This Spa corresponds to the category of Spa.
So professional staff and clean furniture.
The staff was very professional, the venue is clean and relaxed. The attendant was super knowledgeable all around and knew how to treat me well.
Clean environment and great service
My wife and I love this place. We recommend this place.
Clean and well maintained Spa.... great massage... friendly staff...
Unprofessional! very disappointed of my experience! could have used my massage session elsewhere where I could get real massage. I got skin rash after massage which might be because of the oil they use. Not recommended.
I had a facial here with Joan and she was professional from beginning to the end, making sure I was very comfortable. She asked if I wanted an upgrade and recommended frequent appointments but she wasn't pushy about it which was very appreciated. The facial itself was very refreshing and included face massages throughout. Due to COVID-19, Hand and Stone Bayview Village was very generous with extending the promotional gift card I had which actually expired 4 months ago. Overall, it was a very positive and pleasant experience.
My RMT (Andrew) was amazing. I was stressed upon arrival, my back a complicated web of knots and tension. One hour later I felt like a new person. He was even able to help relieve some "tennis elbow" pain. All other staff (especially Gerard) were knowledgeable and extremely helpful and the spa itself was spotless . I was so impressed by the quality that I signed-up for a one year plan. Keep up the good work!
I had the most wonderful experience at Hand & Stone, Bayview Village. I called in for a last-minute appointment because of an intolerable sore shoulder/neck and the team quickly found me an appointment. Edna was amazing! She addressed my pain and gave it the attention it needed while also treating my whole body. I left the appointment with regained mobility in my neck after a long day of not being able to move it an inch — and I'm feeling refreshed. Can't wait to go back! Thanks, Edna :)
it was okay, when using a foam roller correctly it would have been equal results, it felt rushed, a few elbow rubs, not concentrating on the muscles... I don't think I came out less tighter than when I went in; this was in my neighbourhood, thought I'd try since my other place moved further away, in conclusion if you want a real massage not the place to go too... if you want to have an aesthetic massage with music sure... a bit pricey for that; will go back to my old place, despite having to drive an additional 15 min
I have never been let down at a Hand & Stone. This location is included.
???? very professional RMTs and also ambiance is very good
By far the worst massage I have ever received in my life. Despite calling out that the pressure is too much and screaming the therapist kept pushing. I have been crippled ever since I left and suffering bruises and shoulder back and head pain.. a thriving migraine ever since I left. There are better places in the area, save your time and money and go elsewhere that isn't a franchise
Changing my rating to a well deserved 5-star. Owner Mike has been very responsive & hands-on with any feedback/comment. Especially since their re-opening in phase 3, I feel very safe visiting this well managed location.
Great place for a massage and facial! Amazing hospitality from the staff
I booked here in the past many times. Called again first thing yesterday morning (8:59am) to book an available appointment that I received an email notifying me of. The lady took my credit card info to book. I show up and they don’t have an appointment for me. Besides saying sorry I was asked if I wanted to book for another day. I come here to relieve stress not worry about being charged for a service I didn’t get. I left work early for this. What’s the point of an appointment???
Constantly coming back for massages from Chi! They're amazing!
I have been going here for a couple of years now, I've never been disappointed
Recently had a facial here. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant. My esthetician, Rita, was very friendly and the treatment itself was great. The only thing that took away from the experience was that there was noise from an adjacent room off and on throughout the treatment. It sounded like someone was moving equipment or dragging something around. Regardless it was still a good facial and experience.
Came here for the first time last week and didn't think the massage was great tbh. There was barely any communication to begin with, and the masseur just used way too much of his forearms, was not the most satisfying. Overall, just felt like he didn't care much and just gave a super generic massage, not concentrating on any specific area. The spa did give off a very warm welcoming vibe though, so that was great. But don't think I'll be coming back
Amazing services, very professional staff for massages and facial. The location have many RMT males and female. They offer first time into price and love the hot towels after the massage. I became a member with no cost and get $30 discount for every services and many other benefits for being a member. I would highly recommend if you are looking for Spa setting with amazing price.
Great experience, reception was welcoming offering tea or water. Also helped us find parking in the underground. RMTs were professional and attentive to feedback on force and pressure. Very relaxing!
Wow - just the pick me up I needed! It's a good thing I don't live in Toronto otherwise I would spend all of my discretionary cash and disposable time at this Spa! Loved every second of my experience at Hand and Stone - BAYVIEW VILLAGE! Thank you guys! Can't wait to be back!
