Posting on behalf of my mother (currently booking my own appointment). Anyway, my mother is one picky woman (she is assertive and I commend her for this) so when my mom is impressed by someone or something, SHE MEANS BUSINESS! She rambled on about how knowledgable, efficient, and kind she was throughout her facial service. My mom has gone to another place for many years and told me she made the switch to go here each time! Her favourite was getting a full facial massage during her service! Thank you Melissa and everyone at KF Day Spa!

I walked in just to make enquiries. The first girl that showed up blatantly lied that they don't do full body message. The second girl then came out briefly and I perceived the moment she saw I was black, she couldn't be bothered to give the courtesy of communicating with me nor responding to my questions appropriately. I do not write review often but I have been experiencing too many of such events. The subtle bias and condescending attitude that comes from Asian businesses towards potential black customers in BC, Canada. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere but please it is 2022 and we are in a multicultural environment, everyone deserve to be respected at the very least.
