The only downfall of this place is that they are not open Mondays and are on short days Tuesday. But the service is excellent and they're super-flexible. Tina's laser works! I am living proof! I'm a patient at Trinity Laser Clinic. I recently had to go on a trip to a beach destination and I was in desperate need of help in order to get my back hair removed. I had used other laser services before & it had not achieved the desired outcome. Even after 5 or 6 attempts and a lot of painful experiences the hair was still growing on my back. After consulting with the specialists at Trinity Laser Clinic they insured me of a overall better experience. It has been 6 weeks and there is no trace of hair on my back after one treatment. There was little to no pain experienced & they where efficient and professional in every way. With the wide range of services they provide I don't think I need to go any where else and experiment with other clinics.

Also, unpredictictably a great friend. Sounds like a recipe for the ideal skin care package doesn't it? Well if you call Triniti Laser Center, in New Westminister, this can all be part of your life too (no I'm not selling, I'm just reviewing.) I'll share the highlights of what made me such a devoted customer below... Tina, and the staff from Triniti Laser Center are more than I could of asked over a year, and a half ago when I started looking into to treating my skin. I have (or, had) multiple skin problems that I wanted to neurture, and I did my research before I found Triniti Laser Center. I Googled like a mad-woman on finding the best skin-laser centers in New Westminister. Eyeing the ones with the best star ratings I found a list of places to call, where not all of them felt right deep down Triniti exceeded. As soon as I called Triniti Laser Center I felt comfortable. The lady on the other end of the phone line was very comforting which is something I needed given that it was my facial features we were dealing with. I immediately felt confident in booking an appointment for botox on an area that had haunted me for 10 years of my life. While paying at the desk I felt one of those unexplained comforts with the cashier, she told me how great it would look in a few hours and admitted where her self concious spots were when I told her how much I hated my wrinkle she also gave me some brochures that she thought might benefit me. When I came back for another botox treatment a couple months later I learned that the "cashier" I'd spoken with was actually one of the owners, and while waiting I happened to look at one of the brochures that she had given me a few months earlier. Inside I read about Skin Rejuvenation which basically takes any kind of problematic skin back to the glory it should have been. I took interest in it particulary, because I have Roseasia due to a medical condition, and ever since it flared out after High School I had been very self concious about it. I kept the brochure on me, and had my botox treatment, before asking Tina for more information regarding the Skin Rejuvenation treatment... She happily gave me the high-lights on what it would do, and in the kindest and most honest way told me that it was something that she thought that I should try for my skin. Tina showed me the pictures in the brochure, and stated with honesty that "Yes it really clears up your skin". Being a good people reader, and sick of going through life with red facial skin I booked an appointment, and after I instantly noticed a difference in my skin I booked another appointment. Suddenly people were telling me "Ashley whatever you're doing to your skin don't stop!" My cover-up (make-up) went down a shade, and I generally felt more confident about just wearing the tinted moisterizer that one of the laser tech girls had reccommended to me (after putting some on my face first for me to see after a facial laser treatment.) I instantly bought the moisterizer once I went to pay for my treatment. For me getting my skin treated goes in hand with getting my nails done: For my nails "Only my friend Ailee's allowed to touch them!" (she's a registered nail tech), and for my skin "Only the girls at Triniti Laser are allowed to touch it!" The girls at Triniti are always professional which is something that I and I think many other people would appreciate. These girls never pressure you to buy any products, but they do encourage you to have fun, and try the samples.

I had the worse experience at this laser clinic. Called and asked for prices for laser hair removal and was told that if i brought cash it would be cheaper. What kind of serious company does that? The receptionist was very unprofessional and was not clear about the prices at all. After reading the yelp reviews before i called i also noticed other people complaining about the same thing. This does not sound like a clinic that takes their services serious.

