My husband and I had couples deep tissue massage and it was amazing! We still feel so refreshed and energized. The staff were very sweet ,our overall experience was great. Will definately visit them next time we are in Niagara ????

Beautiful spa! Very clean very professional! I booked for my mother for her birthday and she was so thrilled with the service! Reception was friendly and patient- so kind and helpful not to mention bubbly and a pleasure to talk to- she said she was new but you wouldn’t know it! Her massage therapist (Alisha) was amazingly friendly and sweet, the aesthetician that did her facial (Katerina) was very well informed on products and also very friendly and both were so well trained! My mother wishes she could go back every day and I wish I could join her! Amazing amazing amazing we will be back one day!! This spa made her trip perfect and it will be the only spa we go to when we come to Niagara!

Deep tissue massage with Leslie is the best!

Both my wife, and I got amazing massages when we visited Serenity. Highly recommended if you're looking for a nice relaxing massage.

I purchased a reconnect package for myself and my wife. The ladies providing the service were nice but I was not impressed that a two hour service was not even that. We started 10 past the time and ended 10 minutes earlier. And the package says chocolate covered strawberries but never got them. Overall we would never come back here.

Has new Himalayan salt sauna and hot tub also it's expanding(luxury longe). Food by Morton steakhouse. Amazing relaxing time as always!

Russ Noble

Had a really nice body scrub and facial from katerina. I really enjoyed it. I didnt enjoy the new tax on my bill and I didnt notice until I was done. I'm not aware of the new law but dont people from around the area not have to pay? I probably wont be back because of this. We paid the tax on our hotel stay our restaurant visit and spa visit. We are from the next city over. No reflection on katerina though.

Daniela

Amazing facility. Staff were extremely accommodating. I will be going back

We went for a couple message on Sept 28th, both were RMT. Great message and the faculty follows the COVID regulations. Would definitely comeback and recommend to others.

Amazing staff and a fantastic relaxation massage.

Not happy with how I was charged a tip on my credit card, must have accidentally chose 15 percent when going through (50.00). I had thought RMT were regulated just as nurses and doctors can't accept tips. Massage was okay, never going back there again. Called to recall tip but felt like they weren't paid enough and that I was responsible for feeding them. 164.00 x2 with my wife, so 378.00 for a massage whew. I've had better 100.00 massages. Caused more stress than relaxation. It was in a dungy basement, no view of the falls just walls.

Excellent service and staff. My girlfriend lived her massage!

My wife and I had a couple's massage while staying at Marriott hotel. We both have been to different massage therapy clinics and knew what to expect. The place was clean, and they were very conscious about safety against COVID 19, which was nice. My wife was assigned an RMT, whereas I was with a non registered therapist (had no choice in order to receive massage at the same time. The fee was the same, which I couldn't quite understand, because I am sure the unregistered therapist would be paid less by the facility. My therapist did her best and I thank her for that. Throughout the session, we frequently heard loud drilling/grinding noise, likely from some kind of construction within the hotel, which was very disturbing. My therapist apologized but no comment from the manager. The fee, as I had expected, was a lot more than other outside clinics, as this was a hotel, but, the bill also asked for "tip". Hmm... we kind of felt obligated to pay it, and my wife and I ended up paying about $380 for 55min massage therapy session for two of us, one of which was done by a non-registered therapist. While the therapist did their best, I would probably not do this again, as I couldn't quite justify that much spending for what we received, even if it was a facility within a hotel. If they want to charge so much more, they could perhaps offer something that other outside facilities don't, such as foot massage machines, or hot pack prior to massage, as a suggestion. I do hope that, through these difficult times and reduced tourist visits, the hotel and the spa do well.

I recently had a deep tissue massage from Georgina at Serenity spa. I have had many massages before and this was heavenly. Georgina has the magic touch. The only reason I rated them a 4 is because the spa was quite chilly and instead of a real blanket placed on you throughout the massage it was just a light sheet. I was freezing. Also a hot towel on the feet to kick off the massage would be a huge improvement. After massaging my ice cold feet Georgina had freezing cold hands. Oh and the massage oil was room temp to chilled at best. You guys should get an oil heater for maximum comfort. I would definitely go see Georgina again.

I came here this first weekend of December 2020 for a massage with my best friend (separate rooms). I had Georgina as my RMT and she was amazing. She was so professional and friendly. We talked throughout my treatment (I am a talker) and she was so down to earth and relatable. She ensured that I was comfortable during the treatment and asked if the amount of pressure that she was applying was good for me. To be honest, I thought the "relaxation massage" would be next to no pressure on my muscles so I did not expect much, but Georgina surprised me with how much consistent pressure she applied! I did not feel as though she had 10 clients before me and was tired. I have had massages in Toronto before, and most of the time the RMT is tired from their previous appointments and applies very light pressure every minute that they can. I can tolerate more pressure due to my knots in my upper back. I was so relaxed after my treatment! I will absolutely be coming back with my boyfriend for a couples massage!

