It was clean.. and the staff was friendly, especially the man who was working there. But.. the acrylic/uv gel nails I got are so bulky and thick. They're borderline hideous, hurt a little and are not delicate and dainty at all. Someone else was also very upset about their acrylics while I was there. Regular manicure with nail art on the girl next to me was well done. I'd go back but only for regular manicures, not tips, and I would try to request the man. Also, 2+ hours for tips. It's just too long. I can't wait til these grow out/I get them removed. Lesson learned. Edit: They have lasted a surprisingly long time! I'm at 2 weeks with no breakage and no chips! I'm not easy on them either.

Been 3 times. I’ll keep going back because they actually stay on and I love their service. Just wish they were a bit more courageous and artistic. They tend to lean towards the simple designs and are not very observant to more difficult design references. They work hard and are so funny and polite! ????

I’ve started going this summer, i now got every month. My nails are always done above and beyond what I’ve asked for. Staff is absolutely friendly, when I’m there I’ve noticed a lot of people have trouble with the language barrier. TIP TO OWNER: maybe consider hiring someone that can help customers when that happens. BEST SALON EVER!!!!

2 pedicures, both great quality and service. No appointment needed! They offer services other North Bay nail places do not offer (matte finish nails) and the space is much cleaner than the Airport Hill location.

LyLovely Nails has proved to be a positive nail experience every time that I have gone. My Gel-Polish manicures last at least 2 weeks each time and my natural nails remain healthy and happy. The pedicures are well done and always leave my feet looking and feeling fresh. The employees are friendly and remembered me which I though was sweet baed on how many faces they must see. Despite being a busy location they manage their clientele professionally and punctually. I highly recommend Ly Lovely Nails!

Went in for a set of lash extensions paid 120 didn’t even last a week went back in and she wanted to charge me another 55 to fill them , not to mention I got my nails done and most of them have broken off !! Horrible customer service and quality of work !!!

My friend and I just got our nails done here and both our fingers are mangled. There are messy bits of acrylic everywhere and our nails are sore. They cut me on my ring finger and thumb underneath my actual nail. There is NO excuse for a nail tech to cut a customer’s finger. The designs on the nail are nice, but the second anybody sees under or around the nails they look so gross.

The two employees (one male, one female) argued with each other the entire time. Colours were not accurately shown. One employee sat and did nothing the entire time, the other was doing my nails, answering the phone, and accepting other walk ins. The lady doing my nails talked on FaceTime while doing my nails. This establishment wasn't as clean as the reviews stated.

Maya is amazing at shaping the nails and is very attentive to your wishes. I had a great experience and will be back to get my acrylics filled. Great prices with lots of specials available such as combo mani pedi. The partitions of plexiglass are well designed and made me feel assured of the COVID precautions taken.

One of the best nail salons In North Bay, definitely the most friendly. Reasonably priced, efficient and all the nail techs are talented. Ask cost prior to service, and pay with cash if possible. Very accommodating and a great place to get your nails done!

Ive been coming here for years Ly is amazing but the last couple times i've had some bad experiences. I've waited an hour I had a new set start falling off after 3 days She replaced them but charged me a fill ????????‍♀️ oh well The last time I called ahead for my appointment to make sure Ly was still available and they had nothing written down for me Called the next day, sent up a time Again i called ahead (they never took my name or #) They asked me to show up a half hour later so I did and when i got there they cancelled and said they tried to call me.... They did not :( I'm so disappointed, I loved going there and always tip great. Bc she's awesome! I won't be going back :( though i cant. Its unprofessional and waste of my time.

I was charged for shellac polish.. and manicure..the next day or sooner they began to chip and my tips were ruined !! Cali Nails had previously did my nails and this place ruined them! Never again! Plus I have to return to either have them fix this or get a complete refund!! Very disappointed!! Fast forward ten days..went back to have them fix this mess and was told that the polish would not stay on because of the tips being for a french manicure the polish slips off..now why the one doing my nails did not tell me this before we started I will never know..I still have to redo my tips as they are literally gone...

Was very happy with the service at this salon until recently. While having a manicure, the male employee who cleans up, placed a bottle of polish on the desk next to my arm. When moving my hands from one side to the other, I accidentally knocked the bottle on the floor with my elbow and it broke. When I went to pay, the young lady told me it was an extra $10 for the broken bottle. I was stunned to have to pay for a half-empty bottle of nail polish that broke because their employee put it in a bad spot , I paid without a fuss, but won’t go back again.
