We took my mother for her 60th birthday and it was a wonderful experience. The spa was very clean and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my mom was pampered on her special day. I also tried the Turkish bath and it was a very relaxing experience. Definitely recommend.

An amazing experience. Literally every detail has been covered and you feel like you have entered a different world, which isn't this something we're all craving right now? I experienced the Hammam Turkish Bath followed by a massage and it was a beautiful experience delivered with great care. Now that the eucalyptus steam room is back open, the service will be that much better and would be included! Highly recommend.

I’ve been to many spas and I really love this place. The decor is stunning. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing. I’ve gone during covid and feel very comfortable. I’ve enjoyed the Turkish bath and pedicure services. Paris is great at mani/pedis.

Nice atmoshpehere and decor but the steam room, which was far from a traditional hammam, was cold due to the amount of people using it going in and out because they allow people who arent receiving spa services to use it. Also, while trying to relax in the tea room there was a loud staff meeting in the mani/pedi area next to it. Edit: they asked me to contact them. I did. They offered me free pass to the steamroom even tho the steamroom is free with a spa service anyways and it was the part of the experience that I found unpleasant in the first place. Denied that the temperate was not hot as well. Also they said it wasn't a staff meeting and that they rented the space out for a meeting (which honestly is worse) (This was all before the covid stuff happened)

Amazing spot! One of my favourite spas in Toronto. Very clean, staff is professional and the front desk gets back to you immediately! The services are all very good and the spot is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended !!

I judge places by how they treat you when you are not their client. I came up and asked if they had a spare mask, even though I was not their client. They gave my child a mask, no questions asked. They will for sure be getting my business soon, and I will be buying a gift certificate for my mom here! Thank you!

Very nice place! My masseuse actually gave me a deep tissue massage instead of a typical spa-like relaxation one which was highly appreciated. The steam room was a cool experience - it smelled nice and had changing colored lights which made the experience less boring. We got the "Love actually" experience which was kind of not worth it - for an additional like.. $100 bucks you get an additional 30 mins in your own massage room (solo) but you get to use the tub and drink a tiny bottle of Henckell LOL. Do yourself a favour and skip that package.

Horrible customer service!! The manager should pay attention to this location. They left the reception unattended for a long time. The seller was rude and unprofessional. It seems like she did not want to sell the products or answer my questions. I spent like $200 dollars, so I guess I deserved a better service or at least some human decency. At some point, I thought the saleswoman was racist or something due to the way she looked at me and my boyfriend. I went to pick up an order and bought another product, both from SkinCeuticals because this location was closer. I will never come back to this place. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE and if you order from SkinCeuticals, shipping is free, they will give you free samples and they are not rude. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place definitely deserves one.

Absolutely stunning from start to finish. Much larger than their King Street West location. A beautiful oasis of self care and comfort at Bayview and Sheppard. Highly recommend. Be sure to take advantage of the steam room!

Amazing experience, simply amazing! The most beautiful spa I've been to and the service is excellent. I had the pleasure of seeing Courtney there on Saturday for a procedure and she is unbelievably good at what she does, she's an artist, very skilled, she takes extra precautions and truly care about her clients. I won't trust anyone to touch my face but her and Crista. Highly recommend!

Came here with my mom and sister to celebrate a birthday during the day. Their covid procedures were comforting. You need to wear a mask the whole time. My sister and I got a Turkish bath, which was a great experience. It is definitely on the pricier side but worth the experience. The staff were great and very friendly. The locker room was clean and well maintained.

My wife purchased a gift certificate in late February 2020. Her plan was to use it for my birthday in April 2020 for a couples package. The spa was shut down in March due to Covid 19. I sent a note to the spa asking for a refund since we cannot use it for my birthday anymore and they completely refused. I have to say I'm extremely disappointed. We are fully aware that their gift certificates are normally non-refundable. However, I would fully expect that given the current unprecedented situation, a refund would be issued. We are out of pocket over $400 and cannot even use the service for who knows how long.

Leslie is the best! Such a pleasant experience having the Cela scrub with her. The inside of the spa is gorgeous it’s hard to remember you’re inside Bayview Village. Can’t recommend them enough.

I usually go to king street, but since they’ve decided to do renovations I knew I couldn’t not check bayview out in the mean time!! Hammam spa by cela has everything I’m used to at king, and it’s such a beautiful place. I’ll be kicking it back at bayview in peace and relaxation! I’m closer to bayview anyways. Great to have this place in our area!!