I was booked here to celebrate an anniversary and we got massages and facials which were both absolutely amazing !!! I highly recommend this hand and stone location prices are also good thank you
Had a great facial with Patricia! Thanks to the entire team at Hand and Stone!
Clean, professional spot. Called today that other clients tardiness would push my appointment back, buy this didn't end.upbeong the case. Appreciated the caution though. Chi was a great listener and executed flawlessly.
Chi is great! Been coming to this location since december 2020
Very good service, we had a couple massage with Fred and Kim. Both were very professional
Awful customer service.
I've been to the leaside location and was excited that a hand and stone was opening up closer to home. My first experience at this location was a couple months after they opened, I believe in 2015 and joined the membership program. The RMTs were a hit and miss. Mostly misses. I kept coming back to this location only because of how conveniently located it was. I live in the area and especially coming home from work, I was able to walk over from the station and walk home after. Gerard is great! Very friendly and personable. I found Michael pushy at times for tips. Overall, RMTs here seem to turnover quickly. I didn't have an RMT that was favourable.
I have been getting massages at Hand and Stone for a few years, and I have only had positive experiences! Ali is by far one of the best masseuses I have had… he is attentive, friendly and just very good at what he does. All of the staff are welcoming too, and the space is clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this location to this friends and family!
MUST GO>>> ask for Kim (RMT). She is absolutely fantastic!
I absolutely love getting facials here! Tamar is fabulous! She’s so friendly and does a really wonderful job. I come here once a month every month. The rooms are quiet, lighting is perfect and always nice music. The classic facial includes steam, extractions and a mask. My skin has never looked so good.
It's a hit and miss place. The RM therapists are not consistent. I would recommend Bayview RMT just on the other side of Bayview.
I so needed this. Fiona found all my tension spots and worked on them. I will come back.
Professional service and excellent customer experiance at a very good value.
It was my first time at Hand and Stone spa. I got a deep tissue massage and my husband got a Swedish massage. We both thoroughly enjoyed our experience. My masseuse Yiqi used the right amount of pressure and I felt so relaxed after!! Will definitely be back!
My experience was very pleasant. Relaxing atmosphere, the facial and massage were excellent. I became a member. :) keep up the good work. M.Malik
Had a terrible experience. No one told me where to park when I first booked the appointment, so despite arriving on time, I spent 20 minutes frantically searching for parking. This cut into my massage time and when I brought it up with the staff, they simply shrugged and told me where the parking was. I had appointments today for myself and my two daughters and my second daughter was not able to keep her appointment because of a last minute issue. I was still charged 50% for a massage she never received, in addition to losing time for my own massage. I understand the 24-hour confirmation policy, but there has to be flexibility for last minute issues. And even if there isn’t, the staff could show some empathy or care. No one took any responsibility for anything - it was all my fault according to the women I spoke to. There was no compassion or compromise. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is all the more frustrating because this was supposed to be a relaxing and healing experience for myself and my daughters after a period of pain and stress. This was at the Bayview Village location. We will NOT be returning.
Been here for 4 massages, all but 1 were great. The only one that wasn't I feel I didn't communicate properly with my masseuse. Only thing is I wish there was a little more consistency with massages. Not necessarily a problem but if you have a favorite masseuse probably stick with them as you most likely won't get the exact same treatment with similar instructions. But that's a minor issue.
I told the RMT that I need a full body massage and I repeated that several times so that he does not end up focussing only on one area. He kept asking me if there was a focus area and I told him it was my upper back but do not focus only on it - I need full body massage. In a 50-minute massage the RMT spent all the time working only on the upper back. He did gave me his expert advice on some of the areas that he found could be troublesome which I appreciated. However it was a dry poking and rubbing till 45 minutes. Felt like I had either come to an acupressure therapist or a chiropractor. It completely defeated the purpose of the massage, which was relaxation- that too WITHOUT OIL. When 10 minutes were left the RMT told me that he would only be focussing on the upper back because there was less time. I lost the track of time because of the pain I was going through but that wasn't my only focus as I told him repeatedly earlier. Had to ask him.out of frustration if he would ever use oil. And then, after telling the RMT in last 5 minutes only he put some oil on my back. Of course, no relaxation that I came for. Stop imposing and listen to customers. I'm extremely disappointed and feel like my time and money was wasted. I most likely will never return to this place again. Seemed like a rip off. Even when booking the appointment on the phone, I was put on hold for close to 10 minutes. I had asked for an only email confirmation of the appointment. But never got it.
