 10 minutes of the hot stone massage the therapist placed them on my back in a line, with the bed sheet and some additional towels underneath them, so I actually could barely feel them at all. It was only at the end, that she used them on me for a few minutes with some oil. But instead of massaging me she just skimmed her hands along my back. The Groupon also included aromatic oils - they never materialized in the session. When it was finally over, I stood up, and felt so sick and dizzy from the massage it took about an hour to recover. The receptionist asked me how my service was, and I replied strange. Rather than ask why, she laughed in my face. Very professional! I would avoid this place at all costs!

i came here for the hot stone massage and sadly it wasn’t a great experience. first of all because of covid they massage u over a blanket - without oil - i think that might’ve been the first mistake... i had this massage a month ago my back has NEVER been the same. it hurts and it aches. i cannot sleep well without repositioning to find a spot that doesn’t hurt my back more. i now have to find a proper RMT to fix my back. don’t mess with ur spine... go to a better place. idk what kind of RMTs they have here - but this ain’t it. NEVER RECOMMEND.

I was initially worried about my upcoming appointment , considering the cool and terse atitude of the receptionist on the phone. However, when I got there everyone was pleasant and proffesional. Most important is that my MT . Helen, was excellent in my opinion, best I've had. Left her a sizeable tip for my budget. Not sure if it was the same receptionist on the phone as in the clinic but customer service should be monitored by the owner.

I went there today with a friend. We were a little late due to our GPS but there we're very nice about it. It is a clean bright spa. We did not have to wait long before our masseuses came to guide us to the room. The room was very relaxing. They have soft music in the background. They provide slippers, some terry cloth type shorts or a long sheet to cover yourself with. ( I recomend wearing underwear with full coverage in case you towel moves.) We had a 45 min massage. They are very skilled and are considerate to what pressures you find comfortable. First came the deep tissue massage, then the oil, then the hot stones. The oil was a really nice hot temperature, hot but not overly so. The stones are really nice too. I would definitely recommend this spa to a friend. They are friendly and good at what they do. Also, when you cash out upstairs they have good deals for clients on the board. One was a $350 package for 10 massages, which can be shared with a friend, or $35 for repeating clients the following week. Not sure if these are permanent deals so please ask them. Lovely place, and worth the money. :) If your GPS happens to take you to 70 Finch West instead (Which is west of yonge) it is not far. It is east of Yonge. Walk ten minutes or so east and the spa is on the North side of the road on Finch. GROUPON buyers: Just a heads up that you will need to pay the tax with was approximately $7.5, and they recommend you tip on the worth of the massage which was $60 value. I would make an appt also to ensure you have a spot.

Writing in regards to my mother’s experience. She purchased a Groupon for the detox massage and made an appointment for August 7th, 2:30pm. She took time off work to go in and treat herself and was met with a rude receptionist who claimed there was no way my mom had an appointment, and demanded she present proof of her appointment. My mom pulled up the call on her phone of her appointment after the receptionist demanded proof of when she called. The receptionist said it’s impossible we’re closed on this day, my mom pointed out that she was on the phone for 4 minutes, obviously not talking to a ghost. My mom left stressed shaking and frustrated after she wasn’t offered any condolences, apology, or an offer to accommodate. Wouldn’t give them my time or my business.

Went there with a Groupon coupon, which has an amazing deal. Overall their prices are very competitive. They have a lot of free parking space in the backyard which is a definite plus, it is 3 min walk from Finch station anyway. Both my wife and I were very happy with the massage we got, the place is neat and clean, very amicable staff. They have several thoughtful touches like heated massage bed or a pair of loose shorts to put over your lower underwear if you want/need for privacy. Recommended!

Got the 60 minute detox massage from Groupon. The massage room wasn't very nice, it was just a small room and a flimsy bed so I was worried about the massage. However the massage ended up being great. The girl who massage me used lots of pressure which I loved and the use of stones were very nice and relaxing. They mostly massaged my upper body, neck and shoulder which was perfect for me since I have chronic pain there. Nice and friendly receptionist as well. However the room was pretty cold. Because the weather is getting colder, you guys should turn up the heat in the massage rooms. I was really cold after the massage. Otherwise, great place, great price, will be visiting again!!

