The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. And, right when you enter the wellness centre, the ambiance is very serene and peaceful. Each time after I finish my session of RMT my body feels relaxed and less tensed. I really enjoy going to Limina for my sessions.

Please don’t waste your time coming here. Terrible customer service! They tell you to only pay in cash, no cards at all along with a $10 tip, cash with the gst upfront without any service. No greeting, no training to the staff. I had bought a groupon and went to this sketchy location and totally regretted the moment I step one foot inside this place. The ladies are extremely discourteous and seem very unhappy of their jobs. I mean who keeps cash these days because of covid and the worst part, zero covid protocols being followed no one is wearing a mask and the spa is really dirty. Total waste of money and time. Please save your time and go to a decent place. Do not buy their groupon.

Bought the IPL package and went in for my second treatment yesterday. Immediately after the treatment, my skin was glowing as it had helped to even out my skin tone. My pores are visibly smaller and the lines on my face are not as deep. I am amazed at what it did for my skin. In addition, the entire staff was friendly and the environment was extremely comfortable. I can't to go back for my next session.

My husband and I booked a treatment for his birthday -- I got a pedicure and he got a reflexology foot massage (his first time to have any sort of food treatment). It was so peaceful! We really left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Wow!

When I found myself in a lot of back pain and physio wasn't helping, I tried acupuncture for the first time. I was a little skeptical, but thought it was worth a try. The acupuncturist and the treatment were amazing. I went regularly for a month and noticed a vast improvement. Not only was the treatment excellent, but the surroundings are serene making it a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend Limina Spa for acupuncture treatments.

Terrible experience. I made the effort to call to purchase a specific product. Spent time on the phone with the woman at Limina to make sure they had what i wanted available. I gave her my name and made arrangements to go in the next day to pick it up. I get there the next day only to find out that they sold the product to someone else. They didnt put it aside at all. Terrible customer service. New owners need to step it up and train their staff better. I will never go back!

I spontaneously made an appointment today, and it was such a good experience I plan on coming back! The massage was great, I got immediate relief. It was a great price, too. I've been to many RMT's in the area for bad back/shoulder pain; I am quite confident in saying this was one of the best massage's I've gotten. Would recommend to anyone!

One of the best spas I have been to in Vancouver. My shellac manicure lasts for a very long time and the only time I have to get a new one is when my nails grow out. The waxing services are quick and painless, they will make sure you are satisfied with your brow shape as well! Their facials are catered to your needs and skin type. Great customer service! Really makes you feel comfortable and at ease. You walk in and you feel immediately relaxed. Have been a long time customer and they have constantly kept up with new services. They also have great member promotions. Highly recommended to all my friends.

Coming from Vancouver this is about an hour drive but totally worth it! I had my first appointment the other week and I was pleasantly treated by the staff and brought over to a nice foot soak as I filled out a questionnaire so that Susan (my accupunctuist) had all the right info needed to treat me. She had a very friendly caring personality and was funny but to the point. I felt very comfortable for her to work her magic on me. After my treatment I felt AMAZING!!! I will be going back soon and I am highly recommend Limina wellness to everyone!

I have been going to Limina Spa for about 2 years now and every treatment I have tried has been amazing! The staff makes me feel very welcomed and the location is super convenient! I typically see Jiman for acupuncture and he has a great wealth of knowledge about the human body. He is very down to earth and makes you feel comfortable. For the past few years I have been dealing with lower back pain and just general discomfort in my feet, so I saw Eldon the pedorthist and he has fitted me with custom orthotics! This has helped a great deal as I am very active and helps me to do my best. I recommend Limina Spa to everyone and it's a bonus if you have extended health care coverage as they have RMT's as well!

