The treatment is very effective! today I have almost no hair, I shave every 6-8 weeks, 1x between each treatment, and I can count the number of hair. Ma peau est plus sensible à la douleur à cause de la mélanine, comparée aux peaux caucasiennes (blanches) qui ne ressentent presque rien. Le traitement est très efficace ! aujourd'hui je n'ai presque plus de poils, je me rase toutes les 6-8 semaines, soit 1x entre chaque traitement, et je peux compter le nombre de poil. Aussi, un autre gros avantage du traitement au laser est que ça a réduit les poils incarnés et les taches que j'avais dans le dos. Merci Zulim, pour ta patience et tes services !

They are always nice and understanding when it comes to appointments. They also give great advices and they are very clear on what to do and not do to have the best results. Also, you want to be really picky when it comes to laser hair removal treatments because some salons are not professional enough and that can cause complications in the future. With instyle salon spa you know you are choosing a safe and the best option. When it comes to hairstyle as well, I have never been more satisfied than in this salon. Si j’avais un sourire c pcq le dommage n’apparaissait pas alors que le traitement était frais. Donc, Betty, j’attends ton appel pour une solution. Si tu ne veux pas donner de solution, alors j’ai mes Photos aussi , naturels , ensuite Kératine , ensuite post-lavage. Viens pas inventer du n’importe quoi. Aussi, concernant l’odeur du brûlé, oui nous avons eu cette discussion. Eva a dit que c’est de l’extérieur et l’autre a dit que c’est le Booster. Donc, laquelle des deux a mentionné que nous n’avons pas eu cette discussion? De plus, Eva a mentionné que tu n’es pas rejoignable, car tu es dans une zone sans réseau (j’ai fait semblant de croire cette salade, à moins qu’on me dise que t’as passé ton samedi dans le métro). Aussi, si j’ai menacé Eva, pk m’a-t-elle donnée son numéro de téléphone personnel pour la rejoindre au cas que personne répond au salon? Il me semble qu’on ne donne pas nos numéros à des gens menaçant. Donc, sois responsable et cesse de dire n’importe quoi. Comme mentionné, j’attends ton appel lundi pour une solution.

Horrible place for doing keratin. I keratin my curly hair and it did not change at all I can show you pictures from before and after doing keratin if anybody wants. She tricked me and told I will relax your curls for 50% but when I showed the result to her, she said it is your hair problem and she neither took responsibility nor refunded my money. If you found her Groupon promotion and she told you "do not buy it I will give you the same price" it is a trick, she will overcharge you. Finally, she said if you paid 600$ I would accept your claim but because you got the promotion I would not!!

Wow. I honestly don’t have words for how bad of an experience I had at this salon. Avoid at all costs. I am convinced that a lot of the good reviews are fake because this place is actually that bad.It is very telling that there are only 1 star and 5 star reviews on this salon.. I got a keratin treatment done there approximately 5 weeks ago and the result was underwhelming to say the least. I have gotten a keratin treatment in the past so I knew exactly what to expect from this service that I paid almost 200 dollars for. Despite following the instructions (albeit minimal) given by my hairdresser, my hair didn’t soften a bit after getting the treatment done. It literally had no effect on my hair. I waited a few weeks to call which was a mistake on my part. I just did not want to complain without being 100% sure that there was in fact an issue with my hair and I wash my hair once a week so it took a little bit of time before I was sure. Again, that is on me. When I made my complaint I was very polite and calm, while the person receiving the complaint was very unprofessional and she made character attacks. She implied that I was irresponsible and that I was lying, she also plainly said that she does not care about my excuses for not calling within 14 days, “I’m busy too”. She did not take any responsibility for their wrongdoing, shifted all of the blame on me, and she told me there is nothing that she could do for me. Not to mention, the two hair dressers who worked on my hair also had a pretty bad attitude. They were dismissive and cold towards me, a paying customer, despite me again just being polite. They also don’t accept any cards which is a little ridiculous considering that I have never been to a hair salon that only takes cash, and I was not informed of this over the phone beforehand. Really unprofessional establishment that really only wants your money. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I paid 150$, and I am not satisfied at all! my hair are still rough and frizzy and I need to apply lots of cream and oil to theme, and as you may remember I called you about this matter , and I came back to your salon ,but the only thing you did just washing my hairs using mask and cream,and advise me to comb out my hairs while using special mask on it! wasting money, time and at last damaged hairs!
