The pedicure lady is good but super slow as in over two hours to do a pedicure. The nail fill lady said she'd prep my nails so I wouldn't be there too long...until a walk-in came along and then she decided to do her nails instead. I had popped off a nail in preparation but couldn't stay as we had dinner reservations. So I spent over $85 and walked out with my nails a wreched mess and only my toes done. Meanwhile the walk-in got her nails done instead of me. Horrible service by the nail fill lady. I gave the pedicure lady a tip because I'm not an a**hole, but the the other lady I couldn't even look at.

Had a gel manicure by Arie! She was so meticulous with my nails making sure they were fully prepped before applying the gel polish. I can tell this will last - clean spa, easy to get an appointment, great price ! Will be coming back for sure

Couldn't find a place that would do my nails with 30 mins notice the day before Xmas eve .They got me in and did my nails flawlessly . Will definitely be going there again .

went twice and got the same girl who had no clue what she was doing. Not sure if she was like fresh out of school or what but she should not be doing nails. my acrylics were falling off while she was doing them. It was painful to watch. They were so bumpy and uneven. I’m not a complainer so I just left without saying anything. My pedicure was good though. Everyone was super friendly so I hate to give a bad review.

My friend and I had the best experience at Paeonia! The ladies who work there are so sweet! They were extremely friendly and accommodating, they gave us exactly what we asked for. We love our nails and will definitely be back, this is my new go-to salon for sure!

This is my favourite place for nails, the staff here are so friendly and so kind! Whenever I get my nails done they’re perfect, I always get so many compliments. I’ve never received a lash set or fill from here but I’ve seen many who have and they do amazing work!!! Always so helpful to get you an appointment that works for me and are always persistant. I recommend Paeonia Salon to anyone looking for mani’s, pedi’s, lashes etc! They will always go above and beyond!

Unfortunately the nail lady I got could not do a basic flower so I had to ask to have it all removed and then I went with a solid colour. Three of my fingers are bleeding and the sides of my nails are poorly done. Hopefully this was a one off but I won’t be going back

I've only ever had my nails done twice and this was by far the best experience! Nice assortment of k cups. Endless nail colours and shapes and sizes. I picked a design that required her to paint thin lines and small dots and she nailed it. I enjoy the price ranges and her little girl had me sitches the entire time :)

I regrettably had a terrible experience at Paeonia Nail Spa, on Jingle Pot Road in Nanaimo, on February 13th. More then half of my own nails were showing on the sides and the acrylic nails themselves were very thick. The gel nail polish was not fully dry, leaving it bubbly on 3 nails, and one popping open on the side and pealing with in hours after the appointment. I also had a lip wax. Each side of my lip was coated heavily with wax 3 times, stripping away my own skin. 3 days later and I still have scabs on my left upper lip. All together I was in the nail salon for 3 hours and paid $250. It was a special date for my partner and I, which turned out to be a terrible experience. His mani/pedi was a positive one. My Pedi had a slight mistake on the one toenail, which was fixed on the spot. I went into the spa late on the morning of the 14th, to speak to the manager. She was busy with appointments, so I left my name and number for a return call. I offered two full business days and have not recieved a call yet. My nails were fixed on the spot. One is bubbly again, one is still quite thick and the rest if them are all different sizes. They apologized for the mistakes and blamed the machines for not drying the nail polish. The estheticians were very friendly, therefore I regret having to make this post. I had hoped to find a solution with the manager herself. With out any effort shown from the management or ownership, I decided to go public due to my terrible experience I've had. I hope no one else has to go through this.

Worst set of nails I've ever had. Thick and the decals peeled up by the time I got home. Never pushed back my cuticles or cut any hangnails. Don't recommend at all. Tried to call and no one returned my call. I'm stuck with them over the holidays.

They’ve booked me in for a last minute nail fill, as well as getting me in ASAP after I had broke a nail (fixed it free of charge) The atmosphere is chill, there’s always good music, and the salon is always VERY clean. Phenomenal service! Got the Mani Pedi combo and upgraded to gel (well worth the upgrade!). Pedicure comes with scrub and massage, foaming clay mask, blossom scented cuticle oil, and hot towel treatment. From the products used like; mango lotion, to how attentive the staff are, you can't go wrong pampering yourself at this salon.

Although kimmy and Joey were both incredibly nice, helpful and accommodating I was quickly frustrated as my nails began to peel shortly after they were done. I had no issues getting them fixed and was informed that one of the lights was faulty and was now being replaced. I’m very appreciative of their help but annoyed with how quickly my nails went from great to chipping

Service was good and they were all very polite but I got a set of acrylics on the 21st which now have 2 popped off. I've never had nails come off so easily. Not worth the $100 and the good tip :( disappointed
