Placed an order and payed in advance for 3 electric beds for our new salon back in September. We are now January and they are telling us that the materials are still in Vancouver and they are waiting for shipping. We understand that COVID has had an impact on deliveries, but it is now 4 months we are waiting for our delivery and they can’t even give us a date that we will receive them.
