Tried this place for the first time and I left very happy! The staff is so friendly and chatty - I had a conversation with literally everyone! My hairstylist Maria walked me through each step while doing my hair which made me feel very comfortable and also gave me great home care tips. Will definitely be going back!

I never leave negative reviews on stores, the last time I had my hair dyed I tipped $30 but this place was absolutely terrible. First off I just went to dye my hair and the total procedure took 3 hours while their regular was finished in 1 hour time I was pushed back. Secondly it cost 143 dollars to lighten my hair just a bit more and it wasn't even the colour described. I'm just so unbelievably disappointed and upset about the service. I promise you any other salon in Niagara Falls will be better than this place.

I am almost reluctant to write this review as they are very busy. I left that salon singing. I have been looking for a local hair stylist for awhile now. I hit the jackpot with Anita. She is wonderful. Her team partner Maria is also very helpful. My hair has not looked this good in a long time. Highly recommend this salon!

I called this salon desperate due to a terrible cut received from an out of town salon. They were able to fit me in the next day. I was blessed to be paired with Maria, who listened to my usual and current hair situation and came up with a plan. Not only did she correct the mess, she left me with a haircut that I LOVE. And bonus, she was a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely be back!!!

Great service. I won a gift certificate at a stag and doe so I figured I would try them out. I have been trying for years to find someone who can cut my fine straight hair and finally found that in Anita. Will be going back when ready for my next cut.

I went here about a month ago, my hair was completely fried before hand after bleaching it at home. I showed them images of what I would like and they completely delivered! The staff is super nice, and after I got it done the staff members were even raving about how good I looked. It was a completely validating experience and a good price! Would definitely recommend! :)

All of the wonderful staff were amazing as my poor curly hair girl had the worst knoty mess and only one hour and she didn't loose much more then necessary when it came time for the cut
