Amazing customer service. I called yesterday regarding an issue with a diverter valve that I thought broke off and Ed looked at some pictures and was quick to point out that it was in fact not broken but simply the valve shaft slip down. This is an honest company as someone else could have easily taken advantage of the situation. Someone was already out today and fixed it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for their in-depth knowledge of hot tubs!!!

The Pool & Spa Centre is a little off the beaten path but well worth visiting. This place was the last on our list of all of the hot tub places to visit in North Bay but they were the only ones willing to even talk to us about our make of hot tub and the possibility of repairing it for us. Our next worry was would their repair team even consider driving the 1.5 hours to fix it for us? They were, for an extra travelling cost, which was understandable, but before we booked an appointment we were first given some suggestions of things to try which permitted us to fix it ourselves. Thanks for the free advice which saved us some big bucks. Naturally the Pool & Spa Centre was our first stop the next time we needed some accessories. I was very surprised to find the cost of a hot tub vacuum cleaner was comparable to similar makes on Amazon and half the price of the only make available at Home Depot. My expectation is that prices are usually a little higher at specialty outlets such as this, in return for their advice and hands on service. That doesn't seem to be the case at The Pool & Spa Centre as I quickly discovered the filter cleanse I purchased from them too was about 50% of the cost of the same brand at Amazon or or elsewhere online. (That doesn't even include the shipping costs.) During our conversation with their staff today we learned more about the care and maintenance of our hot tub than we have in the past few years when purchasing our supplies in Barrie. And although I said it is a little off the beaten path, their location is certainly not out of the way. In fact it's actually the most conveniently located hot tub store for us in North Bay. Bonus! Combine the savings with the expertise and extremely friendly customer service and why would you want to go anywhere else?

I've been a customer of the pool and spa center since 1999. The pool we bought lasted until this past winter, the wall rusted out due to a leak in the liner I didn't tend to quickly enough. That was 21 yrs of enjoyment with the same pool! Today, the guys came over and put up our new pool. They are top notch! This family owned store is top notch! There isn’t a question they can’t answer, there extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I went in on a Friday afternoon and the mom was at the counter and I asked if I could get a price on a pool heater. I got the price right away and she told me her son would call me to confirm the size and an installation time frame. Ed called me an hour later and told me the the heater he had in stock was the right size(BTU) He put me in contact with The gas company he recommended. I was very impressed that a couple of days later everything was installed and heating the pool. They always do there best to help there customers the shop is clean and the showroom is very nicely Laid out.
