Got a pedicure here last week. They seemed to be very agressive when trimming my nails. When cutting the sides of my big toe nails I noticed that they would pull the whole nail down to the base. A week later and I have awful ingrown toenails that are so painful.

First experience here.. Great ambiance, fresh and new. Very friendly staff and well distanced. I followed my hair dresser Geri and was very happy with my whole experience.. It was a huge bonus to be able to make a pedi (i wouldn't normally even have one) after a cut n color. They have lots of beauty services here.

Came for a gel polish mani pedi today from Paige and Annie, and what a beautiful and relaxing new salon! Absolutely spotless and clean and the ladies do an excellent job on the mani pedi. They really took their time to make sure it was done right! Great selection of polish colours and brand new equipment. Was able to enjoy a mimosa at the same time. Felt so safe - they’re following Covid protocols without it feeling too clinical - still such a great and relaxing environment. Fantastic location as well - don’t hesitate to go and try it out!

I love this place of business. It is clean with professional staff and being a large location it is easy to social distant. Thank you MIA (with the glasses) and ELKIN! MIA was so sweet and wonderful with my mom. After mums stroke last year, she has a hard time relaxing her hand and communicating. But Mia was gentle and patient. And oh my gosh ELKIN! Only been doing it 2 years, but dang! Her cuticle work is some of the best I've ever seen, was so fast but gentle and efficient. Usually get fast, or good, but not both. I will definitely be back! Also, we showed up 30 minutes early and they still were able to take us in. Wow!

The experience was good and my "luminary" nails seemed to be done fairly well but... unfortunately my nails only lasted a week before I had TWO break off. I trimmed them all shorter so it would be less noticeable. They also charged me 50 extra dollars by accident. It was expensive and my nails didn't last the way I would have expected.

Great spa , excellent , friendly staff . I wish customers would respect their clearly posted info on the website re no food or drinks to be brought in. All the girls are lovely and shouldn’t have to be policing grown adults . Individual’s wore a mask , then put it down around their neck while slurping on their coffee , or drink . Kind of defeats the whole purpose and puts the staff at heightened risk . They do all they can to provide a safe environment so do your part .

First EVER pedicure (55 yrs old) and must say, was pleasantly surprised. Beyond has done an amazing job with their facility, and are acting very responsibly during the current pandemic. Staff are super friendly and explain the whole process as they go. Went with my wife who has had pedicures in the past, and she was thoroughly impressed too. Highly recommend giving them a try.

First off the store is incredibly beautiful.. I came to Nanaimo from Victoria to visit my family and wanted to get my nails done. I’m use to the high class Victoria has to offer so I wasn’t expecting to find something as extravagant in Nanaimo. But WOW! I had an acrylic set done by Minh and I was nothing but impressed by it. They are doing a great job in handling the cleanliness required due to covid. If I am ever in Nanaimo I am definitely coming back . I highly recommend this salon to anyone!

My mother in law had her nails done, prior to Christmas. Her Christmas treat! She is wheel chair bound and does not do housework or dishes. After two days her manicure washed off. She was sad. I asked Lily to ‘make her happy’ and she said “we warned you before hand” (polish). I’m sorry, I have had mani pedis for many years now. Polish does not wash off after two days of hand washing. People who know me know, I’m not one to post negative, but I’m sadly disappointed in your response. $120. For a mani pedi. I gave a second chance, for you to have a happy customer. I’m going back to my regular salon. Sorely disappointed

I had booked online a week prior to my appointment but when I got there my girl was running behind so I got a different girl and I was disappointed in my pedicure. No essential oil soak, so massage, no hot towel I was very disappointed. Not sure if ill go back especially cause I made a specific appointment time and date.