When I was pregnant with my daughter, I had a lot of complications. My first experience at this spa was just for a facial. Coincidentally, it was Susan, the owner who helped me. I had just seen a chiropractor and after feeling so great, I thought I should treat myself. Little did I know, from there, expanded a whole new world. From RMT to acupuncturist, Limina spa is under sold for its spa aspect. It is a wellness centre and everyone there genuinely care about their clients' well being. They listen to you and also your body, eat treatment is also a diagnostic session to help the staff there understand your body even further. I am lucky to have found this warm place for healing, in all aspects. One will need to understand, and appreciate that they really are trying to help you and that you accept the help they bring you. If you commit to change, this place will change your life in ways you will not expect. I have not had pain shooting down my leg and am currently receiving probably the best supplements one can ask for to heal my body. I don't know where I would be if it wasn't for them. I've been coming to Limina Spa for about 4 years and I can't recommend it enough. Jessica is a literal goddess when it comes to doing your eyebrows or nails -- her attention to detail is incredible. I have not allowed another human being to touch my eyebrows since coming to her, because she was the only one who understood how to truly preserve and enhance its shape. All the staff here are so lovely. I love this place.

My fiancée and I did the 90 minute Thai massage. Lights weren’t dimmed, and no relaxing music playing which I supposed there should be. While she’s massaging me, she said my back is stiff and hard. I asked what’s the best thing to do and she answered, she don’t know. As far as I remembered she introduced herself as RMT! And worst part that I hated , it says at the front desk RECOMMENDATION TIP: CASH, 10/hr per person. We only have $20 on my pocket. And so that’s what we gave. The lady asked for $10 more. And she said she can charge on My card. What an experience!!

I live in Burnaby and decided to visit Limina spa for a massage service. The staff there are very attentive and friendly and welcoming. I had an hour body massage and fell asleep from how relaxing it was. They used aroma oils and hot towels and i was very comfortable. I had pain in my lower back and I felt much better afterwards. They offered tea and chocolates after and i was really pleased. Will be coming again for my massages.

I booked a massage this September 2020 and it was chaos, when I arrived at the massage clinic, a Chinese lady told me they only accept cash, I told them I only have debit card, she suggested to go outside near their clinic to get cash from the ATM machine, anyway, my friend who was with me lend me her cash. After the massage I was not contented because the massage bed was noisy, Then they told me that they will give me the receipt of $120.00 for 1 hour massage if I gave them $10.00 tip, of course I always gave more tip if I am contented with the service, but because I need the receipt although I'm not contented with the service, I gave them that tip. And to remind you also the box container in the room where you put your personal belonging was dirty. During that day, a couple who had an appoinment came for massage but their name was not on the list, and they even show their text msgs with the massage clinic, and the Chinese lady was arguing with them, anyway the man ended with the massage but her partner refused to have a massage. I think this place has a new owner with new management, they don't know customer service, they need training so that people/ customer will come back again. Last year, I was their loyal customer, but with the new management, I'm not going back, instead of rest and relaxation, my blood was boiling, well, it might result to high blood pressure, that's why I'm not going back to that so called wellness clinic. What I know is that cash is required in convenience store, fruit and vegetable stands, flea markets or garage sales, not in a massage or spa clinic like the limina wellness clinic.

I decided on a whim to get a massage and I was looking for something nearby. I've passed by Thai Wellness a bunch of times and decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely and clean it was inside. I tried the Thai Oil massage and I will definitely be coming back to do it again. The masseuse was excellent at using just enough pressure to relax my muscles. It's located right inside New West Station, so super transit accessible if that's something you're looking for. Definitely give them a shot if you're looking for reasonably priced massage.

I have been to Limina spa many times for facials, eye brow wax and bikini wax. I feel relaxed and happy after. The spa is clean and tidy and comfortable. The estheticians are knowledgeable and caring. This is definitely the spa to go if you want to establish a long term skin care and relaxation routine.

There has been a change of ownership at LIMINA since October 2021. The new staff are very friendly and welcoming. Limina used to only be by appointment and cash only but the new staff have accomodated all means of payment, they offer walk-in services and they expanded their services to much more than just massages. They provide all spa beauty services, nails, waxing and medical aesthetics. Their prices are fair compared to other beauty spas and their massages are great quality. I am definitely going to go back often. If you live in the area or are just passing through, check them out!

