Myself ,daughter and granddaughter went for a manicure and pedicure at the spa . We were impressed with service and cleanliness. Very disappointed in polish used for manicure and pedicure. Next day all three of us had chipping nail polish .In 2 days my daughter had to remove polish as was looking terrible. Need to use a better quality of polish.

Went there for the very first time and was totally impressed with the service. Amy was so good and was perfectly professionalized with that Indian Head Massage. The massage felt like a heaven and a total relaxation. Sure I’m returning soon.

Ladies at front desk not welcoming..they wanted us allocated to a room and out of their sight. We thought the price of the pedicure included the wax. Our local home town that we left to have an "expensive pedicure" was superior to this. Disappointed..this was a group of 8.

Amazingly relaxing!! I booked the Signature package and it was 3.5 hours of complete relaxation! My esthetician was fantastic and just let me rest during my massage and facial! Would totally go back again!

Was surprised with a facial from my boss and had not been to this spa, I felt extremely uncomfortable with taking off all my cloths on top and got a lot of attitude about being nervous like I was the only person that was uncomfortable with being naked. Told the lady I had sensative skin and asked if it was suppose to burn and itch, she gave me more attitude and when we stopped the facial early I was treated like a liar and told that that shouldn't have happened because it was a senative skin product and I was not treated with any bit of understanding or compassion by the lady i assumed was a manager. Would not recommend this spa to anyone with sensative skin. The pedicure was very enjoyable after I got another employee.

I came to Moose Jaw for an anniversary trip with my husband. We booked pedicures at Sahara and we were very pleased with the service. I paid the tab for our pedicures as well as some products and left. A few hours later I received a phone call that they charged us incorrectly and I needed to come in to pay the rest of my bill but they were about to close for the day. I said I would come in the next day and square up. The next morning we had a few more stops to make and I forgot to stop by the salon after we checked out of the hotel. When they called I informed them that I was already on my way back to Saskatoon and I would phone in with my credit card that evening as I didn't have the card on me. By the time evening rolled around I had several missed calls and rude voicemails by the manager. I did phone in that evening to pay the bill that was their mistake in the first place, as I told them I would. Very unnecessary harassment, very unprofessional. They made me feel like a criminal and we will not return.
