I went to have highlights and a cut. I have been going to Aveda solans for years, and have used the products for forever. My stylist Kristy ( not sure I spelled her name correctly) was professional and did an amazing job. I came in with an idea and she got it done. Would highly recommend Breze.

Staff are friendly and professional. The massages are quality and when I can't get into my regular RMT due to my back pain, these guys are able to help me out and get back on track. *Note - they are not RMT's. I got highlights this past November and the stylist was full of information, but also was able to pick up on my cues that I just wanted to enjoy the service in peace. Highly recommend.

While I enjoy the atmosphere here and the girls are all very nice, the wax I had done was extremely patchy (we're talking both inner thighs from groin to knee totally untouched, plus all kinds of missed chunks around my knees and ankles). When I brought this up with the manager (Chandra) by email, it was clear that her priority was making sure that the original esthetician was the one who would pay to re-do it (instead of offering the service on the house, which any reputable brand should do). Thus, if I wanted it corrected, I had to coordinate my schedule around hers (which is quite difficult, as I work 10-6 M-F, an hour away, and happened to be away for the weekends). I offered Chandra times which I could get there, but since they didn't fit in the esthetician's schedule, my request has since been ignored. So I'm paying to go elsewhere, far sooner than I would normally need to go, and won't be back to Breze. I'd also like to note that if you're at all concerned about the waste created by waxing, this is not the place to go.

Super friendly staff. I hate their cancellation policy. I used to go there when Lindsey was there. Super duper nice girl! I tried someone else whom I didn't like. I want to give their hairstylists a try, but they're costly. Overall, it's excellent quality. The staff is great. This is part of a shopping center. Which is nice also if your partner goes with the kids to the playground in the center and you pa.per yourself.

I went for full body massage recently at Breze and it was outstanding. I had the elemental nature 1 hour massage and to my delight it even took my headache away. I have had many previous body massages due to an injury but Esthetician Desiree far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend to book with her.... you won’t be disappointed! I had an incredible massage at Breze in early December. Krystal was my masseuse. I highly recommend her as she really knows how to work the muscles and get rid of those knots. I will definitely be returning. The whole experience with the essential oils was wonderful. I also recommend that you have nothing planned after the service....you will be feeling so relaxed...you should just go home and enjoy the bliss that Krystal creates.

Come here for eyebrow waxing. Love that they have a team of ladies, can usually squeeze me in that day. My go to who is always been consistent and amazing is Siobhan. I go really red afterwards, always offers a tinted moisturizer. Took a long time to find a place I can trust with my brows.

Partner gifted me and my mum the Air package. We were late to the appointment by 15-20 minutes (my fault), but they still were friendly and made sure we were comfortable. They cut a few minutes off for our lateness but I didn't mind (I felt so bad). I had a pedicure two weeks prior for a wedding, so I was offered a massage instead for a little extra. I actually really needed a massage, so it worked out awesome and really helped my tense shoulders. The facial was really nice and my skin feels so soft. Massage + facial was so relaxing. I highly recommend Siobhan!

All of my services were wonderful and very relaxing. I pretty much floated out of the salon. Will definitely be coming back!

Expect all customer service to be non-existent if you have even the smallest of issues with Breeze Salon. When an issue was raised, a staff member instructed us to bring in the original purchase receipt and all would be rectified. Once at Breeze Salon with said receipt, we were told by the manager (Chandra) that she could not do anything for us, dispite being told differently by one of her employees. After I followed up with Chandra over the phone, I was instructed that she backs all her staff, which is clearly not the case after being promised one thing and it certainly was not delivered. The phone conversation proved Chandra to be extremely unprofessional, I requested contact with the owner twice over the last 3 weeks and have had no success. I will never recommend this business to any friends or family members.

Everything was great, from the call to book the appointment (also my husband bought me the giftcard and said that the staff was helpful and friendly, and it was so easy! Very disappointing experience. The sub standard nail polish peeled off in sheets within 24 hours. The manager refused to refund my money or any portion of it and was quite rude and condescending to me. And they do not follow Covid protocols as I was forced to wait in a small confined area with 6 other people, 4 of whom were staff who clearly were not busy as they were loitering in the reception area.

