Where do I start not only is every single one of their staff kind, friendly and outgoing but the quality of service you receive is by far the best in town. Amazing brow services! My sensitive skin has been literally been burned by brow wax so I was looking for an alternative. I found Lea and her spa a few years ago as she’s one of the few places in North Bay that offers threading. Amazing! It’s gentle (yes, I said gentle about threading!) and my skin doesn’t get red and inflamed like with waxing. Lea has also figured out how to adjust her threading style to not put the string in her mouth (COVID safety protocols). Still gentle, still great! Thank you!

I don't want to bash this place too much, as I have heard nothing but great things about them. However, I would highly recommend NOT having a spray tan done here. I followed all the recommendations prior to the tan and am very unsatisfied with my results. The lady who did it was very kind and quick, but I think it was TOO quick. It is quite uneven, my calves have little to no colour and my feet, well let me tell you, my feet are worse than Trump's face. Im so glad it is winter so I can hide these bad boys, but dang... definitely not what I was expecting. . . . . . . Update: They did reach out to me and offer to have this issue resolved. I was offered cream to help remove the discolored area and a second, free spray tan done but their most senior esthetician or owner once this tan fades, for best results. I am going to be open minded and give it a shot when the time is right ☺️