Recently joined there membership program in November. Had my first massage with Jennifer it was just ok. At certain points it felt like she was digging her nails into my spine My 2nd massage was with patrick who was amazing!!! He definitely knows what he's doing felt great after, even recommended this place to some friends. But today was my 3rd with another therapist i think his name is elis cause Patrick was not available. It was one of the worst massages i recieved. The lights in the room were not dimmed. I asked for a total relaxing massage... he focused so much on my right lower back the he used most of the time up. His pressure was so strong the table was moving and it was actually quite painful. He then began massaging me through a towel which made no sense. I only recieved one warm towel after. No massage to my neck or shoulders. I definitely did not come out of there relaxed. After recommending this location to friends im second guessing my decision
Mayday - My Second Visit was not near as good as the first... First: I really needed some self care and they were able to book me same day with an RMT who was surprisingly Fabulous (Jungyoun Kim). When I walked in it reminded me of the day spas in higher end Mexico resorts (the aroma and sounds). I will be back. Affordable escape. Enough said.
Best massages I have ever received. Courteous staff and a wonderful clean and welcoming environment. Highly reccomend!
If you ever come here for a massage, ask for Chi! He works mondays thru fridays. Best deep tissue massage you'll ever get.
Went there for massage therapy. It was very relaxing and I felt so light and healthy after lol. Really clean place and the sheets are so soft. I almost fell asleep.
Disappointing! Waste of time and money. Based on feedback from 2 customers on a one-hour massage: 1. I am not sure if they had really taken any courses or professional training. They were in rush to just finish their oil. Instead of working on muscle or even relaxation, it was either pushing by elbow, or scrubbing my skin, pulling hair!!! (never seen before). Risky moves on the neck and throat. 2. The promised price on the phone was CAD59.99 for the first visit, but they charged me 69.99+tax, after a bad experience. The receptionist was not cooperating and only wanted to receive the payment.
I go to Hands and Stone once a month for my facial and Its amazing Thanks to Tamar for doing my facial You are the Best ❤️❤️
Very nice and friendly staff. I have been there recently and I loved both massage therapy and facial.
Been a member here for over 3 years. Really can’t complain... they do a great job every time
Really great spa. They have amazing service and are very professional.
First time and had a great experience. Will definitely visit again
Always have amazing staff. Always able to fit me in for a last minute appointment! Great team here!
Good place
Awful customer service.
After trying several locations of Hand and Stone that are closer to where we live I can promise you Bayview is the BEST location!! I need to drive 40 min to get there but it's totally worth it. Ask for Kim, she is absolutely amazing!
First time trying this chain and I was glad for the experience! The place was very clean and the staff were great. Masks are mandatory and recommended to wear during your massage, but if you feel like you need to you can lower the mask below your nose when you are face down on the table (I tried to keep it on but it got uncomfortable personally speaking), once you're face up the mask must stay on. The massage was wonderful and I booked another one right away. I also had a facial, which I was hesitant on as we just started phase 3 and you obviously can't wear a mask, but the therapist had one on the whole session. She talks you through each product and the benefits of each as you applies them, she noticed some black heads and did extracting which hurt and in future I would probably just tell her not to, but she did her best to get through it quickly so that we could move on to the next step. Overall, facial was great, and I can't wait to be back! Note don't park at Bayview Village, I intended to shop there after so it only made sense for me to park there. I received a parking ticket after an hour of being parked in their lot. I grocery shop at the Loblaws there and now I notice a lot of parking enforcement officers patrolling
I have visited other locations but none were as good as Bayview Village! I have never received such professional accommodation from the phone call until the end of my service. Thank you so much for this unbelievably relaxing experience! I have already told all my friends and family to book an appointment!
I decided to splurge on a well-deserved massage... that was 4 months ago, and I keep coming back. As long as you can afford it on your credit card, the membership is the only way to go ($90/1hr massage). They charge it monthly and once it's charged, you can use it whenever you want. Skipped a month and want to treat a friend? Off you both go. Lots of different, individual techniques from each massage therapist. Find out who suits you by trying or just describing what you want to the staff behind the desk. Awesome customer service.
Attended the Bayview & Sheppard location - Joan did my facial and it was amazing. She evaluated my skin and provided treatment to address my concerns. After the facial, my face felt so soft and hydrated. My massage was also great - the pressure was just right and Becky, my therapist addressed the concerns I had. Had my facial done on June 21st by Tamar and it was fantastic. The best facial I ever had. I tried the green light therapy and was very impressed with the results. I will definitely go back and ask for Tamar.
