I go here to get acupuncture done by Gary. Amazing place, great staff and Gary really listens to everything you have to say before he decides which treatment to go with. Highly recommend if your looking for a good acupuncturist.

I recently started to see Nicole to do my nails and she made them looking amazing after they have been ruined in another salon. She did the gel nails and they were lasting for over three weeks, so they were due for a fill anyway. I was going to phone to make an appointment soon, and then on Thursday I accidentally broke one of them and phoned to see if she can fix at least that one as I knew it was a short notice and they probably won't have one hour availability to accommodate me. I got the appointment at 8:15 and when Nicole saw my other nails she decided to do a full set as she didn't have any appointments available before her vacation, and she didn't want to leave me with nails that needed to be done soon anyway. So she made them amazing again. :-) I am super grateful for her kindness, customer care and the ability to accommodate and go above and beyond in her service. Thank you Nicole! Enjoy your vacation and I'll see you when you are back <3

I have been going to Head To Toes since October for the laser acne treatment with Mandana, for my cystic acne. Over the three sessions, my acne has completely cleared up, with minimal scarring. The treatments were minimally invasive and did not leave any redness or peeling. Mandana was so nice during the treatment and gave me many tips on how to care for my skin. I am so happy with the treatment I received and the amazing results!

When I called their response was that they would add it on next time which in effect says the thing you paid for already can only be obtained if you pay us again for another full price service. I visit every couple of weeks for a manicure and pedicure. Pauli is my favorite. She is kind, caring, and does a great job. All of the staff are friendly from the greeting at the front to when I leave. I also feel safe in their environment (from COVID-19). Everything is cleaned regularly, masks are required, and plexiglass is in use where close face to face contact is needed. It's the only spa I go to these days. ????????????

Envogue gel nails are great but only if the master knows how to do it properly. A girl named Brandy did mine. She said she had 13 years of experience.Well...may be she should get another career a chance ;) My fingers were bleeding form the manual filing, and they were hurting for 2 days. The lines fo my French were crooked and everytime she would try to fix it, she'd make my nails uglier and thicker. My nails were different shapes, thickness, pointing to different directions, and gel had air bubbles in it. She couldn't get the proper shape, so she gave me a nail file to take home to shape them myself. I asked to drill a hole in one of the nails to put in a nail-ring, but she didn't have such a tool and suggested I ask a maintainance man or a dentist. The very next day, I noticed air pockets under my nails, so my nails had to be removed much sooner then expected. Not sure about all the other services and beautitians there. IN SHORT: DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE AT "HEAD TO TOE SPA" p.s. got my nails done at "Crystal Nails" - very happy :)

I've sat on this for a few weeks. The actual massage and facial were great, but it was all ruined when you get forced to put makeup on at the end of it for the "spf". It would be great if there was an option to just put sunscreen on or nothing at all. The worst of all though was whoever took my payment and kept trying to force skincare down my throat. I tried to seem uninterested and politely decline but she wouldn't let me leave without samples. I literally said I'm 5 months pregnant and didn't want to put new products on my skin. Learn to respect what the client says.

Amazing experience ! I finished my second laser hair removal appointment today with Tina and I never leave dissatisfied. I was really nervous about starting laser hair removal but my experiences have been great. Tina goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I definitely got lucky with finding a great place. Very professional. Highly recommend trinity laser clinic!

My first visit was with my husband and we both had the Swedish massage for 55 minutes with Julia and Jenn and they were fantastic! The place is clean and they follow strict covid-19 safety protocols (based on my observation and looking at the staff). Once you go in, you have to fill up a form that contains covid-19 screening questions. The massage was very relaxing and let's just say we just found ourselves a new favorite spa place. Will definitely be back next time for the other services. Highly recommend this to people who would like to pamper themselves or just simply relax.

This Spa is a wonderful place where you can forget about your everyday life and just relax. It is definitely not one of the cheapest places but you get a much better service and quality products for what you pay. The staff is friendly and will offer you tea while you are waiting :) Drop-Ins can sometimes be difficult because they are usually pretty busy so making an appointment is definitely helpful. Wonderful experience that I can recommend to all spa lovers! I will definitely be back :)

From Charlene who does amazing nails and fills, to Marise and her fantastic facials, Mira and Paulette and their masterful massages, Gary with the awesome acupuncture, the soft touch of Effie the Esthetician, and of course the wonderful team of artists who take care of our hair...Top to bottom all services are A+! The spa itself is gorgeous and very welcoming. Highly recommend grabbing a group of girlfriends and booking a manny peddy party...The 5 person pedicure bench is to die for! Head to Toes Spa in New Westminster is your one stop shop for your beautification and relaxation needs. Book an appointment with Rosa or with one of the other friendly staff members at the front reception...You will be happy you did!

