Not sure why I don't do that more often for myself, as it was SUCH a wonderful TREATment. A facial and hot stone neck and shoulder massage for my birthday. Definitely won't wait another year to do that again. Highly recommend going to this lovely spa and doing something nice for yourself. A very welcoming place with lovely staff.

Amazing!!!! Thank you to Jessica, Nicole and Rozlyn. We booked last minute and wanted a relaxing kind of day of pampering. The spa accommodated us for almost a full day of facials, mani pedi and massage. The ladies were very friendly and very skilled. My facial was extraordinary. A must for anyone in Nelson. We will be booking ahead next time for our trips. Thank you for a great day. ????

Several times now i've had horrible non-customer-service oriented experiences with this spa. It's as if they have no concept of making customers happy. The most recent time at Christmas, i purchased my teen a package of 4 eyelash tints (she's been getting tints every month) and was told if we bought 5 we could get 2 free. I was told that they would look into if should could still get her 10% teen discount on that package and we'd be contacted. I opted for just getting 4, but also assuming if i didn't hear back i could still just pay for the one more and get two free tints. Last night i took her for a tint and was told by a woman there that she thought we could get the 10% with the package and she'd ask her boss, Marni. She called back today saying no, we could now no longer add the extra tint on, even though i NEVER heard back from them at christmas. Additionally now the girl last night is saying she never told me she thought the discount worked for the package, even though she did (it makes no sense that it wouldn't anyway. Teens can't get packages too?) Overall it was handled really poorly, especially since it was such a small thing they could have done to make a long time customer happy. After years of using this spa, I'm taking my business elsewhere, including our entire extended family. I'll be sure to let all my friends know of this frustrating experience and the shockingly poor willingness to keep a customer happy.

I've felt pampered every visit! I've used the infrared sauna and hydrotherapy on a walk in basis and booked accupunture. The practioner was flexible and everyone has been kind and accomodating. Im looking forward to my next visit. A special thanks to Adrienne and Georgina for going above and beyond.

My 90 minute relaxation massage with Jessica was was the perfect antidote to the winter blahs. Excellent technique and info in a calm setting, I highly recommend and will rebook.

I love going to Maya. For my massage. Maya is intuitive and has calm energy. Her massages are so relaxing and so what I need for my body. I have cerebral palsy and osteoarthritis. So massage is great for the body. But also for the soul.

I went into the spa for a 60 minute "Mountain Waters Facial" and went home feeling like I'd just been on vacation. I was surprised at how much of a full-body-experience the facial was. Maya did an incredible job of choosing just the right products for my skin (dry, aging, rosacea). My skin feels fantastic! The forearm, hand, calf and foot massage was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this facial.

Roz is amazing! I had back-to-back pedicures done with a friend of mine and Roz not only offered an incredible service, she also seamlessly joined in on our conversation! Moreover, I broke my toe a month ago, and Roz was very careful to not stress my injury. I appreciate that she kept checking to ensure her movements felt comfortable to me . Definitely recommend booking in with her!

The hydrosoak was great! Massage was awesome! It was really noisy outside of the room though. Someone was vacuuming, the was a lot bumping around in the room next door, and that wasn't the most relaxing.

I was tricked into making appointment for my son, knowing I had full insurance they didn't inform me they did not have a RMT on site. after I paid my invoice knowing I was going to get reimbursed only then the massage therapist (Cindy Jones ) told me that she is not registered in BC as a RMT. I tried to connect with the employer till today (incident happened on December 29th ) she has not called me back. I have 100% insurance she thinks that I should get 50% off. The error was made from the receptionist I don't see I have to pay for error in there side. I am very disappointed in this matter. I tried to settle this matter with the employer but she refuses to listen to my complain . I don't trust this spa or wellness place what ever you want call .

Highly recommend a massage from Cindy to anyone experiencing anxiety and depression. I felt very cared for and soothed. She has a very loving, nurturing touch. I was able to get in the same day I called. Front desk staff were warm and kind, overall excellent service.

Terrible customer service! Two of my friends were booked in for a pedicure, and as one was unable to make it, I called that morning and asked if I could take her place. They insisted on telling me that my friend had called to cancel, and that the spot had since been filled. I confirmed with my friend that she had not cancelled, and we both talked to the spa again. They absolutely refused to accept any accountability, claiming that their staff and robust system couldn't possibly have made an error, and clearly it was one of us who called. After much discussion, they finally decided to look into it further, and called us back to claim that our other friend had emailed them to cancel the other spot - she had EMAIL PROOF. Apparently this "proof" was just an e-mail that my other friend asked about moving HER appointment, and when it wasn't possible, asked that they leave it all the same. Somehow their staff figured this was a cancellation for both ladies, and then reinstated one of the spots, but not both. They still continued to insist that the whole thing was our fault, and that the spot had been filled, and they could not accommodate us both at the scheduled time. My one friend did attend the appointment alone, and no one came during her time to fill the other spot. What was a simple clerical error could have been easily solved by accepting some responsibility, apologizing, and being honest - not the constant string of accusations and a lie about the availability, when the spot sat empty the entire time.

I had my brows waxed and tinted by Jessica. They look PERFECT. She is a self proclaimed perfectionist and it shows in the attention she spent on me. Great conversation and a quick service. The spa itself is central and in a gorgeous heritage building. There was even tea and fruit available... not your average brow experience. Thank you and I will be back :)

Always a treat! Great staff. Fantastic and professional services. Well worth every penny. I highly recommend adding a hydro soak to any treatment as it will amplify relaxation. And show up early so you can drink tea in the massage chair!!! ????
