Had an appointment for dip nails on Saturday. After I was done and paid I went to my car and looked at my nails in light. They were lumpy and thick and uneven and just aweful. I went back in and asked for them to be redone. They said they'd fix by adding so gel.product. I insisted they be redone. Then I had to insist they redo them all as, for some reason, they were only going to redo some. They finally redid them and actually smoothed them this time. I left. In under 4 days I had broken nails and top coat peeling. I've had dip done else where for years and never had a nail break in less than 3 weeks. Never had top coat peel like this. I splurged with money I had been saving to treat myself to nails for my birthday and Christmas and now I have no nails and no money to try elsewhere to fix them. Took my money and provided shotty work. Shame on them.

If I could give a 0 I would honestly it was the worst experience of my life, at first it was good then she started rushing and with shellac on my nails I can still see through. Also 2 nails broke in half after 4 days of getting them done

HONESTLY THE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER! If I could give 0 stars I would have. Starting off was fantastic they brought us a bottle of water and a little package of nuts it was great but we played musical chairs every 15 minutes we were put into a different chair with a different nail girl the girls kept leaving to do waxing and microblading and whatever leaving you sitting there for 10-15 minutes at a time it took 2 hours for me to get acrylic nails put on with nail polish that was it I just got them done on Friday one of them is chipped and many of them have these weird Brown bubbles starting they all look very poorly done and it cost $10 more than my usual place. Now on top of that my friend got French tips they charged her $5 for the french tips in addition to the overpriced Nails already hers as well took over 2 hours played musical chairs the whole time and then after she specifically said not to put shellac on her nails because she is not considered vegan they did it anyway and then charged her for it of course I made a stink about it and got the $10 that they charge for the shellac back but still. I'm pretty easy-going about my nails they don't have to be perfect they just have to look decent but the fact that I paid more than I usually do and they look atrocious is unacceptable!! SAVE YOUR MONEY! GO ELSEWHERE!

Came here for a pedi with my mum as a birthday present. Staff was friendly and service was decent. However when it came time to pay my mother was charged more money for me because I am a man. Ridiculous.

I had a mani-pedi here. It’s the first time I got my nails done in years. I was extremely happy with the pedicure, but I am extremely disappointed in the manicure. At first, it was going great. The lady took her time and understood my irrational fear of getting cut. But once people started coming in, she rushed. I can see the scratches on my acrylic nails really easily and the colour I asked for isn’t the colour she put on my nails. I asked for colour 129, which looked like a rose nude pink in their nail book. My nails are neon orange. It hasn’t even been a whole week and my acrylic nails are already chipping. The people were nice, but I don’t think I’ll come back here again. Definitely not worth the money I paid for. I only like my pedicure.

Staff does not seem interested in customers, there behaviour was rude, was untolerable. I asked for eyebrow and I had full proper growth but lady who did my eyebrows did wrong one side and left unwanted hairs in another eyebrow. she kept on trimming and when i said she made a excuse and went outside, send another lady to handle situation. She was also not able to fix my brows. Know my eyebrows are made wrong there is clear difference in both of brows. Disappointing staff????, they both should go home and close Buisness.

Okay staff...they were trying to charge me 65 for bio gel set and when I argued with her she changed it to 55 and I told her it cost 45 but she said coffin shape is extra charge so because I didn't want to fight her I told her it was her tip. I got these done on June 28th and on july 3rd I have completely removed them off of my nails because there was barely any glue on the nails so it was almost like a stick on, they were falling off already. Along with getting a pedicure that day with a group who also got their nails done, I get back home and the toes are completely smudged & chipped even though I didn't hit them or do anything to smudge them and same with another friend who noticed the same thing as soon as she got home. My other friend got shellac and noticed the whole nail wasn't actually covered properly. It cost over 300$ for us all to get our nails and toes done and I honestly would love see my money back.

Lovely nail spa with so many polish colours and services to choose from! This is the place to go in Niagara Falls. The dipping powder really allows the colour to stay for 3+ weeks. It’s a must get.
