What a wonderful experience, Clara is a pro. Unlike some spa's where they have you sitting amongst other people, Clara has you tucked away in a clean comfortable private room where there is relaxing music playing lightly in the background. This is a place of calm as well as laughter, as Clara is great conversationalist, if that's what you want. I found at the beginning of the treatment I was a little chatty cathy but when she goes into the reflexology part all you want is silence, thankfully she seems to know this and gives you it. I have had pedicures, manicures and waxing in many different salons and this salon is far the best out there. ..you won't be disappointed.

I have been coming to Urban Bliss for more than a year now. It is a little oasis of relaxation: Clara is wonderful with facial, Jane can lift all your aches and worries with her soothing and deep massage. Taylor also has excellent massage skills and know his massages techniques in and out. It is a calm and clean environment and everyone is extremely friendly and professional. They have an online booking and it books fast! You are definitely in good hand.

I have been going to see Clara for over 17 years and have never once been disappointed. She goes above and beyond to make the entire experience enjoyable and the quality of her services are unparalleled! Her space is very clean, cosy and welcoming and I always leave feeling like a million bucks. I still make sure to visit her every time I come home, having moved away over 7 years ago, and I’ve not found anyone who offers the same level of service she does. Her pedicures are amazing, she takes care of your entire foot, not just your nails (but your nails will always look fabulous upon completion). Her facials are also fantastic as are her waxing services and her prices are unbeatable for the service you receive (her pedicures take 1.5hrs). I highly recommend Clara and Urban Bliss to anyone looking to be pampered with lasting effects!

Really impressed with new RMT, Zia! She is very professional and did a great job. My husband and I will be back again for sure. I wish other massage therapists used the tolerance scale (1-5) to ensure their clients are comfortable. It was a great way to establish the treatment pressure.

Have loved being here...I mostly come for massage therapy with Taylor Deyette. He's TERRIFIC! It helps when I'm dealing with a lot of pain. He listens and gives constructive advice and expercises and I have learned a LOT from him. The Wellness and Spa is great, The service is great and I like their products, especially the ones that came in during covid like the mask refresher, and the Sanitizer. I want to get in to get my nails done, and perhaps a facial, but so far haven't had much time...I'll keep you posted!

My facial was done well and my skin felt great afterwards. I would highly reccomend Urban Bliss. You get the same or better service as large spas minus the perks (saunas, snacks, etc.) which makes the service more affordable. I will be going back often given the affordability and level of professionalism and care. I also appreciate that they don't push product purchases, which is one of my pet peeves.
