I was unsatisfied with the work that was done as I do not see a difference in my colour/brightness. I voiced my concerns in detail over the phone and my opinions were not taken into account and the situation was not resolved. I was repeatedly told the same thing when I attempted to voice my opinion which fixed nothing. The owner hung up on me when I was clearly very defeated and upset on the phone.
