Such an great hotel! Only a 10 min walk to all the main attractions, and the area is nice and quiet! Employees were super kind and accommodating. Was really able to wind down and relax after a long day of sightseeing. We also had a jacuzzi inside the room. Also booked a couples massage at the hotel, which was also amazing!

Good location, Central to anything you want in Niagara. Special for couples, not geared to families. Not sure about the spa, unable to tour it. Took a star off for the spas lack of hospitality. Hotel staff was fantastic. We'll book again.

We had a great weekend. loved the steam shower and 4 poster bed although the beds creak with every movement. The breakfast was just right with French press coffee, warm boiled eggs, fruit, croissants, yogurt and OJ. The AG restaurant gave us a private room and excellent dinner experience. This was my second visit here and won't be my last.

Staff is amazing, rooms are beautiful. They were very accommodating when our fireplace blew a fuse. They quickly changed our room. I would suggest however. They think of adding a couple accessible rooms and purchasing inaccessible jacuzzi for the jacuzzi suites for those who have trouble getting in and out of them. I would highly recommend this place for an anniversary, which is what we went there for. And they have a really good Indian restaurant right across the street so you don't even need to get back into your car for the night and breakfast in bed came with our room and it was delicious as well

Such a beautiful place. My wife and I got married in Niagara Falls on August 12th and we spent our honeymoon here .Gorgeous rooms , great location, very friendly staff. We had the couple's package which included dinner at AG Cuisine and a couple's massage in their beautiful spa. it was a unique experience which everyone needs to try . We highly recommend staying and the sterling spa and inn.

This used to be my go to spot in Niagara but it's lost a lot of what made it special. The service used to be phenomenal and lots of little touches made it special. For example the breakfasts used to have things like a warm quiche which are now long gone. Parking used to be free etc. The staff have shared that the new ownership was responsible for the change. The rooms are still quiet large but the accompaniments are not really that nice. If you like steam showers that's a feature that might draw you. The location is not great being quiet a distance from the falls and other sites. While I understand and support revenue generation this place seems to have lost what differentiated it from the chain hotels in the area and will be frequenting those hotels in the future.

We just left from celebrating our 10 year anniversary. When we arrived there was wine and chocolate covered berries in our room which we did not order. We assumed it was courtesy of the hotel or perhaps one of our family members surprising us. We found out my dad tried to order but then decided not to go though with it due to the high cost so he did not pay the hotel. Upon checkout they charged us. They did not even check with us about it in advance and claimed my dad did not respond to their payment authorization and since it was already in our room we had to pay. Thing is this was not our problem. He was trying to surprise us and decided to cancel. If he didn't pay they should not have left the items in room and then charged us for something we did not order. Now we have an addition al $80 on our bill. On top of that the place was pricey to stay at and didn't even clean our room during our stay. Though the room was beautiful and so was the spa, not impressed with the service otherwise.