My friend got cellulitis from dirty equipment at this spa. Yes it was confirmed by a doctor. Weeks of painful infection, IV treatments, a lowered immune system, horrendous swelling of the entire leg, and emotional anguish. Do no go there.

Was staying at the hotel and to treat my self for my birthday I wanted to book a manicure. No one answered the phone. So after trying for a time I went down to the spa. They were able to get me in which was wonderful. I asked for the spa manicure with gel nails. I waited for over 20 minutes for someone. She seemed on a hurry. She actually said that she was on her way out the door when she saw I had an appointment. She did not give me gel and after less then 24 hours my nails are chipped and she missed corners on my nails. I am so annoyed as I have NEVER EVER paid $100 for a manicure and then to have it ruined in less then 24 hours and not get what I booked. It is a rip off!!!!

Javier Pendergrast

Great experience with our romance package and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

Steven Metz

Had a couples massage. It was good, not amazing. Place seemed clean enough. The 2 ladies were nice. The whole thing didn't seem worth over $300.

Melissa Tuck

Did a couple's message..so good we will make the drive from woodbridge just for the massage.

I went to Serenity Spa last weekend with some girlfriends for a friend's birthday. Firstly, I was impressed with their safety protocols given the pandemic. All the staff I encountered were being very responsible, and so felt very safe getting a massage there. I had the pleasure of having a deep tissue massage from Dan. I've had massages from many different massage therapists over the last 10 years and Dana certainly makes the list of the small hand full of great massage therapists I've ever had. I was impressed by his technique and his massage helped to address a lot of the tension I had in my upper back (as a result of working from home on my computer, due to the pandemic). He was also so kind as to show me some really helpful stretches I could do on a daily basis. I highly recommend Serenity Spa, and Dan. He was very knowledgeable, kind and had a genuine interest in supporting me with my health.

The massage therapist Shirley did a great job in a 55mins session of massage today, She was all the time asking for feedbacks and putting more or less pressure on the specific areas where my muscles were more stiff them others, great technique and very professional work, well recommend. The receptionist and the whole staff are very friendly and make you feel really relaxed. Great customer service. 5 stars!

Had a couples massage for my birthday and absolutely loved it! My therapist Georgina was incredible, and my boyfriend loved his massage done by Alena as well! The facility is clean, and their staff were really kind to us. The pricing is higher than other cities, but pretty good for a massage at a 4.5 star hotel in Niagara Falls! Overall a great experience.

Narmeen Pallett

A professional experience from start to finish! My partner and I had an incredible couples massage by Katrina and Leslie. They were courteous, professional and skilled. The waiting areas and changing rooms were clean and beautiful. We especially loved the spa shampoo and soap.

Best Massage EVER. I've had hundreds of massages and the one by Zhanetta was the best ever. She was GREAT. I wanted deep tissue and she excelled in every area. I would highly recommend the spa and her in particular.

I booked a gel spa manicure there on the 5th of January 2020. While the service provider next to my station did an amazing job, the person who was allocated to serve me did not soak my hands. She was rough, rude and very unpleasant. I believe her name is Catherine. I had the 10.30 am appointment. I was very disappointed with her service.

I have mixed emotions about my spa experience. While the service was good, I left not feeling that relaxed. Firstly, both my fiancé and I were assigned non-registered massage therapists and we were initially told that we would be in the same treatment room for our massages. While filling out our forms, that quickly changed and we were placed in separate rooms because the couples room was out of commission. No big deal, right? After walking out, we realized that another couple were being ushered into the couples treatment room. Our massages were great, but felt uneasy seeing that. However, special kudos to Leslie, Jeanetta, Elaine and Kathy but I’ll probably be looking for another spa whenever I am in Niagara again.

I agree with Mickey and also apologize for being one of those obnoxious women. The spa is located in the lower level of the hotel and feels like a basement. While my massage was wonderful the rest of our visit was awful. And expensive. A poor quality pedicure in our street clothes. A choice of 8 Nail polish colors. A rushed manicure and out the door. And yes - was almost robbed by the staff. When I forgot to relock my locker after getting dressed for my pedicure one of the staff quickly helped themselves to my wallet, in my purse, in my locker. When I raised the alarm they claimed to have found it by the sink where "I must have left it". So sorry to wreck your couples day Mickey but we were out for a fun girls day. If they had separate or larger areas our paths would never have crossed.

