Amazing atmosphere. Such a peaceful, inviting and comfortable spa area. Very tasteful and beautiful. The pedicure and manicurre were wonderful, felt so good and looked very pretty. Rozi is an awesome therapist, able to find the knots in my shoulders and left me so relaxed I fell asleep. Can't wait to visit again.

Rozy's day spa is the best from my experience!! I have no hesitate to recommend this spa to all my friends! Rozy's experienced massage and professional customer care is unbelievably fabulous! If you are looking for a one that you are at the high end resort, then you need to visit here! And pricing is very reasonable! I liked press-harder massage and I amazed she is really good with it. Spa is very clean and very private setting. I highly recommend this spa!! Only complain is I had to leave there after appointment...

I want to start off with saying a review won't do Rozi's Day Spa justice. You have to try it to see why you won't go anywhere else! I've been to see Rozi many times and every time I leave I always feel rejuvenated and relaxed. I usually prefer deep tissue massage and have searched Nanaimo for a massage therapist that is capable of really getting into the problem areas. When I tried Rozi's Balinese massage I was amazed how she was able to provide a consistent deep tissue massage while still systematically covering the entire body. I've also had the Thai massage and it was equally amazing. I would also recommend a facial from Rozi. I'm not usually into facials but I was fortunate enough to receive a gift certificate for a facial before our wedding this year. I had the facial done a week before the wedding and was very happy with the results. I started out a little nervous because I have sensitive skin. However Rozi uses only the highest quality of products that left my face looking like I was five years younger. I was so impressed I actually used some of the moisturizing cream on our wedding day. Not too mention along with a facial guess what? You get a full head, arm, and shoulder massage. Whatever service you decide to get make sure you leave yourself time to try out the shower. It's pretty amazing the finishing's in the spa are all top notch you'll be in awe the moment you walk in.

I highly recommend this spa. My husband treated me to the scrub the seaweed wrap and the massage pacage and i feel great. I'm very pleased the environment was serene and she is very professional, i would defanitly go back :)

I have had chronic back pain for the past six years and have seen countless Massage Therapists, registered and non. Rozi is one of the very few who's been able to really help the issue, and leave me feeling both relaxed and pain free. Aside from being an extremely skilled masseuse, she is professional, discreet, and very dedicated to creating a relaxing experience. The spa itself is beautiful, and the post-treatment shower is spectacular. Whether looking for pain relief or relaxation, you won't be disappointed here.

This place is an amazing place! I was looking for a place where I can have massages consistently since I have muscle pain around my shoulder and neck after I had spine surgery. I made an appointment after I read the reviews for here. After I had a massage with her, I totally agreed and understood what people said in their reviews. After my fist try, I made a booking for my next appointment right away. I have never had the muscle feel so free since my surgery and I always can't wait for my next appointment with her. I've tried a Balinese massage and a Thai massage with her, both are really good! Her place is very cozy and relaxing, the decorations make me feel like I am at a spa. If you are looking for REALLY GOOD MASSAGES she is the right one to go to :)!

I want to start out by stating that I've known Rozi for many years now, and although I can attest to her wonderful personality and demeanor, it in no way affects my review on her level of experience and professionalism. Rozi has been providing me with massage services for many years now and will continue to in the years to come. She has many years of experience in resort spas around the world and brings all of her experience to a beautiful spa in the comfort of her home in Nanaimo. You could assume that being a home based spa you may not feel comfortable, or that it lacks something, but you'd be wrong. She uses top quality products and has a facility that truly rivals or exceeds any of the spas I've ever been to. The foot bath service was a surprising start to the massage treatment and is an indication of what lies ahead. I prefer a deep muscle treatment so I usually get a Balinese massage. Rozi may look small in size, but she definitely has the strength to get into the toughest knots and tensions. The post massage shower....what can I say......the most AMAZING shower I have ever stepped foot into, bar none! No putting your clothes back on and leaving with a oily residue to carry around for the rest of the day. Rozi truly provides an amazing, top quality, and professional spa experience that will leave you feeling like you can't wait to go back. You will not be disappointed.

The best place ever to get a massage, hands down! Rosy is the most friendly, petite, strong girl to make those tired muscles melt! Her salon is sparkling clean, has heated floors and massage bed, the most awesome humongous bathroom ever and the most reasonable prices in town! Everybody should go and experience Rozi's touch at least once- it's the greatest!

What a wonderful experience I had at Rozi's! From the moment you walk in you feel totally spoilt...a luxurious foot bath is the first unexpected treat followed by the best massage you will ever have! I chose the Hot Stone and have had this massage many times before all over the world but Rozi's was THE BEST hands down. The atmosphere in the spa is lovely so I followed my massage with an awesome steam shower - another bonus you won't find in many other day spas! Absolutely a beautiful experience.