Great massage
Fred (RMT) was spectacular. He used to be a physiotherapist and knows exactly what he's doing. He was absolutely great! The place is ok.
This was my 4th visit and finally found the right esthetician. Tamar is amazing, she comes highly recommended. She has great hands and knows her products very well. I felt really rejuvenated after the session. One of the best facial massage I've had in years.
It was perfect!
Signed up for an intro massage, understood it would be 50 min of massage. had requested for a particular therapist but that day she was not at work. The therapist was kind but Sadly... i came early and when it was time for my appointment the massage therapist came late and then she ended early. So only had 40 minutes or maybe even less than that of a massage. The massage was adequate but honestly wasn't all that pleased about the amount of time. I even called and asked the receptionist that I would like the time I was supposed to have and since it is my first time there I would like to have an amazing experience. Will think about coming back...right now kind of unlikely since after the intro massage its around $100 or more with tax.
Great massage
I enjoyed getting my massage here, they focus on the muscle more in a medical way than relaxation which is just what I wanted. Will go back for more. Also Shary is the best ... Shary #1
I had a deep tissue massage with Patrick at Hand and Stone and had an amazing experience. Thank you for working on the knotted areas on my neck and back, the massage provided me more comfort and I felt relaxed and rejuvenated.
Couples massages were relaxing and effective, but mine felt rushed at times.
Awesome.
Date:23-Dec-2017 As a result of recent efforts made by the owner of Hand & Stone, I am convinced to update my rating to 4 stars. In response to the problem that we faced earlier, the owner called me personally on 11-Dec and was very apologetic and acknowledged that it was an honest mistake from their end, which should not have happened and he assured us that he will deal with it. He insisted us to re-book an appointment with them as he did not want to lose us. He even offered us a complimentary express facial just to retain us as customers. We did go back on 18-Dec, and the service and massage was excellent. They even sent us email requests to confirm our booking so that there was no mistake. This is the kind of rectification and service we as customers look for from every business. Thank you to the owner and Hand & Stone management. We will forward to visiting you soon. Date: 9-Dec-2017 Extremely poor customer service!!! This was supposed to be our 2nd visit to Hand & Stone. Me and my wife booked an appointment for today (9th Dec) last Thursday (7th Dec), but when we went there we were told that our appointment was booked for next weekend. This was impossible because we are supposed to go out of town next weekend. I had taken an early shift today just so that we could go for the massage which we were really looking forward to. I guess the worst part is that, the lady who was talking to us, told us to wait and started dealing with other customers without giving us a solution. After waiting for almost 30 mins we were out of patience and had to ask her again. She still did not have an answer for us and kept on saying the same thing. This was extremely poor service and management. I will definitely look for other places which are professional and has better service.
Coco is an amazing RMT left feeling very relaxed
Very clean and safe
I have been to many massage places but this one by far exceeded all my expectations! The girls at reception were exremely nice and my services [both facial and massage] were great! I can't wait to go back!
Lovely experience!
The actual services were just okay, nothing amazing. Little etiquettes like having a glass of water waiting after massage, or briefly explaining what is being done during a facial product wise...none of that happened. Also, I was told that the price on my email promotion received the DAY OF my service wouldn’t be honored because the price had gone up several months ago. Don’t advertise a price that you aren’t going to honor....and then tell the client after the service has been completed. Lastly, I live nearby and personally only Dermalogica, which they sell. I stopped buying Dermalogica at this Hand & Stone over a year ago because the staff are never well informed on the product and can not explain the benefits of the line. Every time I go in to pick up an item, I end up leaving frustrated because of the lack of product knowledge and end up ordering online. I’m not looking for overly detailed insight on each ingredient, but I am expecting the staff to be able to tell me why there is a $30 price difference between two moisturizers - I’m willing to buy the more expensive one, just tell me why! I’d love to make this my regular spa and visit often due to proximity to where I live, but with the lack of knowledgeable staff, and constant turnover in staff, this place is my back up spa if I can’t get into my top 3 and have an urgent need.
One of my less favourite Hand and Stone's - I've been a couple times but just didn't enjoy the massages here. Also, some of the RMT's don't have the same "bed side" manner as those in a true spa, leaving the room abruptly, etc. However, overall, a not bad experience.
