Very bad place. I paid for a seaweed wrap. I did a clay wrap, which is much cheaper. When I asked for a refund, they refused to do this, arguing that Madame who does the wraps took seaweed and she did not have it at the end of the day.

J’ai réserver pour coupe et brushing et là je te demande juste de couper ma frange et tu me répond ça ?? Encore une fois, aucun professionnalisme et aucun respect pour sa cliente. 5. Finalement, cerise sur le gâteau, elle me fait payer 40,25 $ ( avec taxes) pour SEULEMENT UN BRUSHING et qui est en plus à moitier fait par la coiffeuse et l’autre moitier fait par une cliente pas rapport ???????? Elle me dit que mes cheveux sont épais mais la dernière fois, j’ai payer 35$ pour coupe+ brushing et c’est elle même qui s’était occupé de moi !!!! Je suis rester respectueuse envers elle mais je n’accepte pas ce genre de comportement alors j’ai décidé de vous donner mon honnête expérience avec elle. À chaque fois que quelqu'un ouvrait la porte du hammam on recevait un grand courant d'air! Le hammam n'est pas chaud du tout. Il y avait trop de monde pour une période de Covid!! On avait très peur pour notre santé. Dans La miniscule sale pour se changer, il y a 5 chaises on s'est changées debout vite fait car il y avait des personnes qui attendaient... Le seul point positif est khalti qui fait le gommage, très sympathique gentille et généreuse. Bref, c'est un catastrophe et je ne recommande pas cet endroit pour les connaisseurs du vrai hammam.
