I have to be brutally honest I went in after look at the pictures imagining a five star by the water spa. Trust me I have been to many spas in my time and this can NOT should NOT be said to be a five star spa. This is set up in a a hotel room. The separations of the rooms is a curtain so you can imagine you can see through the slit to the room beside you and the outside . This made me very uncomfortable. After getting changed tepidly as this made me very uncomfortable. I lay there on a uncomfortable table waiting for lady to return I could hear everything going on around me. Remember the only separation is the curtain. I could hear the staff talking even though the spa music was turned up super loud to tune out the surrounding sound unsuccessful. Once the lady came back I thought ok I will try to relax .. but unfortunately the lights can not be dimmed as they are connect to the whole spa. Remember only curtains separation. After a few minutes I told the massage lady I could not do it as already my nerves where shot as I could here the sound of the person on the other-side of the curtains beside me. She said I apologize couldn’t have the treatment, she left me lying there with the hot stones on my back. I thought am I suppose to take them off and get dressed ???? She did return a few minutes later to remove the stone and let me know I would have to pay a cancellation fee. I was like sorry what ! Why I came to my appointment but your not holding up your end of the calm spa like treatment. Please get your manager because I may as well get a none relaxing massage rather than paying for nothing. The manager came and informed yes I would have to pay for a cancellation fee .. Sorry I explain I am here but this is substandard spa I cannot relax. Eventually after a discussion she said ok she wouldn’t charge. Now before me my daughters had had there spa treatments. So I got up and tepidly changes again to leave and pay for the spa treatments for them. Imagine my surprise when I met my daughters and told them how did you have your spa treatments. Both my daughters are nurses one said well I just went oh well the other said now her neck and shoulders where super tight. Gosh had I gone first I would have NEVER allowed my daughters to have treatments ... Please DO NOT GO here why, when you could and should go to a spa that actually has rooms with walls and soft dim lights and great spa smell. What a waste of hard earned money .. hopefully I can either prevent someone else from going OR get them to improve there facilities. Very very disappointed ☹️ Thanks for replying but the little tiny room I had there was no view of the water as you know. Also it was so tiny that when the lady was moving around the table she had to move stuff. There is not a zen- like experience AT ALL. to you to say there is not very professional. I am sorry if you work here in a hotel room that has been mickey mouse renovated into a spa. NO I SHALL NOT be returning.The point of the review to let others know what to be your place is like honestly. So they have no surprised and not fooled by the pictures like I was sadly...

I booked a reservation on February 28th with this spa for two massages for tomorrow. They emailed me today cancelling, enough professionalism wasn't even had to pick up a phone and make a call. I understand that times are different now a days, but the reason I was given for cancelling on short notice via email was not something I think was reasonable. If you don't want to work during these times, don't. Nonetheless I will not be attending this spa in the future or tomorrow. I would have handled the issue differently if I was in their position. Just wanted to follow up on the response as below. Monday March 1 my phone number was provided on my confirmation of email to this spa. Therefore stating "we did not have your phone number on file" is inaccurate. Lastly you never asked me "to email my phone so" you "could further explain". A.) My phone number was given a week and a half prior. B.) there is nothing but bold face lies in your response. Just a suggestion next time, if you're going to lie, at least make sure the other person doesn't have proof. Definitely will not come to this spa ever.

When I went out in the morning, I still kept worries from last night. Looking at the thick and black clouds in the sky, I began to regret why I didn't bring an umbrella. But after stepping into this massage center, the tight brain is instantly released with the elegant music and interior decoration. The kind Eegii handed me a glass of water and started to prepare. When everything was ready, she led me to the massage table, glanced at the extraordinary scenery outside the window, and started “Relax back massage”. The beautiful moment unfolds here, as if watching the dark clouds gradually dissipate, the strength intensified in the most appropriate rhythm, just like the sun awakening people's hope from the gap of those dark clouds. This feeling is very deep, deep enough to have dialogue with my soul, and I am also very immersed in this moment without any distractions in my mind. Full of gratefulness. I don't know how long it took, but when I opened my eyes, I know that I’m already looking forward to be here next time : ) Thank you Eemii!!

Very overpriced, nails were just in a hotel room without any ocean view, for a polish change I had to ask to clean under the fingernails which is usually standard to do along with a quick shaping with a polish change at other places. Not a lot of choice in color compared to a cheaper nail salon. Later that night 2 of my nails with gel polish had a bubble and started peeling, often when I get gel polish it lasts 1-2 weeks so this was disappointing. For my toes, I had 1 coat of brown non-gel polish on, which was not fully removed before covering with a light pink polish, so the edges of my toes now look like they are dirty under and around the pink polish. Pretty disappointed to pay $130 for gel polish change on hands which didn’t last the day and classic pedicure with regular polish on toes which looks dirty. The lady who did my nails was very pleasant to me is the only good thing I have to say. I wouldn’t come again unless prices were drastically lowered and more care was giving to the work done.

I chose classic facial. My esthetician is so nice and she told me she was using Dermalogica products for the facial which I’d been interested. I liked the neck massage while we waited for the mask too. I really enjoyed a relaxing time with beautiful view and chatting with her. I will come back for sure. Thanks.

Wonderful experience! Beautiful and intimate with a fantastic view and amazing staff! I felt completely relaxed and my fiance and I thoroughly enjoyed our couples wellness massage. I have already planned a return visit for a mother/daughter birthday surprise!

Honestly I didnt know what to expect because it was my fisrt time taking a facial treatment, but I was surprised by the results my skin felt super smooth and fresh afterwards and the place had a lovely view ! I 100% recommend it!

I booked a classic facial treatment with my best friend. All staff was really kind and professional, the view from the spa was literally picturesque, clean and comfy room… we spent amazing and relaxing time. Of course, I'm happy with the results, my skin became smooth and glowing. We also enjoyed shopping and sightseeing around the Hotel, I really like the North Vancouver area. We cannot wait to come back again!

Fantastic experience here. Clean and beautiful space. Booked a massage for my mom and I. We both enjoyed it very much. My massage therapist, Alanna, was also wonderful. She gave me some good advice on how to improve my back/posture. The staff here are lovely. Will be coming back again.