My wife gave me a gift certificate last year for my birthday to go the spa. Decided to use it towards a hair cut and massage. It was a very relaxing two hour experience that I would definitely do again. I usually go to a tiny salon down the street for my hair. Why go there when I can go to this place for the same price. This is a very nice spa in New westminster. My wife told me that they always win all the awards. I can see why. The staff are very nice and the spa is absolutely beautiful. Other men were also in the spa getting services so I felt comfortable and I definitely recommend this to others.

I am 9 months pregnant and was in desperate need of a little pampering, so after a google search I found Head to Toes and decided to give it a try, and I booked a Mani/Pedi with Pauline. When I arrived, she greeted me at the desk and was super friendly, and brought me back to the lounge to wait comfortably since I had arrived a bit early. I didn't have to wait long though, which was great! The Mani/Pedi itself was fantastic, and she worked out all the tension that have been building up in my feet and ankles for ages now. Pauline was also a lovely person, and she was super easy to chat with. I will definitely be going back to Head to Toes, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for some pampering. The spa itself is clean and lovely, the estheticians are kind, friendly, and talented, and the services are well worth it.

Love this place! Destiny is amazing with eyelash extensions, I've had so many compliments with this and they made for great engagement photos, so happy! And Pauline rocks at every thing, just had a shellac manicure with her and really loved how they turned out, she is efficient but thorough :) Looking forward to booking a facial next and possibly a massage! This deserves no star because I bought a skin care system ($400) and was missing one product, a value of $130 or so. After 2 weeks of back and forth, emails and phone calls to get another one they gave a used TESTER cream with a beat up box instead of a new cream, I don’t understand why it was so difficult to get a new one and give good customer service, would not recommend for buying products simply because they are terrible at making up for there mistakes

First experience at this spa and i can not explain how nice and accommodating the staff were. Few of us arrived late here on a busy Saturday . 9 of us spent a few hours here with snacks, wine and getting manicures and pedicures. Few of us changed services on the spot and the manager managed to make everyone happy in the last minute. Everyones nails looked perfect and we all had a great time. If I could give minus stars I would. Went to Head to Toe last night for an eyebrow tint. My tinting might be the worst tint I have ever seen let alone received. I have red hair, my eyebrows are basically black. I was very specific when I arrived that I just wanted a slight tint, this is anything but a slight tint. When the tech finished she said, "oh yes looks good it's just like your hair but more brunette. I thought should be great. Then as she's just about to hand me the mirror says "it's a little dark but still looks ok. Yeah, it looks ok". "Oh, you're going to hate me, you even told me you didn't want it dark'" Disappointed beyond words, I can't believe I paid to make my face to look like this.

i received their gift card on my birthday, I called them to book an appointment and gave them all the details of the card . It was for “Essential manicure with gel” . When I went in, they said they will process after the work was done. So I sat down and the lady offered me all these options to pick from. I asked her if they all applied and she replied ,”oh yes, anything!” So I asked her to make my nails with to colours fading into one another on top. The job was terrible, the colours did not blend into each other at all! My nails look like a toddler did them! As if not enough damage , they made me pay extra $15 for the top colour that it was not part of the gift card! No one told me this before adding it to my nails! I walked in with a $50 card that was specific , why the hell did they then go ahead and tell Me I could get this that and more without explaining to me that it was not included!… they are thieves. Then they also asked me to pay an extra $30 if I the horrible polish removed! For their bad job to be taken off my pretty hands, I still have to pay! This is the worst place I have ever gone to! I’m so disappointed and very sad for this horrible experience!h I wish them the worst for taking advantage of me. Well, they might say that I picked the colours!, I don’t accept that, because if I thought I could do the job, then why did I go to professionals!.. they are trained in knowing how to make nails etc look good to the customer’s certification! Look at the pictures below, tell me if that looks like work done by a professional! Or even work worth $60! ????

