GREAT body scrub, awful hour massage.. Also requested female staff member to do my treatments prior to appointment (nothing against male RMTs or estheticians, just a personal preference of mine for a more comfortable experience) and was still put with a male for both. Thankfully, my friend traded me so I could have females for my scrub and massage. Like I said scrub was great, massage was very rushed and all over the place. Having been to a number of spas and different RMTs as well as paying good money for this massage, I was very shocked and disappointed. Vibe in the room felt stressed and again very all over the place. Would not return to this particular spa for this reason only. Front desk staff was very accommodating when having to cancel a few of our previously booked treatments due to unforeseen time constraints.

Message was good, however the facilities are old. The pool was good, however the hot tub was being serviced the sauna was not working.

What a lovely spa! I had a massage during my hotel stay and it was great. Sandra was friendly and competent, making me feel at ease right away. Other staff were helpful and attentive, too. Everything was clean and tidy, on time and well organized. I would definitely return.

Came in from out of town for a birthday and booked services for myself and friends weeks prior. The spa and hotel was beautiful, but the service was not good. I am an aesthetician who does relaxation massages, and this massage was choppy and all over, it was done quickly, with little thought and was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. Once out of my massage, I found out my sister was told her aesthetician "just didn't show for her shift, and they couldn't get a hold of her." When they finally reached her, my sister was left to wait over and hour. They gave her a free 25 min massage in lieu of what was suppose to be an hour service that she drove over an hour to come have, and didn't try to make it up in any other way. Working in the industry, we would be offering full complimentary future services if you were too booked that day, free lunch, free product, or two mini services, something to make up for their lost time and money they were willing to spend at your location. When I asked about what happened, I was met with attitude. Ruined the experience completely. I was hoping to spend some time (and money) at the spa, but we all couldn't wait to leave that uncomfortable experience.

Went here with my mom & sister. The place was beautiful and decorated so nicely, the Victorian theme is lovely. You have full access to the spa pool and its facilities for the whole day of your booked appointment, which is a great plus. However, my mom and sister both received massages and were left unsatisfied. My mom claims the lady just rubbed oil on her without using much power or energy. She says she has received better massages at other places. My sister said her lady didn’t take out the knots in her neck. She says that the masseuse felt the knots, lightly went over them but didn’t use any power to get it out. I received a body scrub and my body was left so smooth and soft, I enjoyed my service. However, I do wish she would have focused on my back more because I felt the main aim were my legs.

Got a couples massage and had a very enjoyable time. Used the salt water pool, hot tub and sauna and all were clean and refreshing. The change rooms, robe, slippers and waiting area were all great and we didn't have any issues.

Lol... the massage done by a RMT was more like a glorified body oil rub and.. they didn’t even have warm towels or a heating pad. This review was kept short just like the massage.
