The lashes I had done were amazing!!! I've had my lashes done many times over the last 4 years and haven't had the best of luck. I've had issues with losing them early, without my lashes attached. And as we all know, this is a pricey addiction...lol I'm at 2 1/2 weeks and my lashes look great and I still have most of them left. My lovely lady was Lucia. Very polite and gentle. I was referred to here and am so happy I found this place. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. ????????????

Cute little gem of a place! Got lashes done and both Jin and May were very good and also had a gentle touch (I think I fell asleep at one point!) cozy loungers with blankets and nice music. Will be back soon

Wonderful experience! The staff is super friendly and did an excellent job of my pedicure. The atmosphere was cozy, relaxing and very welcoming. They were able to accommodate an appointment for me and my mom at the same time and we both loved it here. Definitely going back!

My co workers and customers rave about this place when it comes to lashes and now I know why.. there incredibly efficient and I think for the quality you get the prices are reasonable.. also the recliner chairs are incredibly comfortable and u end falling asleep and next thing you know you wake up with a full set of beautiful lashes. I'm also three days in with this new set and I haven't lost a single lash and I'm a crazy face sleeper!

The ladies here are so sweet! Ambience is relaxing and comfy. Always busy from the opening hours. Go to place for lash extensions however, I have to take one star off as the quality of nails weren’t so great. I had extensions done and it was so thick and shapeless :/ I removed it after one week after the event.

If I could give less then one star I would. DON'T GO HERE unless you want to be nickle and dimed and charged extra for things that should be normally included in the prices. I came in today for a shellac manicure on hands and regular polish change on toes. I checked the prices online before hand and was fine paying the price of $40 for shellac manicure and $15 for polish change on toes. However, upon arrival the nail technician told me that it would be an extra $5 to remove the polish still left on my toes (even though there was hardly any polish still on). After I agreed to pay the extra $5 she then asked me if I wanted to have my toe nails trimmed, to which I replied yes. After consulting with another nail technician she informed me that the nail trim would also be an extra $3. So $23 for polish change that normally always includes polish removal and nail trim? Ridiculous. But I agreed to pay because I was already there and committed.. THEN, after guickly finishing the polish change, she set about to start on my nail manicure but first asked me if I had gone to another salon to have my previous manicure. Obviously, since this was my first time there... after replying yes, she informed me that it would be an extra $10 to remove the shellac polish since I had my previous manicure done elsewhere. Really??? I can not believe how petty and cheap this salon is. The pedicure chairs are not even professional pedi chairs with foot baths, just regular club chairs with small benches on the end covered with shabby worn towels. The floors were dirty and there was hardly anyone in there. Needless to say, I did not get the shellac manicure, I just paid $23 for color change and then left. I don't appreciate being gouged for 'extras' that are part of a regular service anywhere else. I will make sure to warn everyone I know about this place as well.

The ladies at the gallery are lovely and professional. They get you in and out within a short period of time while no sacrifice on their services. All three of us had manicures done in less than an hour.

I absolutely love this place! The ladies are super friendly, professional, and talented. They get booked up pretty quickly so you have to call in advance and once you start going here you will not go to any other salon in New Westminster.

I just recently had waxing done here by Annie, and she did such an amazing job. She really took her time to ensure it was done properly, and it was the most painless waxing experience I've ever had. I've been to several other places for waxing, and I can honestly say that I will not go anywhere else now that I've been here. Highly recommend!

I had manicures with regular polish. Now the shape of my nails is not symmetrical, which I pointed out, but they couldn't fix it. Half of my nails had scratchy edges, so I had to file them at home. The thickness of the polish is thinner on some nails and some nails are not polished right to the cuticles. Very disappointing.

I got the natural eyelash extension set here about a little more than a week ago. My left eye unexpectedly got infected a few days after getting lashes done here. My left eyelid is completely swollen and is half in size compared to my right eyelid. It also hurts everytime I blink. The doctor points out the cause of the inflection to the eyelash extension and glue applied. I have previously gotten eyelash extensions here before and loved everything from the results to the service and ambience. It is frustrating that my eyelid turned out to be infected and swollen this time.

Was feeling kind of down so decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi. Turned out to be the worst I ever had. Got the skin scraped off & bleeding. I should have left at that point. The rest was very low quality and not much in the way of apology. Will never go there again. The reviews were good but the service didn't live up to them.

I had my pedicure and hand gel nails done about a month ago. Sunny was very friendly and did great job. I would love to try another treatment here :) I'm very satisfied. My nails still look great a month after I got them done and have stayed on nicely.