I was at this location about 3 weeks ago, and everything was fantastic! From accommodating my schedule and friendly customer service to the actual massage with Bridget - all professional and efficient. I enjoyed the sensory essential oil experience and the massage was relaxing. Moreover, I appreciated how the entire salon/spa was very clean. I will most likely go again and try out their salon services too.

i hate to do this, but i will be honest. One girl at front desk is very unpleasant, she comes across demeaning and i heard her talking down about a another client prior to my appointment. Since she is the first face you see at the salon, walking in doesn't feel comfortable.

This was my first visit. The one receptionist was so pleasant asked me if I would like anything to drink and was offered a warm towel the other barely made eye contact. The stylist (Jessica M.)was delightful and listened to what I wanted did not rush me at all and I am aware they have a schedule so felt bad for keeping other client waiting. I was more than delighted with cut and the head/shoulder/neck massage was to die for. The products are all environment friendly and no harsh smells and salon was so clean. I had the most amazing experience <3. I have very curly, chemically treated/bleached hair that is obviously very dry. Because of the curls, I use A LOT of product to tame them down, which inevitably causes a build up of product. (There is only so much shampooing and scrubbing that you can do to get rid of it). I get facials every so often and I wondered, can you do that on your scalp/hair? Ever feel like Facebook/Google is listening to you? While scrolling a post came up for Aveda's New Botanical Hair & Scalp Treatment line. I quickly looked up Breze and saw it was something they offered, I called and was able to be booked in within a few days. It was worth every penny and seriously EVERYONE should do it! My stylist was the AMAZING Nickolas. It was a complete spa experience for your hair/scalp. It included dim lights, an essential oil sensory journey, shoulder/neck massage to get comfortable and of course heavenly scalp massage/cleansing service complete with a hot towel to open up the pores/hair follicles, then shampoo, moisturizing mask/conditioning and blow dry to finish it off. They truly have put so much thought into this service! I am sure all of their stylists are amazing but I feel like Nickolas went the extra mile for me when perhaps other wouldn't. As I said, I have curly hair so I wasn't sure what it would look like leaving after the service. He spent the extra time to smooth out my curls to show how soft and shiny the treatment made them. I know his hands must have been tired after massaging my scalp for over an hour but he pushed through and made sure I left with my hair looking absolutely fabulous. You can tell he really loves his job and takes pride in making sure his guests leave feeling and looking amazing. Also thank you to Nicole for staying late past closing time so he could work his magic on my hair! If you're looking for something different than a facial or massage, I highly recommend the scalp therapy spa service that I received. If you're looking for a new stylist, I highly recommend seeing Nickolas. I know I'll be back to see him! :)

A VERY expensive way to learn that the "professional" master stylist sucks. She gave me shockingly bad low lights and when I opted to go to a real professional elsewhere was told a refund of any kind is out of the question. If you want a hand massage and a hot towel, go to Breze. If you want a good color, go elsewhere!

My first and last time... My Aveda Salon is in Vancouver and I usually travel to the mainland for my appointments but with Covid that just isn’t possible. So I wanted to try Breze. I already buy all my styling products there so it seemed like a great fit. My usual service is a cut $50 and botanical treatment $25. This time I was charged $35 for cut and $75 for treatment. Because the stylist ran late by about 10 mins (and I had to pick up my kid which I told her twice) I just paid for the service and left without question. I called my Stylist in Vancouver to ask why the huge price difference and she didn’t know why and advised I call the Manager at Breze. I called Breze later and spoke to Emma about the price issue, she said she would leave word for the manager to call me back. 5 days later and I still haven’t had a call back. Obviously shows me that I don’t even register in importance to this salon. In 2020 I specifically bought all my Aveda products from the Breze Salon to support a Local Female Business owner, because that’s important to me! Sad that she didn’t think I was worth a phone call in the end... I’ll be purchasing my products online now instead as there’s zero loyalty to this Location and the bridge has been burned.
