#1 Best salon in the Niagara region for eyebrow threading. Shailina is the most talented aesthetician I've ever met and always goes the extra mile to assure I leave with a smile. I can't say enough regarding how nice and welcoming the entire staff is. The salon is extremely clean and the setting is exactly what you would look for in a spa.. I've been going over 3 years now and every visit still feels like the first. If I could give 10 stars I would!

100% recommend! I arranged to have a spa day here as part of a bachelorette party weekend. The newly renovated downstairs is beautifully done, and perfect for hosting a group! These ladies went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make this visit special for our bride-to-be. We were able to bring whatever snacks and drinks we wanted (coffee and tea were provided), and we had the downstairs all to ourselves. Seating, fireplace, music, whatever you could want. I certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a lovely spa day :)

I have never gotten my eyebrows done before. I have never had. shape to them:( HOWEVER, I came here and the staff was so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I feel so much more confident, and she did an amazing job! I cannot stop looking in the mirror :) They also followed Covid protocol perfectly! The best I have experienced anywhere! I felt very safe and walked out feeling confident:) 10/10 would recommend to everyone and I will be coming back :)

When I first started going to sense of beauty, one of my eye brows was so much shorter than the other because all of the places that I was going to did waxing and my eyebrows were never symmetrical or had a nice shape. Since doing threading there, both of my eyebrows look amazing and I always get compliments/asked where I get my eye brows done. I started doing my manicures and pedicures there too and I refuse to go anywhere else because no one else puts liners down when they do pedicures! I decided to give Sense of Beauty another chance at threading my eyebrows. I regret this decision deeply. They practically took half my upper left eyebrow hairs out and missed many hairs around my arch on the right eyebrow. I have (had), very nice eyebrows and any progress I've made with the hairs that were there is gone. This is not the first time they've made a mistake while doing my eyebrows, but the third time. This time has been by far the worst and most damaging.

Sense of Beauty was one of the first beauty spas in Niagara Falls to include threading, the most precise and clean way to remove hair! There are an array of services offered at Sense of Beauty which makes your beauty trips a one-stop-shop, all of which are at competitive pricing!! There are two locations located on opposite ends of town making it so convenient to visit wherever you are in Niagara! The Spas are very clean and adhere to all COVID and cleaning requirements and policies- making you feel so much more comfortable visiting during these times. Sense of Beauty is the best Brow Bar and Spa in Niagara Falls and could not recommend it anymore! I'm giving one star because thats the minimum I can give. I got my full arms, underarms and legs waxed. It was a painful experience, and I came out with my skin peeling and bruised - something I noticed when I got home.The technician was not experienced. It was the worst waxing experience i've had. I would not go there again and I would not recommend that anyone get waxed here!!!

Went for my first manicure/pedi since they reopened due to covid shut downs. The ladies have gone above and beyond to welcome me and make me feel comfortable in the salon with the new policies and procedures. The salon is spotless and all the PPE was in place. Absolutely excellent with facials - felt very relaxed and the service is good. It could have been better as the person doing my facial was trying to look after clients walking in between the different steps of my facial. Unfortunately, the shellac for my manicure did not last for more than 2 days which was very dissapointing, although the nail polish didn't cover till the tip of my nail anyway so in a way, I'm glad that it came off. The regular polish on my pedicure has outlasted the shellac from my manicure, very surprised.