I went in to Triniti after a terrible consult experience with a cheaper local laser clinic. From the get-go, I knew that this was going to be different. Their office was clean and cozy, Colt was welcoming when I arrived, and for my actual consult Tahora helped me feel comfortable and confident with my hair removal options. What a beautiful place, warm and inviting the receptionist Jasmine was lovely ley, all around good vibes. I don’t usually leave reviews but I was just overall impressed. I left with hope and confidence after my consult with Colt. He was so friendly, and calming as I talked (ok I cried) to him about my acne scars. He talked me through everything and really helped me understand how he could help make my skin better with the right treatments. Felt like he really knew his stuff could tell he was in the right line of work. He ended up giving me a hydro facial and wow it made my skin so clean and it glows (my skin never glows). I am so excited to start my first laser treatment with him tomorrow!!! He kind of gave me a pep in my step knowing he can help with something that is a really sore spot for me in my life. Very unprofessional place, I suspect they change prices based on how much they think you can afford by sizing you up. Treats clients VERY rudely as detailed below. **Photo proof available of Tina's unprofessional conduct! Contact me, I'm happy to share proof.** I went in for a consultation for sublative. Tahora told me my acne isn't that bad and instead of sublative I should do 3-4 skin rejuvenations and consider adding 1 sublative later if I still want it. She told me the price is $200 per skin rejuvenation (on special) and $1500 per sublative. Whoa - I've had professional CO2 laser treatments done by a cosmetic surgeon, not just some spa technician, for a more reasonable price. Funny thing is, a friend of mine went in there for sublative a few months ago and got 3 treatments for $1500, and from what he describes and what I was told in my consultation it sounds like he had a lot more acne than me. So I didn't like being told I have to pay 3x the price someone else paid recently and it made me question how legitimate the $200 per skin rejuvenation is or if that's an inflated price too. I figure it's because I usually dress up and wear an expensive engagement/wedding ring. My friend told me to contact Tina because she gives better deals. He gave me her personal number and I asked Tina for the best price I could get for 3-4 skin rejuvenation. Tina asked me how I would pay and she said cash is better for getting a better price. Then she did not reply to me for several hours and I got a call from Tahora suggesting I come in for a consultation. I thought it was weird because I had already had a consultation and it seems like Tahora didn't remember me or something just a few days later. But that's besides the point because I wanted to hear Tina's price by text, not another consultation with Tahora who had already inflated the price after seeing me. I texted Tina AGAIN asking politely for a price and said I don't want a consultation. She never replied. The next day I texted her saying she lost a client for this strange way I was treated. She texted back almost immediately, "And I don't give prices over the phone Specially when u were referred by another client. Your loss not mine Take care and good luck with your treatments" VERY unprofessional way to talk to me. And why not give prices over the phone - so you can make up a price when you see me? What does referral by another client have to do with it? Shouldn't the price be the same for a given treatment no matter who is receiving it, and therefore the price can be easily given online or by phone? Very unimpressed at this point, I told her I already had a consultation and heard Tina would give me a better deal than Tahora (look at all their reviews saying Tina is very accommodating...). I told her I'll give Triniti a bad review for this way I have been treated ("I don't give prices over the phone" - why when all other laser centres do? "Your loss not mine"? Wow, so rude.). After telling her I'll write a bad review she said: "Lol How do u really know you need 3-4 skin rejuvenate ? When I have a gun handle that can do all of that and more. Please feel free to write me a review, Check out my reviews there awesome" How do I know I need 3-4 skin rejuvenations? Because I had a Triniti consultation telling me I do, which I told her already (I guess she struggles with reading as much as she does with writing). Oh wow she has something that can do all of that and more? Fascinating, so she's saying she's better than her own company... wonder how that works... What an arrogant and unlikeable person Tina is. I thought she was the better half of Tahora's scamming side. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if you want fair prices and professional treatment. There are dozens of other laser places in the Lower Mainland, each claiming they have the best laser. Don't waste your time or money with Triniti.

