So ???? grateful I found Aqua Nails! I always check reviews before picking a place and the ones below for Aqua Nails are bang on! I am taking a trip to the Canadian Men's National Soccer team world cup qualifying game in Edmonton this coming week and I really wanted a maple leaf or flag on my nails. And WOW I picked the right place. Han? Or Hannah the owner is a genuine, down to earth, hard working girl. Mother of 3! Go girl! Great job!. I am also grateful that she is following strict covid protocol and it's by appointment only. This alone makes me feel safe as I have underlying issues that could seriously effect me if I got sick. The establishment was clean, classic and comfortable. No TV blaring news and negativity, just the calm sound of the water fall in the fish tank and good conversation. Apparently a Karen came knocking a few weeks ago, completely disregarding the sign on the door that says 'by appointment only' and expected to be let in as a walk in. When she was denied, this Karen gave Aqua Nails it's only 1 star review. All 56 other reviews are 5 stars and Hannah deserves it. I thoroughly enjoyed my ???? ???? manicure and I will definitely be making Aqua Nails my go to place from now on! Blessed be and thank you so much for bring a smile to my face.

I had an amazing experience at Aqua Nails. Setting up an appointment through her Facebook page was super easy and I was impressed by the measures she has taken during covid. Having the salon to myself made it pretty easy to relax! She did a fantastic job on my mani pedi and I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

I haven't had many pedicures, and the last one was over two years ago, but Aqua Nails was the BEST experience I've had. First of all, they agreed to accommodate my work schedule by allowing me to arrive 15 minutes later than their latest available appointment. Second of all, I wear work boots and have some pretty awful calluses, not only were they completely smoothed out, but they also ensures I was comfortable and happy with their work throughout the appointment. Lastly, this was the most thorough, meticulous work I've ever had done Hands down the best place to go for incredible service!

Han is an amazing and wonderful nail care provider. Her shop is immaculate and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. No TV's or loud music contend with. I love going to see Han as she is always so welcoming and makes you feel at home. She is talented and takes pride in her work and truly cares about her clients and their well-being and of course making you feel like your best self. I look forward to treating myself to a mani/pedi again very soon!

My mom and I went here for some pampering before my wedding to get manicures and pedicures. Hannah and her sister were so attentive to us and it really was a relaxing experience. The salon is so clean and they have created a great escape from reality. Will be back again for some more pampering.

I went to Aqua Nails for the first time this morning, and I couldn't be happier! I've been to so many salons for manicures in North Bay and none of them seemed as customer-orriented or clean as Aqua Nails. Hannah was friendly and fantastic at making sure every detail was done correctly. I wont be going to any other salon other than Aqua Nails from now on.

Really enjoyed getting my nails done here. I felt very comfortable and it was incredibly clean and it felt like I was going to go see a friend, as Hannah was so personable! Nails were reasonably priced as well considering the amount of time spent on the nails. I was only getting my nails done as a one time thing but Hannah educated me on nails and aftercare and has convinced me to come in again. The nails have lasted me longer than any other nail place I've been to in North Bay and they still have a week or two left before I will need a fill. Really impressed and would recommend this place over any nail salon in North Bay.

Aqua Nails is an absolutely stunning salon. Very clean, the atmosphere is lovely, and very inviting. Hannah and her sister were very polite and professional and extremely communicative when our wedding party of 6 girls contacted them for a group booking, for manicure & pedicures. Love going to aqua nails! My nails are always on fleek when getting them done here. Amazing staff, cleanest salon I’ve ever been to, and a very calming atmosphere! Also they use this special ionized water instead of chemicals, so it doesn’t even smell like a nail salon!

Product quality excellent. I was so happy with results I booked again immediately. Han (aka Hanna) is fantastic and worth all 5 stars. Strict covid precautions so important to book in advance. No walk ins at this point.

By far the best salon I have ever been to ! Hannah and her sister are very talented, and super sweet people ! I brought in 6 week old, falling off nails that Hannah took her time and patience fixing. She saved every nail !!! I was beyond happy, as they are now my real nails underneath. She was super gentle. I had absolutely no burning at all ! Her sister was equally as patient and gentle ! My daughter and I were very indecisive with colour (lol) and they were both very helpful! Very reasonably priced, very talented and have already booked to go back! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

I went in today for a Regular mani-pedi and i must say I couldn’t have been to a better place. Hanna was extremely polite and she knows her job so well. She did an amazing job and asked me a couple of times if everything was ok. What struck me specifically was the cleanliness of the place and all the precautions hanna took in given situation to make sure its a safe place for anyone to be. She just takes 1 customer at a time and sanitizes everything a couple of times. I am almost 39 weeks pregnant and i was skeptical to get my nails done in this COVID-19 situation but i am glad i gave aqua nails a try because it’s simple the best and you won’t regret it if you visit this place. It was my first visit today and now i am a permanent customer for sure. Thanks once again Hanna for making me feel safe and doing such an amazing job.

I have been going to Aqua Nails for over a year now. What will strike you at first is how clean the salon is. Trust me when I say that this is not your regular “nail salon” this is an extremely professional environment staffed with with professionals. Hannah, the owner is such a lovely person and her staff are equally just as nice. The staff at Aqua Nails take their time with you, you are not rushed (like those other nail salons) and during your treatment the staff check in with you to make sure they are meeting or exceeding your expectations. Hannah and her staff only speak English when dealing with their clients and each other (lol their is no feeling that they might be laughing at your toes) and the completed services are honestly the best I have ever had. Today, I had a pedicure (shellac) and manicure (regular) done. I’m a nail-biter (oh the shame lol) but Hannah treated my fingernails with a special vitamin because of the shape they are in. I didn’t ask for this nor did I pay for it but this is exactly the type of “ little extras” Hannah and her staff will do for their clients. I am however going to post a picture of my pedicure, just love my toes right now. There is plenty of free parking and their prices are the same as those other “ nail salons” They also do waxing. The service is amazing here! I’ve had a bad nail for over 20 years and since going to Aqua nails it has started to grow back! My nails in general have never been healthier! The polish lays on my nails for 2-3 weeks when normale it would rarely last one week. I highly recommend going! Prices are very reasonable and you’re always greeted with a smile!