The front desk staff are always very friendly and make me feel welcome. Jessica is a phenomenal esthetician; her facials are soothing, relaxing and leave you feeling like a new person. She is incredibly meticulous in her pedicure treatments and her massages are superb! I've travelled all over the world and been to hundreds of spas in downtown Vancouver and abroad. I can confidently say that Limina Spa is one of my favorites. If you haven't had the chance to share in the Limina experience, you are truly missing out.

SCAM ALERT! They require a credit card to secure confirmation, but they do it over the phone which is so sketchy. They could have done it through the website when you book online which is more secure. Credit card # and expriation date is enough for them to charge your credit card, but they also ask for CVV. & they have no way of ensuring your info is protected. Save yourself the trouble and go to a legit spa centre. I saw the passive aggressive response the vendor leaves to every customer who leaves a bad review. Says something about how they run their business

Jiman gives a holistic approach to my health issues - my super acupuncturist. Ariana, Liz and Margot provide target specific treatments. Jessica takes her time to provide pampering facials and mani/pedi. The frontdesk staff Bless and Kaitlyn are friendly. Limina is my favorite wellness and spa place.

She made sure to explain each step throughout my facial process and provided a very calming environment. My skin was significantly moisturized and overall, my skin tone improved after the first session. The owner who greeted me at the front desk was very welcoming as well! Great place for pampering! So happy to have found this place near my work. I just had an RMT appointment with them, and Sara, the RMT, had been super great and helpful. She’s very attentive to your concerns and knowledgeable in her recommendations. I left feeling light and relaxed after my massage with her. They do direct billing as well - which is great! The lady sitting at the front was very courteous and nice too! I will definitely come back for another massage and maybe try other services.

Massage was one hour. 55 minutes of no hand to skin contact. It's was elbows and knuckles through a sheet. Then a quick oil hand to skin. Then sheet back on. Also she asked what I would like her to focus on. I said feet. Feet weren't touched for even a second. Not once. On your way out she tells you your total to be paid in cash... Also she mentions to add the tip. Also a sign on counter mentioning appropriate tip amounts. I'd have been more relaxed staying home. Sorry but that was a bad experience.

Been to Limina Wellness for Acupuncture and RMT after my car accident multiple times and it really helps. My lower back, neck and shoulders were affected from the injury. I really tried to avoid drugs and pain killers so I was opened to try some herbal medicines and pain injection to help with my recovery. Works quite amazingly! and the RMT there works cohesively with the acupuncturist. Over all it's a great experience.

Really bad experience. I purchased 2 tickets from Groupon for 1hour thai message a couple of weeks ago. When I trieded to book an appointment the lady that I was speaking to at the phone couldn't understand me at all! I told her I don't know how many times that I wanted to book for October and she continued to repeat September and after 5 min of talk she told me to call her back in October and hang up! Since I already purchased the tickets I wanted to give her another chance so I sent an email and I was able to book for October! Before to arrive there, I though she sent me a text message saying that I had to pay extra fee . So I called Groupon and asked if that was true and they told me that I didn't have to pay extra fee because on the voucher that I got there wasn't anything related to. When I explained to the lady that I wasn't supposed to pay( I also printed the chat with Groupon) she just started to repeat that I had to pay no matter what!! Even in this case I have been to kind I guess, and pay the extra fee. At the end I received 45 min massage and not 1hour..... I'm really really really disappointed. I really suggest to people to not go there .

Four days ago I ledlft a message and my call was not returned. Today I got a hold of someone but I think it's under new management. The lady cannot speak English or communicate. She sighed and was very impatient when I ask who would be massaging me. She told me who do you want over and over and I asked her whose available and she said I don't know, I here everyday but new everyday. She then told me the machine is broken and I must pay in cash and hung up. I purchased 2 massages but I'm more stressed after trying to book a massage and dreading further interaction with her. I want a refund for my other massage. This is not worth it.

Amazing staff! I highly recommend Hannah for waxing. She does it really painless and seems to know a lot about what she does. She has lots of great health and beauty advices. The atmosphere in the spa is really relaxing. The receptionist is friendly too.
