Very helpful staff in the hotel. Waterpark was great and staff were easygoing. I'd return again. I'm giving a 4/5 due to hotel walls are thin and noise travels. For our experience, it was manageable.

Smaller waterpark compared to the others in the area but still a good time for younger kids. Highly recommended. 4 bigger slides, smaller structure with dumping bucket for smaller kids, wave pool, play area with basketball nets, hot tub (not open during covid), on site food, arcade, etc. Also has a Boston Pizza on site. Happy kids, happy parents.

Staff was very friendly and nice. Hotel was clean and modern. Kids aged 14 had a lot fun in the water park. One down side parking is $25 a night a bit steep in my opinion.

Just returned from a weekend stay. On arrival there was a problem with our rooms and the hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful in dealing with the situation. The staff were all very considerate and polite. Great weekend!

Great weekend stay for my family of 4. Both my kids loved it. Went with another family so we had connecting rooms with a door which made it more fun.

You’d think that for $400 a night that you’d at least be getting a nice room. I walked in and was extremely disappointed. The curtains are stained, the bathroom is dirty, and the chairs are practically falling apart. The waterpark for the most part was enjoyable, but the “Oasis” snack bar was extremely overpriced and not at all worth the cost. The staff was kind and patient, they were extremely helpful and sent things to our room immediately after we requested them. The towels are way too small and we needed at least three to fully dry off. The walls are so thin you can hear everything going on outside. I woke up to a baby crying in a room all the way down the hall at 5am. This place needs some serious renovations and some new furniture. Although this was a some-what enjoyable experience I will NOT be coming to this hotel again.

I don't even know where to start with how unpleasant my stay here was. The best part about it was the over chlorinated hot tub. There were guests across the hall smoking weed, letting their children run rampant at midnight, the bed was SUPER uncomfortable, there was a dripping sound coming from inside the walls so night, you can hear EVERY footstep beside and above you. If it wasn't for the Sleep Cheap offer, i works be even less happy. Maybe it's a good place to come with kids, but definitely not as an overnight getaway for adults.

Please explain to me why Covid has affected the coffee pot in my room (there is none and when I called the front desk they said it was because of Covid ) but there is a public coffee for pay in the lobby!!! That is simply a ridiculous excuse for a money grab. Rooms are in need of a fresh update - new paint colour and bedspreads. Overall water park is fun and the kids enjoyed it but VERY costly for a subpar room.

-the manager(Lorne Conway) is extremely unprofessional and rude (should be fired. He is an embarrassment to the hospitality and management industry) -The website says a price but we got charged double the amount????‍♂️ (someone else rented the room beside us which is identical but they paid half of what we paid) -one of the bedsheets had a blood stain on it but when it got brought up at the front desk apparently thats impossible. -there is an odd smell in the room. -the washroom smells like it has not been getting cleaned properly. Overall the only part of this hotel that gets a thumbs up is the water park.