I have been a client at Triniti Laser Clinic for a year now and I have been doing laser here and I have seen such amazing result so far. I have no hair now and it’s the best feeling ever. The two technicians, Tina and Tahora, are super kind and caring and are so dedicated to their job. They are always so busy but they put in so much effort for each and every one of their clients. I always leave their clinic with a huge smile on my face as they never fail to make me happy and beyond satisfied with my laser procedure. They have both done laser on themselves and the proof for their good work is on themselves. Tina and Tahora are both very professional and knowledgeable about laser and their other services which is the most important part of being a fantastic laser technician. I came into triniti clinic for a completely different service. I have suffered with multiple acne and acne scars for most of my adult life; yes adult acne ! Tina has help restore my confidence and helped me walk around with no makeup on, no need to hide behind. Now I must say, walking into this clinic I would have never thought about getting any treatments for my acne. Part of this was a fear , laser can be scary , part of it was the cost and also the effectiveness. Tina explained the sublative treatments, and we decided to try a small part of my skin. Now I must say, I regret not having done this before!!!!! No need for mediation. Sublative is quick and pretty painless. I saw results within a week! Within three weeks , my skin was 95% clear. I'm six weeks into my treatments and I can say my skin has never looked this flawless. Tina has great knowledge and recommdations. She is very professional and punctual. If you are suffering from acne scars, I highly suggest you see Tina for a consultant!

Highly recommend, TRANS* friendly!!! I’ve been a regular client since January 2020. The staff is amazing, friendly, quite and super welcoming. The clinic is CLEAN, smells perfect and very relaxing. The service: I’m a middle eastern girl, so you know how black and thick the hair can be. I’ve been doing full body laser hair removal and let me tell you that this is a life changing experience!!!! As a trans person, I don’t feel comfortable getting naked in front of people, Tahora and Colt made my experience smooth (as for my legs now LOL) and made me feel extremely respected and welcomed. After years of contemplation and months of research trying to find the best Laser Clinic/Medi Spa, there was one key element that made the decision to book with Triniti easy. It was Colt! Professional, knowledgeable, charismatic, honest, and genuinely one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. He never once made me feel rushed (with my “Gazillion” questions), actually listened to all my concerns, and made the entire experience (thus far) an amazing one. All the staff are extremely nice (Dareen you are a gem) and will make you feel super comfortable. If you’re thinking about getting a tattoo removed, or even just have one faded for a cover-up, I’d highly recommend going to Triniti Laser Clinic and Medi Spa. The commute for me is just over an hour, but totally worth it. Colt is second to none. For anyone nervous about the pain: A thick layer of numbing cream over the area, about one to one and a half hours prior to the appointment makes a huge difference. At least it did for me.

Technician gave me great info. Will book a session for sure, but won't book multiple to receive discount cause of the policy that unused sessions would be credit for other services the inic provides. Update.... Saw Colt late 2021 and had 1 session of tattoo laser removal and he was awesome! I feel that since my pain threshold was good and we took no breaks the session was shorter than expected. Have to book another session or two soon.

I visited this spa a few days ago to get the carbon laser facial treatment. I wanted to pamper myself a bit! The spa was very clean and following COVID precautions. Colt was very friendly, sincere, knowledgeable, and non-judgemental. He respected my skincare needs as well as a realistic budget. The procedure was quick and not painful. Colt explained what was going on throughout the treatment. There was no hard sales talk after the procedure; however, I decided to purchase probiotics as I genuinely wanted to give it a try after chatting with Colt. My face feels clear and supple now. Aurelia Vida has magical hands for reflexology. Today was my first time at reflexology. I went in with huge pain in my lower back and right foot. After the massage I felt relieved of pain and more flexible in my back movements. She also used light therapy on my back and my all body for stress relief and cell repairing. Love.... The new location very close to me. And parking in the back which was a bonus. I was greeted by Jasmin who could not of been more welcoming. Had a great facial done by Jessica the products she used were amazing... What I liked is that after the facial she was not pushing me to buy any products most places will push products on you. Jessica was not like that at all I felt very relaxed after my facial I could not believe how much brighter my face looked.I then saw Tina she spend so much time with me. I took her all my products that I had been using. I buy a line from them. I was actually out of the eye cream and serum I was going to purchase 2 more but she introduced me to a new line which is all organic so I will be starting the eye cream tonight. Experienced some facial massage in the past but her hand skill was by far the best. She does the treatment thoroughly. Just over a month ago I went in for a consultation with dr tahora for veins that I have underneath my eyes. She was very educated and honest about the procedure. I was very nervous during the appointment but she was very comforting and amazing at making sure that I was okay during the procedure. There is no one else I would want more than dr tahora to preform this procedure on me. She is just so professional at what she does and I have done 2 laser vascular vein removal treatments with her and have seen significant results.