I love this place, it’s amazing.... I was there last week and I got an Oxygeneo Facial done and my nails as well. After the facial my skin was so smooth and naturally glowing, very tone and lift. I saw the difference right away, as they first did half of my face to be able to notice the difference between both sides. LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I've gotten alot of services done there such as waxing, artificial gel nails, pedicures and LASER. The women who work here are very bubbly and really detail oriented, which is super important to me as I'm very picky. Its also run very well, clean, and professional. You can tell the owners even care about the staff and clients as you always see them working the front desk, and took the time to remember my name ???? Mandana did Acne Laser treatment on me, prior to having laser done I had really bad cystic acne and alot of blemishes and after only ONE treatment I noticed a major difference in my skin, NO MORE blemishes and my skin has a glow to it! The spa itself is beautiful and in an easy to access location. Prices are good and easy to book. This was our first time visiting Head to Toes. However, my fiancee received the worst manicure she's ever had. And not to sound harsh, but it was worse even than the cheap little pop up nail locations. The technician herself was nice and friendly, but her inexperience was clear and she consistently was making mistakes and had to go back to redo things. My fiancee booked for the "Spa Manicure" with a parafin add-on, but received not even the full "Essential Manicure" option, and was disatisfied with the manicure itself so she declined the parafin add-on. She didn't receive a soak prior to the manicure. The technician asked if she wanted to keep her length or go shorter for her nails, and after requesting to keep the same length, the technician proceeded to trim them very short. She also did not ask how they should be shaped, and shaped them in a very unflattering manner compared to how they had previously been done. She didn't properly remove cuticles, as they were left looking ragged and no better than before. She did buff and file them to be smooth in the end. Right away when she started with the Shellac manicure, she put on far too much base coat, and she continued adding too much polish that it began bubbling and spreading onto her cuticles. When it came time to cure under the UV light, 4 nails came out wrinkled due to the amount of shellac applied. She acknowledged they looked awful and would fix them, but instead of taking off the shellac and starting over, she tried to fix it by filing and scrapping off the bumpy shellac, which my fiancee worries will affect the integrity of the base coat. This also was painful and left her cuticles more damaged. My fiancee requested her to completely redo two of the nails even though she would've preferred all of them being done, because even the ones she had fixed did not look satisfactory, but she had her redo the ones that were the most lumpy and uneven. The esthetician made a comment that this was how she'd done it for previous clients and they'd never complained before, which seemed odd as it was visibly very poorly done. The shellac was applied unevenly, and not all the way to the cuticle, leaving the smile line looking awkward and several of her nails are sore because of how roughly she had been attempting to file off the bumpy gel polish. By the time the esthetician was finished, the spa was closing down and my fiancee was stressed and upset with the process so far and declined the parafin add-on. My fiancee was very dissatisfied with the results. The brow wax she received prior to the manicure was well done and she was happy with it which is one positive. She was nice though?

I have been coming to this spa since 2004 and have been happy with all the staff. My usual girl is Jen and she is professional but also very kind and caring. Even though I now live in Kerrisdale I still take transit to get here as I am very comfortable coming here and know I will get good service. Highly recommend!

After an initially disappointing experience the owner reached out quickly to arrange a complimentary hot stone massage. She was very apologetic and responsive and arranged for another treatment for me with their head esthetician. Pauline was wonderful, she discussed my expectations and what happened last time prior to starting the massage and everything went very smoothly. She did a great job and I got what I was hoping for. To be clear, my first massage experience wasn't awful, just underwhelming. The owner clearly cares a great deal about client satisfaction and will do her best to ensure you walk away happy, which I definitely did.

I had to share my experience at this amazing spa. It was my first time getting a facial and from the second I walked in the door the treatment was so good. The front end was professional and courteous, and my esthetician was excellent. As an athlete things are a little different now having to wear a mask, and I have developed some skin concerns. They were all addressed and taken care of in this treatment. I am now booking facials regularly and have seen a huge improvement. I have even started booking sports pedicures which are such a great option that this spa offers. I don't usually write many reviews but I had to give a shout out to Head To Toes for their quality and professionalism.

I had an amazing experience at Head to Toes! I got a facial done and it was very calming and soothing. The atmosphere was very serene and I felt very relaxed. She made sure to guide me through every step of the facial, which I appreciated. I had several questions regarding my skin and she gave me very knowledgable answers. One of the estheticians recommended me to try paraffin, and it was the best recommendation that I've ever gotten. It has made me very relaxed and it has actually removed all the sores I had before. I just had a pedicure there this afternoon, it was amazing! I have the most beautiful sparkling red toes and baby soft feet right now. The leg massage and paraffin were the best and the lavender milk bath, massage oil and salt scrub were the most wonderful smelling and feeling products. All the staff are amazingly skilled at waxing whatever you need waxing, and I'm definitely going to book a consultation for laser hair removal in the hear future.

