Friendly staff, check in was a breeze, and the hotel is nice and clean. The view is absolutely incredible! Stayed at a loft bedroom on the sixteenth floor. Definitely worth another trip back.

First off, the view was amazing; but not nearly worth the negatives. 1) No hot water. At best the water was a little warmer than tepid, never hot. 2) No climate control. The thermostat doesn't affect the room temperature and the room was stuffy. 3) No parking. You can pay $35/day to park two streets over - there is minimal unloading space. For $50/day the valets will drive your car there. 4) Dismissive front desk staff and executive staff. The cleaning staff and room service staff were great, but the front facing staff had little time to waste on guests. The executive staff is also dismissive - gas-lighting complaints by implying hot water is an exceptional standard or expectation. Take your photos from one of the numerous observation decks and stay somewhere that values guests. There are 4 other hotels in the direct vicinity that I'd try first.

Fantastic hotel. Fallsview rooms are stunning. Everything was perfect during our stay. Front desk manager's customer service was on point. He was able to assist us beyond what we could've expected and made our stay that more special. Grateful and would definitely stay here again when visiting Niagara.

Went here for a quick trip with my husband. The hotel is located very close to the Falls and main attractions. We had a beautiful view of the Falls. We've stayed at other hotels in the area and this view was by far the best. When we arrived, there was a long line up to check in. The staff were friendly and patient however. The room was clean and spacious. There were a few small appliances and a large TV in our room. The parking situation was not the best. The parking lot is a short walk away. But the lot also fills up quickly during peak times. You do have the option to valet your car as well.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Front desk staff are very accommodating and friendly. I’m an elite member so I had breakfast coupon. The lady (short dark hair) at the entrance of buffet break was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She checked our covid vaccine card and IDs, which was fine, but she was forcing me to show my 13 yr old son’s ID along with vaccine card. He’s 13 and he doesn’t have an ID!!! Then she saw my vaccine card and said very rudely that I need to see your ID first!! I stayed polite during the time she was throwing her attitude at us, but the way she asked and treated us was enough for us not to return to this hotel again!! Very disappointed!

We had a 1-night stay and were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff is very friendly is the highlight, and they are very helpful. especially the housekeeping team and supervisor. The check-in didn’t take 10 minutes. Excellent hospitality. Great and lovely wonderful Niagara Falls to views. Niagara Falls are incredible and definitely worth the visit and enjoyment of firework the nighttime the winter. Nice hotel! The front desk check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly and helpful. She even sent us a surprise slice of birthday cake! Great view, clean room, lovely bathroom but what is with the breakfast buffet? They need more staff and two mornings in a row could not get clean plates. Each plate I touched, once they finally came out, I could still feel and see food bits cooked on. Spa had no massages available over the two days. Looks like they are understaffed.