I heard great reviews about this spa so I decided to try out this location and treat myself to a little spa day. The spa ambiance is very beautiful, well decorated, clean and adhered to the recommended covid precautions which I was very happy to see. I had two treatments - a deep tissue massage with a RMT and a body treatment. I would have given 5 stars because Anna who did my body treatment was absolutely wonderful and it was such a relaxing experience, however the deep tissue massage was very very underwhelming. I have had many deep tissue massages in the past ---and I hate to give a negative review but the RMT's (I prefer not to name) technique was subpar and even after I told him to apply more pressure and the areas I was having issues - I left feeling unrelaxed and like my sore spots really weren't worked on. I know it can be hard to find an RMT who can provide excellent technique when doing deep tissue massage but for the high price they charge for 60 mins I would expect the technique to be way better. I do not mine paying for quality. I think had I only had the wonderful treatment with Anna I would have given 5 stars. I am not sure If I would return for an RMT service but I definitely would for their other body treatments.

I am Chantal, I live close to the hammam. Yesterday by doing my shopping to the mall, I noticed the hammam and went into to have some information. The welcome at the reception was so cold! There had 2 young ladies, one didn't even look at me and the other one who didn't have the answers tried to get the attention of her colleague so she can answer me. The colleague in question answered vaguely. No expression in her eyes, nothing. Nothing to incite you to come back and enjoy. If it has to be as cold as the reception, I won't even bother to go and give my money! If you are not good at doing business, do something else! Everyone has the right to be respected!

My friend and I spent the most enjoyable day today at the Hammam Spa by Cela. It was perfection from start to finish! The spa is lovely, treatments heavenly ( we had the Natural Grain Polish, Pamper Massage, Spa manicure and Spa pedicure), and all staff were amazing--professional and attentive. We are already planning our return visit.

I am not a frequent spa goer but this place is a must visit in Toronto. Beautifully designed facility, relaxing atmosphere and very friendly staff. I had a facial and a body scrub done with Tania, she was absolutely amazing! I also had a massage with Efron and he was excellent! Overall, great facility, wonderful and professional staff! I had the most amazing time spending my birthday here! The atmosphere is great, furniture and design is very unique. My husband and I both booked the pamper packages, which included body scrubs, 60 minute massages, manicures and pedicures. Our rmt's Linda and Jennifer, and estheticians Sofia and Joanna were very professional, polite, gentle and truly made our experience memorable. The receptionists were very kind, provided me all the information I needed when booking, and even gave me a birthday bag with some products! Even with all the covid restrictions I felt very safe in this establishment. Very clean and constant sanitizing This was our first time here and I cannot wait to book more services, 10/10

I learned so much from her and the vibe from beginning to end was perfection. I felt comfortable the whole time and left feeling very relaxed. I could go on and on singing her praises. Me and my husband went for the Turkish signature bath with the steam room for 60 minutes. The decor inside is amazing, the service was great. We paid 500 including tax but the bath lasted for about 15 mins and we went to steam room for about 5 mins and then we just enjoyed the great delicious moroccan tea along with Turkish delights. we will revisit for the massage and hopefully is same as the one downtown

Very underwhelming! My kids purchased a gift certificate for me and Covid delayed the appointment. Turkish Bath (by Anna) was a wonderful experience and highly recommended. Massage was average. Unfortunately the mall was doing renovations in the roof so the banging did not allow for a relaxing massage. Atmosphere was sterile. Totally understand Covid restrictions but the warm water bottles, (put them in a fridge), no tea (surely you can find a solution with Covid), it’s like going to the restaurant and liking the food but the service sucks.....for the cost of the package will look for another solution. Pity because the Turkish bath was wonderful.

A near perfect experience! We had a spa day with the bath, massage, pedicure, and of course the hammam steam room. If you’ve never tried a Turkish/Moroccan bath scrub… my goodness what an experience. The service was truly outstanding (Sima and Paris), the spa was clean and tastefully designed. A very relaxing atmosphere. We will be back soon!

My rating is based on the King Street location. Used to frequent regularly, but I stopped going because parking is a nuisance. So glad one has now opened at Bayview Village. The free parking makes it easier to do the lengthy spa treatments. If this location is as good as the King St. location then it's 5 stars for sure.

Ever since Bayview Villiage announced the opening of this spa I’ve been anticipating my first treatment! The location is conveniently located in a shopping mall, with plenty of free parking. We booked the Christmas promotion which consisted of a 60-min couples massage in our own private suite with bubbly and chocolates. After the massage, we were able to use the jacuzzi and enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco and some Lindt chocolates. It was a perfect way to unwind and celebrate our anniversary. Efren gave me an amazing deep tissue massage which made me feel absolutely amazing. The steam room was also an added bonus that we took full advantage of. There are plenty of showers and Cela toiletries for use before and after treatment. The only complaint I have was during massages, for 10-min there was a loud sound coming from the pipes. It sounded like another jacuzzi was being filled and it was quite distracting. Also, the tea room got quite busy in the afternoon and there was a lot of talking by other people. Perhaps a sign with a reminder to keep talking to a minimum? We already booked our next appointment for May and have agreed to make this our new ritual. Highly recommended!