I started using Head to Toes Spa's services about 2 years ago since they were in my neighborhood on 6th Street in New Westminster. I have tried a variety of services there including brazilian waxes, massages and pedicures. What keeps me coming back is the experience is always enjoyable. The spa is clean and the decor very luxurious. I also feel the staff want me to be happy with their service. I once felt a wax treatment I received wasn't completely perfected. When I mentioned my concerns, the esthetician seemed only too pleased to address them. I am currently on their e-mail list and receive their specials every month. They are offering a chocolate pedicure this month which sounds great! They offer a wide range of services including hair and laser although I haven't tried them yet. I would recommend this spa to anyone who wants a really relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Had a spa party for my birthday, and nearly half of the group, had experienced issues from minor to more rude, myself included. From my pedi being ruined despite not touching it for an hour, top coats missing and a friend's finger getting hurt with no apology to my pregnant friend that is due anytime having a nail tech treat her rudely. The nail tech missed various steps including stating she wouldn't fix cuticles, hang nails, nail polish, was on her phone, and left nail polish all over her skin. She was asked nicely if she could receive the same services and steps as the other ladies getting a manicure. Then she angrily removed the nail polish and threw the cotton ball at her, and another nail tech apologized while the rude nail tech left went back on her phone. It was very odd and unprofessional. Me and my friend received separate follow up calls from the manager today, 4 days later, to get our nails/polish fixed and we both genuinely wanted to give them a second chance, but was told they may pursue legal action with the review during my call. I will not be returning. The review is not one I took lightly, and was an honest, constructive review. A refund is warranted in this case with this further unusual experience, and truly disheartening. It's a shame as the other ladies/staff were nice, but the nail products are subpar, steps were missed, finger was injured for another friend, top coats missed, another friend's Mani is peeling off, and the rude nail tech. I don't want others to have the same experience and would highly suggest going elsewhere. Many places that are better and higher quality for much less and with better service. They will lose business, and customers with this type of service which is a real shame if they don't make significant changes. Very disappointed with the follow up.

I've been going to this spa for two years now, and all I have are great things to say about them. I don't usually leave reviews, but Head to Toe Spa always goes above and beyond for their clients. All the girls are always so pleasant and accommodating. They get to know their clients and make them feel so welcomed. They listen to your concerns, and make sure to address them every time. Outstanding spa, very clean, and every visit will leave you feeling good!!

My mother in law went for laser hair removal, and the staff apparently told her she could not have hair removal done without buying the appropriate skin care to go with it. The sold her a $60 cleanser, $163 serum, and $110 moisturizer that she will never and has never used. But she bought it believing they would not provide the other service without it. She is horribly self conscious about the hair on her face and neck post-menopause, but is still on a fixed income and did not need the additional $300+ in useless products. Avoid them at all costs, taking advantage of a senior like that is atrocious.

I have been to Head to Toe spa several time’s for waxing and manicure pedicure. They have vegan nail polish that is lovely with a wide variety of colours to choose from. The staff are courteous, professional and talented. The atmosphere is calming and it’s very clean. I highly recommend it.

Hi had a pedicure with jen, she was wonderful. My overall experience with head to toes was great. I came here because I cringe going to some of the salons where women are treated like cattle, and products or services are constantly being pushed on you. Jen asked me once if I wanted gel nails. I didn't, and she didn't ask again. I love that!!! My foot massage was wonderful....I will be back for sure. MY only negative comment is that I couldn't read the screen on the handheld pad, it was hard to tell what % the tips options where.

OMG! The worst experience ever! I woke up with BURNT FACE today :( MICROCURRENT IS SCAM!!!! I was advised to do a microcurrent facial by cosmetologist with a medical degree from my hometown. Since I moved out from my hometown, I needed to find another clinic to do this procedure. My "funny journey" started when the receptionist did not allow me to book a microcurrent only and forced me to do a signature facial. So, I decided to agree since the description of the services was not that bad... OMG! How wrong I was... To cut a long story short, my experience was as follows: 1) ROUGH face cleaning & ROUGH face wiping; 2) ROUGH face massage (Sorry, it's face...not back...); 3) FAKE microcurrent... Dear owners, please do a research what a real microcurrent is. It's not a cheap DIY massager from Amazon. In addition, it was only 5 minutes when a real one is done within at least 20 minutes.... I don't know what you have done to my face but I am suffering now... DEAR ALL, PLEASE PLEASE AVOID at any cost... if you need pictures of my burnt face, please dm me :(

The quality of the facial was fine but the esthetician who did my little sisters facial was quite unprofessional. The girl spent the whole hour telling my 16yr old sister how bad her skin was and then ended by trying to push all this product on her which was over $100. It was very uncomfortable and not a good way to spend a birthday. Beware of going here if you have troublesome skin, it will not be a relaxing experience.

