Paradise Spa & Wellness is a little slice of heaven in the mountains:) I'm not from Vancouver however whenever I visit, I always know where to go for amazing pedis/massages and much much more. My hubby even loves their massages. I would recommend this place to anyone looking stellar service in a relaxing, inviting, warm and peaceful atmosphere.

There are new owners (since Nov '15) and I like the spa SO much more now!!! I've been going here for 5 years and love all the new improvements. The new owners did a massive renovation, its modern, relaxing and very tastefully done for a beautiful experience. Eminence skin care (my absolute fav!!) is still carried and they have some new lines too but have yet to try. They also carry Warm Buddies which are so cute and fun to use (stuffed animals with heat pack inside). My favourite estitician is Tracy and she's an absolute professional. Her nail services are unparalleled! I have a lot of problems with my feet and toenails, she has been the only source of relief for me. Tracy is also my skin care guru, with Eminence and her services I've been able to work through mild acne. Her facials and massages are fantastic. Tracy also waxes and sugars, minimal irritation with her care regime. The new owners have also brought in more skin care services and treatments which I'm very interested in trying. Parking is ample, as it's attached to the hotel so you never have to worry about finding a spot. Services are fairly priced, you are paying for professional and a beautiful space. Enjoy!!

The team at Paradise Spa is professional and caring. The environment is extremely soothing and I highly recommend Sabrina for your massage needs. She helps with my chronic tension and damages caused by stress. Her technic is a combination of various styles that enables her to calm down the inflammation and get deep into the tissues and do the required work to alleviate pain. The result for me is increased mobility the next day and for many weeks after, headaches dissipate (neck and shoulder related) and I benefit from an overall feeling of comfort and wellbeing. Getting skin care services (facial and others) is also amazingly relaxing. They use fantastic products (Eminence) that I also use at home. Very well run spa & well-being boutique… 5 Star all around!

My first visit was to Paradise Spa because I received a gift certificate for a Day of Paradise. My massage was exquisite, my facial left me glowing, and my mani pedi lasted for weeks. Every therapist took excellent care of me and I have since been back a number of times for registered massage therapy, pedicures and facials, and cannot live without my eminence wild plum eye cream. I've been to other spas and Paradise Spa customer service far exceeded my expectations.

She absolutely loves what she does and she is consistent in her dedication and commitment to her profession; faithfully building on her knowledge through attending cutting-edge workshops si that she can provide the best and most advanced tools, skill and care for me, as well as each and everyone of her clients. I have struggled with a chronic lung condition for over a decade. The devastating and destructive nature of the disease has wreaked havoc on my confidence and health. Roz continues to play a pivotal role in the management and maintenance of my symptoms and therefore my overall health and healing. I simply can't thank you enough Roz!

I discovered Paradise Spa over six years ago when I first moved to North Vancouver and in all that time I have never been disappointed. The manicures and pedicures are always perfect and the the deep-tissue massages that I have a few times a month are second-to-none! I particularly like the fact that Paradise is a small, intimate spa where the friendly and professional team always provides a personalized service with attention to detail. Paradise Spa is Number One on the North Shore for clients who want to feel special.

AWESOME! I only have good things to say about Paradise Spa & Wellness. I have been going there for over 5 years and they treat their customers with respect and truly take care of them. Absolutely my favourite place to go for a massage or spa treatment. I have been to other spas, but haven't found one that cares as much as Paradise Spa. I have given giftcards for treatments here and the recipients have always come back with positive reviews.

My history is complex (spinal chord and hip history), and I was very impressed with how I was treated ...and the massage was just what I needed.