My experiences at other Hand & Stone locations were amazing. At this location, unfortunately, I felt that the RMT was very unprofessional. I explained that I had problems in my legs, and they asked me if that's the area that I wanted to treat (I don't know - I would expect an RMT to know the best strategy). I left pretty underwhelmed and felt like it had no benefit. It really depends on which RMT you get, perhaps mine was newly trained.
I recently visited Hand & Stone - Bayview Village and was beyond impressed with the Spa! The staff is extremely professional, the Spa is immaculate and the services are relaxing and worth every penny! This is the ONLY location worth visiting, every service is worth every penny! Also, take a look at the list of add ons they over for each service, you would be surprised at how much of a difference these small add ons make to your already relaxing treatment!
Perfection!!!!!! Thank you
Friendly service but the massage was subpar. I've been for massages at many Toronto spas and I have to say this was the least enjoyable massage I've had to date. At one point the therapist forewarned me that the technique he was doing to use might feel painful....appreciate the warning but it didnt even feel like he was doing anything. Going to try another location before I write off Hand and Stone altogether. Hopefully the next massage is better!
Great place, environment was good with great massage, girl at front desk is also super nice and professional.
They were very good with their safety protocols before I even started the session. The therapist used the right amount of pressure and even checked with me to see if it needed adjustment. Overall Regina did a great job
First time at this office and I had the best massage I have ever had in a long time. I’ve never felt so relaxed as I did after my 80 minutes with Vicky! I would recommend her to everyone! She was gentle and took her time on the areas that needed the most attention. The hours of the locations are very accommodating to anyone who works retail hours. They do not direct bill to insurance but will provide a invoice for you to submit - all of their therapists are registered.
Been to this place 3 times with my wife. The sheets are old and worn out on every visit. During my first experience the masseuse was really bad and he massaged my back with the sheets on my back the whole time, on my second experience I could literally feel the metal of the header of the chair pressing on my face because it was that worn out but the masseuse was really good and made up for it (masseuse was Ali) , on the third experience again the masseuse (different masseuse) was absolutely horrible and they had no warm towels to clean off the oil from back back that he initially applied and my wife's room was freezing cold, so cold the masseuse her self put on a coat !!! Definitely not worth the money. I am definitely not coming here again. Hope this helps anyone looking around. Update: The owner actually called me and instead of trying to make things right, he accused me of lying. Funny thing is I told him compared to price it is not worth it, he replies back saying if I cant afford it Ishouldn't come. Really sorry for this type management.
Great experience front line people very hospitable and massage therapists very good and facials are wonderful . Nice place to come and chill out and relax. The water is great too!!!!
Good massage, but not sure why he left for a minute during the massage. Really ruined things.
Chi is the most amazing masseuse....I wish I could go eery week!!
Nice, relaxing atmosphere and skill RMTs. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit here!
My husband and I joined the membership in Dec 2015. We both have amazing experiences there, especially with Massage Therapists Andrew and Wendy. They are very personal, attentive and we will definitely go back and ask for them.
My masseuse was excellent. The biggest issue with this place is the the walls are very thin, so quite often you will hear the doors in the hallway opening and shutting, people in the adjacent room talking. It really takes away from the relaxation one may be feeling.
Had a wonderful massage today the "Hand and Stone" Spa on Sheppard. This is the place to go to for a great massage and facial. The staff here is super friendly, very helpful and efficient in every way. My massage therapist Joseph was excellent. He was very patient and attentive to what areas I asked to be worked on, he was spot on. Looking forward to my next massage, can't wait!
Very nice and professional staff, and this place is so clean , I have always enjoyed my message here, Jennifer is perfect and I really enjoyed my message, and Tamar the receptionist is the person who has always helped me. Thanks you hand and stone bayview you are amazing. I highly recommend this place.
I've found them to be very professional.
I can’t say enough about this place! I’ve been to so many massages places but this one is so different! Jeniffer and jack are absolutely amazing! Experienced and professional thank you so much.
This spot has become my go to place for massages and facials, and more recently waxing / threading. It is centrally located close to home and the office, so stopping off for a treatment during my lunch or after work has become a ritual I look forward to every month. I can relax and be pampered by the wonderful staff and therapists, and emerge ready to face the world. Membership definitely has its privileges!
My first time to this Spa...Worst place to go. Overpriced for the services that I received. Could not get the correct price for a facial due to a WaySpa gift card I received as a Christmas gift. Did not like the products that was used. Spent 2 hours, and did not feel like I came from a Spa, felt very rushed during the services..
