This place is absolutely wonderful. I know what I’m talking about as I go to this place almost weekly. Nancy and Leslie at front desk are amazing. They have a young new girl. I always forget to ask for her name, but she’s lovely. Denise is the beautiful lady that owns the place an always makes you feel welcome. She also set me up with very high quality compression stockings. Her decorating of her spa is impeccable. So relaxing and beautiful. Aga, what can I say. She’s awesome she does my pedicures and manicures beautifully. I love Erin my RMT she is the bubbliest girl I know. Dr. Laura is an angel. A beautiful girl inside and out that has helped with my recovery of my injured arm. Along with Erin I’m on a quick road to recovery. Andrea gives amazing facial makes you feel wonderful. All the girls are awesome and friendly. They can process your insurance electronically which is an added bonus. I love this place and will continue to come here as all my family also enjoys their services. Keep up the amazing work!!!

I will never go here again. I paid more than $1000 for body sculpting with Andrea and this meant 6 sessions/separate appointments. Being a hairdresser, I know how annoying it is for an appointment to be cancelled but unfortunately it happens. I also know how annoying it is for a client to have to wait for her appointment and anything past 15 minutes late isn’t okay. I had to wait for 45 minutes past my appointment for Andrea but didn’t make a fuss but did voice it for her to know. The next time, I had to cancel one of my appointments but rebooked. I was told I could book the appointment for the next Tuesday or Saturday during this time so I called the day of Tuesday so understood it was too last minute but was then told I couldn’t do the Saturday either after being told not even a week prior that it could be done? I was told every appointment needed to be a week to 8 days apart because that’s how the sculpting works. They made me wait for another appointment way over 8 days, probably near two weeks, but they did throw in another free appointment complimentary. Great, thankyou. Now come my last appointment, I had a terrible family emergency due to a seizure/head injury. This was my 6th/last appointment I could not make, and could not reach them by phone til a few hours later. I called to apologize and rebook. Whoever picked up got Andrea to speak to me directly, no problem, only I got the most unprofessional disgusting attitude from her and how I gave her a two hour gap where she could of made money. Here’s my confusion.. I prepaid for this appointment, it wasn’t a gap she wasn’t being paid for and it wasn’t $100, it wasn’t $500 but $1000 I paid already. Absolutely disgusting way to treat a client who paid that much for your services and will now never be coming back nor recommending this place. Save your money. I’d rather lose all those appointments/ the sculpting then to go back. As for the rest, the place looks beautiful, but so unprofessional from my experience with that woman.

My friend and I went there by chance. My birthday and looking for a massage or pedi. We called a number of places that were either expensive or not able to make an appointment. Even a pedi together...nothing. We decided to drop in here. Best decision. We got in right away for pedi for her and Massage for me! The services they offer and the care they take is second to non in my opinion. Erin my massage person was great!

I have been looking for a Spa in Niagara for months. I wish I would have found NEWS earlier! The best experience I have had at a Spa for a more than reasonable price. A shellac manicure for only $30!

This has been my spot once a month since I first got treated by the talented, super nice a d professional Allison Lowery RMT. As a massage therapist myself, I know the importance of regular massage care! The staff is also very effecient and nice. Clean, comfy treatment rooms. Lots of open hours and 7 days a week!

I have gotten a pedicure, shellac manicure and my eyebrows tinted and waxed by Rachel and I must say it was EXCELLENT. Very professional and thorough young lady. Not to mention the facility is absolutely stunning and relaxing. I will be back!

Facility was so clean; staff was super accommodating we came in early in a huff/ rush for our appointment with a bunch of modifications and they accommodated us perfectly ! Melissa did a STUNNING job on my wedding nails and she was so sweet the whole time . Can express how appreciative I am . 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be back when we’re in the area

Today was my first time there but I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. All the staff there were very welcoming and nice I got exactly what I wanted for shape length and color. I came in with a short notice appointment and was so happy how it worked out! The staff at the front desk is great! My RMT was Erin, who was so sweet and friendly that my hour flew by! I felt so much better than I had in months, and I had barely any soreness the next day! I've been back a few times now, and I always go with Erin, she's great! The whole atmosphere is welcoming and clean! Definitely a place to make a habit of!

The facility is lovely, very clean. They have separate rooms for everything. I go twice every year with my dad. Staff are always super friendly! Whenever i get my nails done there they last forever, and look great.

OMG THIS SPA IS NOTHING BUT AMAZING. I had the best massage by Alison, felt so relaxed. I also had my nails done by Kaitlin and WOW! My nails have never been stronger and they are stunning. Not to mention how friendly the staff is and how CLEANNNNNN the spa is. Would 100000 percent recommend. I had a facial with Kate and my skin has never felt better omg she really knows her stuff. I have also bought many products from there including EnyENVY and holy wow! Just look!!! These are my real lashes and I had zero length, volume and thickness before using this product!

My go to spa whenever I need a massage and/or adjustment. I recommend this place to everyone! Mallory and Jacinda definitely know what they are doing when it comes to working out any knots/pains I may have and all the while providing a relaxing atmosphere. Making a trip back very soon.

I had my first appointment at NEWS this evening and it was a great experience! The receptionist is lovely and it is a very clean and welcoming environment. Andrea is such an asset to this clinic. She is knowledgable and is one of the nicest people I've met. She did an amazing facial on me leaving my skin glowing. Andrea truly cares about clients needs and listens to all your concerns. Amazing place!! All the staff makes you feel welcome! Kate is amazing, not only does she do such a great job on my lashes, but she makes sure that the health of my lashes are the first priority. The people who work there are amazing! They also have the license to serve alchohol which is great when you are getting a meni or pedi. The facility is very clean and fresh feeling. To couples, If you are in Niagara I definately recommend you take your other half here they will love it! Just make sure you take cash with you for tip. They didnt have tipping option in the pin pad.

The lady who did my brows was super sweet, however didn’t do them too well. She didn’t mess them up at all she just didn’t make them look “great”. The tint wore off super fast and the edges weren’t super groomed. My sister went also and was quite disappointed. Gentle touch though and very sweet!

I got a lift and tint at this spa last week and I'm obsessed with it! I had one set of eyelashes that pointed downward and now they look the same as the other eye! Wonderful experience and so happy with the result. I definitely recommend coming here - you won't be disappointed!
