Alright , I was there today for a girls getaway. I need to say that I had the BEST pedicure ever with Karo ! Friendly and professional staff. Incredible hospitality. My massage was amazing, too. I didn't want to leave . If you are looking for a pampering getaway that doesn't lack quality , you need to go here. I've been talking about how amazing my experience was today. 5+ stars for sure.

I had one of the WORST experiences today at Fallsview Casino! When we went to the Spa, they had us booked for the previous day. Instead of attempting to rectify the situation, they simply told us we were wrong and charged us $150. They also checked a phone log and couldn’t find the second call in which the date was rebooked for. Not once did they try and reschedule us or offer to refund that charge. Horrible customer service.

Sadly I didn't take any pics of the facilities at The Spa but it is a very modern spa with everything you can imagine! the entryway is open and bright. There's a waiting area, with manicure tables just beyond it. Water infused with fresh fruit is available while waiting, and you can peruse the beauty items for sale on display. Behind the counter are the two changing rooms. The ladies room is equipped with lockers that lend a towel and robe for each guest. The lockers have a pinpad so you can set your own pin. It was large enough for our winter gear and boots, and even had a drawer to keep organized. Toiletries were available: shampoo, conditioner, aerosol deodorant, shower caps, q-tips, pads and tampons, along with extra towels. There's another waiting room just before the treatment rooms, with a fancy coffee maker, muffins, yogurt and more water. Very soothing atmosphere perfect to get in the right mood for a massage. A whirlpool, sauna and steam room were also easily accessible. A pool and gym are available to guests of The Spa, they're just down a separate corridor. My guests and I had such an amazing experience, we would definitely return to this establishment!! My recommendation is to book your treatment as soon as you've booked your trip because the slots fill up very quickly! Enjoy!

Came here with my mom & sisters for the Organic Facial. We all LOVED it! The service was so relaxing and well done. However, they do no extractions of black heads or any of that, which sucks a bit. The actual place is nicely decorated and they have a lounge area where they have a coffee/espresso machine and they offer free muffins and yogurt. We have full access to the spa amenities and spent some time in their Steam Room, which was nice! I totally recommend this place, super relaxing!

Excellent experience here over the long weekend. Enjoyed couples massages which were great and the spa itself is very nice with lots of amenities. Would definitely return.