Today we had a couples massage . I had Tanya she was wonderful. Both ladies did a awesome job . Very clean , professional, calming feeling. Robes could be a little bigger for plus size people but all in all fantastic job. Thank you ladies

I must say that the massage itself was good. But everything else really cramped my style; most obviously the sub-par facial and the harassment I received from the technician...oh, and don't even get me started on the price! I cannot believe that my partner and I had to pay to have women roughly paw at our face with a myriad of products. There was no steam, no extractions, no careful attention to our own skin type or facial muscle massage.... the weekly 15 minute process I do on my own skin is far superior and doesn't cost me an astronomical amount. Underwhelming facial aside, the technician came up to me 5 separate times to push me to buy the products - she even cornered me while I was alone blowdrying my hair in the changeroom!! I do like to do weekly facial masks so I mentioned as much and was open to buying a mask. 10 minutes later I'm piled high with products and when I get to the counter to ask for prices I am advised that each one is $100-$150. Are you kidding me? I do not appreciate being harassed ever, but most especially when I am paying to be on a relaxing retreat. I will never go back to this spa. It really eats me up that this experience cost us $650.

Nice place and great service..

Booked an hour couples massage and was very pleased! The spa is a beautiful, clean, modern basement location in the Marriott. Wonderful therapists that were seasoned professionals and we both felt like we had gotten our money's worth. The room was soothing and comfortable. The changing rooms were clean and offered incidentals to shower and groom afterwards. Highly recommended.

We spent an afternoon in the spa. It was not a great experience. It was actually pretty awful! We spent a ton of money- over $500 and weren't very satisfied with the services. The locker rooms were small and not very welcoming. We waited entirely too long in the "lounge" (a room with 4 chairs in it) before we were greeted by our masseuses. The couples massage themselves were amazing. Our masseuses were fabulous. It's a shame the rest of the experience was terrible because they were great. After our hour we were told we had to change for our pedicures- not very spa like getting a pedicure in your street clothes. The couples experience was ruined when we were placed in the cramped pedicure room with two obnoxious women also having pedicures. I would have hoped for a more accommodating relaxing couples time. One of the women was almost robbed while we were there. One of the spa employees found her locker left open and purse and wallet out on the locker room counter. Scary! The pedicures weren't that great. I've had better at a strip mall nail place. Our 'couples package' was supposed to come with chocolate covered strawberries but they never showed up. We had to request they be sent to our room following the spa treatments and they didn't show up until we called the spa again to ask an hour later!

Really wonderful massage!! Husband and I both loved ours and the ladies were so nice!! It was expensive but you expect that when you come to niagara.

Jason Mimms

Did not receive what I booked on the phone. Better off at a more professional spot! Not worth the money.

We had a 3.5hr couples spa day. The staff was so wonderful and professional! We definitely recommend this spa!

This place by far was my favorite. Jamie was amazing in every way possible. I would travel 4 hours just to see her again.

BONNIE ARNAUSKAS

$50 for a regular manicure is absolutely atrocious. Not even a shellac manicure. It also chipped the next day. I had a nice time at this spa and the service was nice, but $50 for a regular manicure is absolutely ridiculous and made me feel uncomfortable when my mom went to pay. I felt bad for her that she had to pay that. I would expect around 35-40 dollars for a high end manicure. But $50? Why? You have one ring of colours and regular labels, not luxury. I am extremely disappointed that my manicure chipped literally two days after getting it. Everything was amazing except for the $50 manicure. Made me feel guilty and not worth that price in any way shape or form. Like at all. Wish I could post a picture of my chip.

I'm so disappointed in my pedicure. For having to pay over $100 plus tip my pedicure was not what it should have been. My friend and I were supposed to have side by side pedicures and instead were sat at opposite ends of the room. My friend also started hers 15 minutes before mine so we weren't together for most of it. My pedicurist was telling me how dry my face was and how rough my feet were. While I get that she was trying to "help" I felt very uncomfortable and ended up leaving the session more tense then when I started. The paint job was not even either which I didn't notice until after. Also I found most the paraffin wax had been left on my heels and not cleaned off. I will not be returning here and I do not recommend you go either.

My boyfriend and I travelled from downtown Toronto to Niagara for a couples massage at this spa. Our appointment was booked 2 days in advance. Our spot was confirmed over the phone and my credit card was given to hold our reservation. When we arrived, we were informed that our reservation was never booked on their end. They were also not able to fit us in for another couples massage at a later time. We were extremely disappointed due their poor communication, causing us to have no plans in Niagara and wasted time commuting.

My bf and I had a couples massage today that was amazing. It definitly overshadowed the horrible experience with the WeGo shuttle service aka bus service. We ran late because of the shuttle service but were verty accomadating in getting our service in anyway. Thank you for a great massage for us!
