Went in for my wedding nails, I got extremely thick, lumpy and misshapen nails, bleeding from two fingers and black light glow in the dark top coat. Horrible! Who wants glow in the dark nails at their wedding?!

Un-professional! NOT SANITARY. I got acrylic nails and my nails are in pain and are throbbing underneath the acrylic nail. Shapes are all different lengths and different shapes.

LOVE!!! I have never had gel nails before and despite my incisiveness, they did an amazing job accommodating my wishes!! I didn't even make an appointment I just walked in and they took me right there on the sport!! For gel nails and polish with nail art it came to 66$! Which I think is an amazing price! The language barrier was slightly challenging but to be honest it was nice for a change to just relax and not have to talk your face off with a stranger!! LOL! Highly recommend this place!!

Wow, amazing!!! My mom totally loves her full set. She did Bio Gel and the colour was beautiful with some creative decorations. My manicure shellac last very long. Even though I do alot of housework, the paint are still in perfect condition. My mom and I enjoy this place alot, the service is excellent. The technician are very friendly and helpful. I go to work in the early morning, so I have to book around 9:15 am. They are still okay with that, the time can be flexible if we book an appointment in advance. I would strongly recommended this place to my friends and other family.

I often frequent this funky little salon with my Grand-daughter, we often get our nails done with swift precision and a glossy finish. My nail worker never seizes to impress me, each set is better than the last.

Very pleasant experience! I got shellac polish and it looks fabulous. Less than a ten minute wait. I don't find the language barrier an issue. They were all very friendly and sweet to my 2 yr old daughter who I brought along. I noticed on another client that the older man doesn't do as nice of a job as the women do but the women do some AMAZING work.

When you open at 10am you should have someone there who is able to do all your services. I went to get a fill and they said they wouldn't be able to do it until noon because no one in at the moment was trained.

Beautiful nail Salon. I wish I would have known this before I had my nails done last month. When I am done with my gel nails this salon is at the top of the list for me. I will definitely recommend and come back to this place.

Got acrylic nails done this past Saturday August 24 and they were very poorly done. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and I’ve never been so worried while someone was doing them. I have a low maintenance job and one of my nails the top part basically fell off. I will not going there again.

I love this place. It is clean, the staff is super friendly, prices are upfront, the pedicures are always well done and quick, the polishes are reputable brands, and the atmosphere is calm. Further, they always manage to squeeze me in, even when they are busy. I've been coming for months now.

The worst acrylic refill I've EVER had! She acted like she was drunk and it was her first time! So sloppy!! She hit my finger tips with the circular sander at least 4 times! Never again!

4 hours, 100.00 for pedi and fill .. really? I got "in trouble" for not booking an appointment, so, I give them another opportunity for just pedi this time. Booked appointment for pedi only, 2 hours and 45. 2 weeks later, I need another. Best North Bay has to offer ? Yikes ! I feel bad I bothered you.

Not from north bay. Was here for a wedding this past week, came to spring n nails for a shellac manicure. First of all salon was FILTHY!!!! Tools are not cleaned properly which is extremely disgusting and dangerous. I hardly got a manicure.... I had to ask her to trim my cuticles for me and ask her to trim and nails. Then came time for the colour. I have been getting shellac manicures for 4 years now. I have never had such an awful manicure... she literally slopped the polish on was chunky, un even, bubbly, you could see bristles from the brushes dried underneath the polish. Also the polish was all over the sides of my fingers. To be honest it looked like it was done by a five year old... customer service was even worse then the manicure. Asked to speak to a manager and then had some young girl come up who was extremely rude I was simply showing and explaining to her what was wrong with my nails, she didn't seem to care at all!!! Left with an awful manicure and paid full price... then had to go to a wedding. Do not recommend this place at all!!!!! Worst service ever.

The service was wonderful - but the outcome not as great UNDER GOOD LIGHT! I don't blame the nail technicians... I think they do as great as they can do under DIM LIGHT! Owner!! Listen up! Equip your stations with proper lighting so your people can do the excellent work they are capable of. My shellac didn't go to end of nail bed on some fingers and there was dust and bumps under the polish of 4 nails. All very avoidable things WITH PROOER LIGHT!

Do not go here to get any acrylic or bio gel nails removed!!! They take a fake tip and put it between your real nail and the fake to pry it off! When I asked to do it a certain way they said that's how they do it. My nails are destroyed. Would not recommend!!! They also chargerd 15 dollars just to "remove" them

These ladies always take me if I walk in without an appointment. They are fast and do good work as far as manicures and biogel goes. I have never gotten waxed there. Despite being closed at 5, they took me anyway and did a proper job and remained pleasant. If you're looking for a good and fast way to get your nails done, go here.

I have been going there for years now .... the staff is always friendly and accommodating as much as they possibly can. There are some that will be negative or complain no matter where they go or no matter the service they get. Some will expect someone to work on their nails and feet and expect it to be less than $20.00. Really??? For the price charged, it is very affordable. If someone wants top of the line service, then go to a high end place where you'll also pay high end prices. I have been to many places in my time, and since going there, I'm quite happy and satisfied. I have been to many places in my time, including to some places in the Great Toronto, and they were not so great. Good work Ladies. BL

I heard there is a new nail store next door from my neighbor so i checked it out. The store is spacious, very welcome place and their staff are friendly at least. They offered me a wide selection of color and style, i stick with my original color lol but definitely will try a new style next time. Highly recommend for people who want to have their nail sets look beautifully and shine

I went here for the first time on Saturday, I wanted to get acrylic nails done which I haven’t had in forever. My appointment was at 4:15 but they closed at 5 so I was worried that they wouldn’t get done in time or that the job would be rushed and the nails would turn out horribly! But the lady that did my nails was so particular and precise with shaping and filing and even painting them! I was so impressed by the job she did! They turned out so well!! I don’t think I’ve had nails done this nicely before!! Thank you so much!! You are defiantly my new nail place!!!

These technicians do the best gels in town ! They always see me right away and no matter which tech you get they do an AMAZING job ! Wax was super fast ! Cant get enough of the Ombre French finish ! so Classy, always clean and fast and Super nice folks! I will not go anywhere else

I got my nails done today I love them so much the lady was very nice and professional aswell however when I got home I did notice some things I wish weren't as noticeable because I did pay almost 80 dollars but besides that I had a great experience.
