It's been almost 2 years since I've been going to studio Artista to do my nails with Kayla. Kayla is one of the sweetest, most kindliness human beings in the world! She's devoted to what she does, my nails never been that strong since I come and see her. I sincerely recommend her 1000% you ask her anything you want and she does it for you. She's not only my nail tech she's like a bestie too mee ♥︎ Thank you love for your amazing talent on my nails !!

OMG. I pampered my mom today with a mani, pedi and facial and she really loved it ! I was expecting negative comments from her because she is just never satisfied and her expectations are always too high ???? But she really had nothing to say except that the whole experience was amazing, from the people, to the services to the decoration! I was so happy to hear that and now I can’t wait to try it out myself ! Thank you ❤️!!!

The place looks good, the staff is nice, and they even offer coffee to their clients, which is great, but I booked an appointment almost a month before because I wanted an appointment on a Saturday, (on the 20th of may for june 15th) and the day of the appointment I got a message asking me if I could come 1:30 later. I understand that it can happen sometimes being late when clients are late or if there is a rush. So I rescheduled my appointment to today, but then again, my appointment was at 4:30, I came in at 4:35 knowing that I was 5 mins late, and I had to wait till 5:15 before getting my treatment. I understand waiting 10-15 minutes before getting a treatment, but I had to wait 40 mins ! When I told the technician, she told me she didn't know I had an appointment at 4:30. And also when I had to pay, the person was actually texting when I handed the money. Yes, it took me few seconds getting out the money from my wallet, but it isn't nice to wait after someone when you're handing money because they are texting.

I have been going to Studio Artista since August after someone referred me to my nail tech, Kayla. Kayla is literally a sweetheart. She checks in ahead of the appointment to know what you are thinking of getting, but also to make sure that she has the necessary material and colours. During the appointment, the conversation flows easily, that you don't even notice the time passing. I appreciate the professionalism that I am met with, the standards truly are set high. The nail tech team doesn't focus solely on their clients, and you feel like you are among friends. I am glad to have my nails tended to with such delicacy, such care and such talent. Flexibility, professional, and comfortable. I feel pretty when I leave there! Thanks girls! Thanks Kayla!

Originally went there for laser hair removal... They don't keep files for their clients so every time I would walk in and be taken to the private room to get my hair removal done, I was always asked "so which parts are you here to do today?" "Do you remember the level we used on you last time" "Which type of laser do you do" and so many more unprofessional questions that should not be asked to a paying client! As a business, it is your job to keep files for your clients and keep record of all this information. After 8 sessions, I still did not see amazing results as none of the aestheticians really knew what they were doing and eventually just stopped my treatment. As a client, you expect to walk in and have the professionals do what they have to do and not have to tell them what you're there to do or how to do their jobs. They also always ask at the end "so how much do you usually pay?" This was a year ago so maybe things have changed but this was my experience.

After hearing about Studio Artista from many people I decided to book and had an appointment for the Oxygeneo 3 in 1 treatment. Jessica was incredible! She walked me through the whole procedure and answered any questions that I had, My skin was in bad shape and I felt super comfortable with her. I must say I already see a difference in my skin and I am glad I choose Studio Artista! I have another session booked in October.

They are amazing but prices are way too high for everything and the most thing i hate about this studio is that they dont have fix price chart. Its always a different price for the same service. Who ever gives you the services invents a price in their head.

I've been to a few esthetician salon for laser hair removal, ans this one tops it all. Mainly because of the esthetician that I got (Sophie). She was very friendly and will make you comfortable in no time. I did laser hair removal for the bikini area . The whole session was painless which was incredible! Definitely coming back ! And recommending to all my friends!

I got a facial done at Studio Artista. When I first walked in the receptionist was friendly & the place looked great. But the lady doing my facial was cold and didn't seem too friendly. I was asking her questions about my treatment and she answered with quick & short answers. About mid-way through the facial, another staff member walked in the room and started having a conversation about their weekend together. I was disappointed because i had high expectations after seeing their Instagram and the good reviews. Although I might return to try getting my nails done, I would not recommend getting a facial done there.

It was my first time going there and definitely not the last time! Did bikini laser with the sweet and beautiful Sophie and it was awesome. She made me feel comfortable all the time I was with her (since it was a private part I was super shy). The whole staff was super nice and the place is pleasing to the eyes. I would strongly recommend this place to anybody who wants to do laser but are too shy to go somewhere to do it. Can't wait for my next appointment!

This plastic surgeon is not in fact a plastic surgeon. I was a patient at his clinic in Laval a few months ago. He was rushing me left blood all over my face and was unsanitary only one glove one one hand and he wore his mask under his nose during COVID. When I called to complain that the Botox didn't work or last after 1 month like the normal place I usually go to. He kept avoiding me. After speaking to others and finding out his bad all around reputation I was shocked and not surprised. Just google him and you will see for yourself. He's been trouble many times for claiming to be a plastic surgeon. I'm surprised a nice place like this where I get my nails done would associate with a person like that.

I'm so grateful to her. 13 years ago I was shopping at les galeries d'Anjou and noticed the ladies working at a store with these gorgeous brows - I had to ask, and they referred me to Gaby.