Wonderful deep tissue massage today with Patrick. He is very attentive to your problem areas and focuses the massage on these areas with just enough pressure. Felt very relaxed and less tense afterwards. Front staff are always friendly and attentive upon entrance.
Had a great couples massage on Christmas eve! RMTs working there are excellent. There was some problem during the payment but the owner took care of it for us and did everything to make sure we had a pleasant experience. I would recommend this place!
Very professional staff with really good COVID-19 precautions in place to safeguard their patients. Overall had a really positive experience.
Worst customer service...I would stay away, unless you want them to take your money and run! I had booked an appointment for a service, which on the day of, due to a family emergency I had to cancel. I called at 9:00am, as soon as they opened to explain the situation. The receptionist understood and accepted my cancellation. my appointment was for 5:00pm. At 5:15pm, I received a phone call from the spa asking where I was. I explained that I phoned in the morning to cancel and once again explained the situation. The receptionist seemingly did not believe me as she was asking "well, who did you speak to" "when did you call"...basically accusing me of lying. I explained that I did not get her name, but I called at exactly 9:00am. The receptionist reluctantly accepted my answer and we said goodbye. Fast forward to the next afternoon. I received an e-mail from the spa telling me that I was being billed for the service, as I did not give 24 hours notice. EXCUSE ME!!! I spoke to two people on the day of and not one of them mentioned there would be a fee. I understand that this is obviously their policy, but don't you think I should be told this in advance? Is it not common courtesy, professionalism and proper customer service to mention this to your customer??? needless to say, I WILL NOT be back. It's too bad, as I was a regular massage client. For a small franchised business, you need to step up your customer service game...big time.
From the moment I stepped into this Hand & Stone location, I was hooked. The environment was clean and inviting. The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. The staff were amiable and professional and experts at their jobs.
Great place massage. Love the ambience and specially they serve orange flavoured water that is awesome.
I was a lifestyle program member at other location but since bayview location was closer, this was my go to hand and stone till I moved to other area. I always loved atmosphere of h&s, its philosophy and services . Never disappointed in their therapists or services I got. But when I visited this location for a prenatal- massage, for the first time I sent an email to h&s general office. I was 7 months pregnant but my massage therapist put me on my belly for the whole session pretty much. ( I complained of my back pain so he added lots of pressure on my lower back unfortunately..while I was on my tummy with my 7 months old son inside ). Cuz It was my first time , I thought it was normal to be on my preg belly but when I talked to my doctor, it's a very risky behaviors that could harm the baby. Long story short , according to h&s response, the RMT thought I was "7 weeks" pregnant not 7 months ( I guess my 7 months belly wasnt that big ). Mike from the Management team at bayview was very good and communicated very well with me , and offered me a complimentary massage (I didnt use it and don't think I will go back to this location to use it unfortunately ). Even though I had a very scary experience here but I still give 4 stars !! All my other experiences at this location was amazing and very enjoyable :)
Excellent service, I enjoyed the massage's and it was a very relaxing experience.
I very much enjoyed the first time facial session I had yesterday. The atmosphere is very relaxing, calm music, very clean venue, very welcoming staff, and very good facial. I strongly recommend hand and stone place and I hope to try the massage soon.
I had a massage yesterday with my therapist being Fatemeh. She was good but not strong enough and couldn't go as deep as I like. When I arrived I was asked if I would need an insurance receipt and said yes. When I paid reception with my Wayspa gift cards after the treatment I was told they do not provide insurance receipts for gift cards, after they were redeemed. I have used these gift cards at various Hand & Stone locations without problems before. It makes no difference on their end how they are paid. I will not visit this location again.
Ali was very kind and amazing! I left feeling so relaxed, they massage using a hot towel for the last 10-15 mins of the massage which I’ve never experienced. Receptionist was also very n esthetician ice. Will definitely be returning.
Shary is an excellent massage therapist. Always hit all the right spots and even gave me exercise tips on how to relief neck and shoulder stress. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a great RMT!
Front desk extremely professional! Esthetician and Massage Therapist both amazing! I highly recommend this Hand & Stone location, such a warm and loving place! Also, they always have promotions going on, sign up for their emails after visiting the Spa!
Me and my girlfriend had a good experience. Both very happy with Massage and Facial. Would highly recommend... especially if you live in North York
Becky is amazing.
Exceptional service and professional staff. Highly recommended for quality R&R.