Horrible experience at this spa. While it is beautiful inside and has a nice atmosphere, my main purpose of going there and over paying for a mani/pedi is to get a decent quality mani/pedi. I must say this is the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten. I highly suggest going over to one of the many nail salons in the area that charge a quarter of the price for ten times the quality. First I go there and the pedicure takes much longer than anticipated. Then when I go to get the manicure they point out that they don't even have a shade of brown besides one really dark one. Although the girl insists that she has one similar and begins with that, but really it is peach and after doing one hand and two coats she realizes that it is actually not getting darker and turning brown like she had thought it would. At this point I just want to hurry up and get done so I settle for a pink which she just layers on top. She misses spots that I had to point out myself and by the end of it I'm just glad it's over and can finally leave. After going home I realize she forgot a top coat on one hand. About 3 hours after leaving I look at the pedicure and it looks like it is clumping so I touch it because it should obviously be dry by this point, instead it just comes off in one thick clump. The toes looked like an overall mess. I call them to explain the situation and that I had a flight to catch the next day in the evening and I was extremely busy. They did offer for me to come in and get it fixed. I went in the next morning and they did fix it, they completely removed the entire pedicure and redid it properly free of charge, which I do appreciate. They also put the missing top coat on my finger nails. They assured me that my manicure would last my vacation even though it had clearly been done very poorly. I explained to them the inconvenience of having to come back to new Westminster (I do not live in the area) with a flight to catch in the evening. With the major inconvenience and very expensive services I paid for, I expected to be offered a voucher or gift card at the very least, but I wasn't. The manicure ending up chipping within a few days and looking pretty bad. I've learned my lesson, just go with the cheaper, smaller, and maybe not the nicest looking nail salons, you'll actually get amazing nails for a good price. If you want the spa experience go here, just don't expect quality product.

The spa itself was very beautiful and the customer service was really good. I wish I could give it 5 stars, as I had really high hopes when I went there for my shellac mani pedi. I went with two other friends, who had a much positive experience than I did. I had Amanda as my esthetician and she was very new and fresh out of school. My pedicure was okay, I did not get a massage as expected and it took a long time to soak off my shellac. I was told that the shellac on my toes is good to go and I can wear my shoes, after getting home I checked and my toes are completely smudged. My shellac manicure took about an hour and a half and it did not come out good at all. The layers are uneven and thick, it looks grown out already and doesn’t look like a fresh manicure. My cuticles were not cleaned, did not get a massage or even any hand lotion or cuticle oil applied. Overall, not impressed. I would hope that if the esthetician was having trouble they would ask coworkers for help. My appointment was at 1:15pm, I did not get out of there until 3:50pm - personally, it should not take that long considering a mediocre job was done.

My name is Rish from New You Transformations and we are located beside Head to Toes Spa. We are a boutique fitness centre and run kettlebell classes which help our students get into the best shape of their lives in record time. To prepare for camera my students and coaches recommended that I get a facial. Since I am guy would that be considered a macial? I went next door to Head to Toes and made an appointment. Rosa the owner was very accommodating and booked me in right away. Went back a few days for the actual appointment, Maryse was my technician. I thought it would be quick and just a simple extractions of black heads and other evil things that make their homes in our skin. Let me tell you, it was much more that...It was an experience. Maryse is simply amazing! She told me in the beginning that I may have a hard time going back to work after and she was right. I was beyond relaxed the entire time, in fact I don’t even open my eyes once. From the massage of the face to the shoulders and chest, awesome! She also recommended specific products for me as I train quite a bit and my skin gets oily because of it. Maryse took great care of me and had me ready to get in front of the video camera. The service and staff at Head to Toes Spa was equally fantastic, everyone was very polite, happy, and helpful. For my next appointment I will be booking a massage with Ashley. If you have not been here before I highly recommend that you check them out, you will be happy you did!