I purchased a Living Social Coupon from them - I had a real family emergency and try to reschedule very early the day of my appointment and the lady on the phone was RUDE and did not care. They quickly changed my coupon as used and didn't even bother saying sorry for your situation. I generally never leave reviews ever... but this is the worst massage I ever received. I got a 60 minute massage with hot stone. It was my first time trying the hot stone and that was enjoyable but however, very short. I'm certain I spent majority of my time getting elbowed in the back. I requested for more strength, and it wasn't given. There was barely any hand use. I felt like I spent at least 45 minutes with an elbow in my back that didn't move. The whole time I was there, I wanted to speak up but I couldn't get the courage to ask her what she was doing and why there was no movement even with the elbow on my back.. so I guess that's on me. I go for massages once every other month, and this has been the worst masseuse I have ever received. Maybe the other masseuses are better, I'm open to going again but will NEVER EVER recommend this girl ever. Be careful who you request for or who you get when you go :)

I got both facials and massages here. I upgraded my facial to acne treatment but was not worth the money at all. My acne were a lot more noticeable after the facial. They were swollen and the red scars lasted for days. Masseuses' level of pressure were inconsistent throughout the session. When they use their hands, it was too weak, but they use their elbows with full strength and it caused more pain than I originally was in. The non-Korean masseuses were generally worse than the Korean ones in terms of customer service. Some don't even ask which parts I want to be focused on or how the pressure is, and even when they asked, they did not customize the massage based on my request. Generally had disappointing experiences. UPDATE: I don't know if I can reply to your reply, but thank you for your sincere response. I do not recall their names, as they did not introduce themselves clearly in the first place. I was more disappointed at non-Korean masseuses as they do not change their massage style though I have asked them eg. not to use elbows or press with small areas or to have them massage while I lay on my back earlier in the session. If there is a reason why they do not want to accommodate those requests, I would at least like to know why? And sometimes the reception sees me standing there and waiting for her, but she acts like she doesn't see me and takes her good time doing something else until I decide to interrupt her after I've given her plenty of time to wrap up whatever she was doing. She rarely smiles and she sounds very unenthusiastic. And I am aware that the redness can stay on the face for few days, but I've received facials from other places, and it took the longest for the bumpiness (irritation) and the redness to die down after the one from Hue spa. I am talking about my experiences from few months ago, just in case you have new employees that are irrelevant to my experiences. I do appreciate you attending to customers' voices, so I added one more star :)

This place is from a horror story! My bf tried to do something nice for our anniversary which made for a funny story. We walked in and the red walls made for an even creepier vibe. We did not stay for massages, we were showed to the room and the tables looked very unhygienic, mesh cloth and stained towels on the table. My bf was asked to put on old used shorts and that's when we decided to leave! This is great for a budget client or someone who does not care.

The worse massage ever. Masseur was not expert. I still feel tired as if I have not gotten massage. Also I got a coupon from Groupon for oil massage. They told me that is for 15 min oil massage and they charge me $27 more for 45 min. I never come back again

I purchased two groupon for $32 each. when we arrived lady told me there will be $5 tax fee. I asked if it mentioned on groupon and she said "yes". I thought I misread so I paid tax in cash. when I came home and read my groupon purchase, it DOES NOT SAY anywhere that there is extra $5 tax fee!!! Massage was great and I was hoping to return even after promotion price but they SCAMED!!!!!! And I don't appreciated it.

I went there 2 times for massage and it was great; Facial was disappointing tho. Howevere I asked about deep cleaning tr. no extraction nor exfoliation was done. Just cleanser, mask and creams which I could do at home and the worse part was when I was leaving receptionist called me to come back and ask me to leave a tip. I might go there to get a massage but definitely no more facial.

This the worst place I've even been. 1) Was given me <--(female) a masseur(male) when i requested for a masseuse (female). Reason given is i can't choose due to i bought the vouch from groupon. 2) No leeway for customer even i explained to the reception that i'm really not comfortable been touch by a male masseur. The receptionist and her friends were laughing and loud throughout our session. We can hear them in our room. Not a relaxing session. The massage was not what we expected. They focused to much on our backs and shoulders. Not enough attention was given to other parts of our body such as our feets. The face hole was uncomfortable, there is no cushion for resting the face on... In general from booking the appointment to getting the service we are very much disappointed by the whole experience -- start to finish. But you get what you get for a groupon purchase. I even got pressured to leave a tip and was spoken behind my back for the low tip. If they deliever better service than obvious I would tip more. Terrible place.

I was just giving my 5 stars with no comment but now feel like I have to after reading some reviews, I too bought the Groupon deal first and have been offered another deal after my massage that I gladly accepted The terms were clear, if you lose your code you lose your massage, it's not to be rescheduled or refunded! My masseuse was Tina, and she was extremely knowledgeable and professional, I recommended her to my wife who is going this Wednesday. Those complaining about the elbow doesn't know what a deep tissue massage! Buy the massage that's convenient for you not just the cheapest offered!
