She’s so sweet and always makes conversation with me while I’m there, she is also super easy to book appointments with and is always flexible when I have to move appointments cause of my job!! My favourite place to go for lashes I recommend 100%

I went to see her twice. I felt uncomfortable the first time coming in since her greeting wasn't too accepting. After my first fill, my lashes were very short and all over the place. I immediately thought it was cause my lashes were broken, since that was what she told me. Second time she charged me 130$ for lashes that fell out the following week, I WANT A REFUND. She presumed that it was because my lashes were broken again. FALSE. I went to a studio in Victoria and the lady said the technique was bad and also the fanning was too chunky for my lashes to support them. I have now a full set of lashes on, and have or had NO breakage whatsoever. I am unsure if she was saying that just to get the job done, but I don't recommend. Expensive for something you don't ask for. First picture is 5 days after getting my lashes done from Periwinkle studio. 2 other pictures is 5 days after getting my lashes done at another studio.

I had a fantastic lash girl in Hamilton however recently moved to Northbay and was terrified to try and find another great lash tech. I’ve had bad luck in the past however after speaking with Emily and looking at her instagram I felt confident she would be able to give me what i was looking for (extreme volume). She is now my lash girl and she does an amazing job every time. Emily is very quick and i think has very fair pricing given her talent. LOVE this girl! I've had trouble with extentions falling out alot in the past, needing to do fills every week ideally. Not here! They last a solid 2-3 weeks! Not only does she do an amazing job every time, her lashes stay, she has colours to choose from, and she is quick and lovely to talk to! I always feel beautiful when I leave her studio!

Pretty sad that you need to offer people $10 to give you a google review. Emily is not professional at all, doesn’t talk during her services , plays family guy in the background, and don’t get me started on the service... don’t bother going there if you want classics! It will be only 45 minutes and she’ll literally put 20 lashes on then try saying it’s because you “ don’t have enough lashes “ but yet when you go literally anywhere else they’re completely full ...

If you want lashes done properly then go to Emily. She played my favourite show (upon request) and is someone you can trust to be clean, professional, and safe. I've been to a dozen different lash techs and I almost lost hope until I found Emily. I make the hour + drive every time... HAPPILY, for the quality service I receive. I literally nearly fall asleep every session because it is such a comfortable and peaceful environment (which is what I prefer). I am quite the introvert so being able to just relax, listen to my fav show, and leave with bomb lashes is all I could ask for. Negative reviews are most def trolls. Emily and I are not prior friends or buddies. She is my lash tech and this is a 100% honest review.
