I was going every 3 months for perms for this location when I found out two of my Moroccan co-workers were either turned away for service or lied to about having an appointment they had made ahead of time. I really wish this was not true, but I am unable to return there knowing this. I will have to look elsewhere for service now, as I can't in good conscience support a business who turns away non-English and non-white customers. UPDATE ON JAN 12, 2020: I also went in for my usual appointment and was advised they were cash only - I only use credit card. My friend advised they had a sign up at least 2 days before saying cash only. If this was an issue 2 prior, clients should have been notified to save them a trip. Sadly I will no longer recommend them and will have to go elsewhere.

This was my first visit and it definitely will be my last! I made an appointment in person and showed them a picture of the type of style and color I wanted. I was quoted $120 in person when I made the appointment. Needless to say $172 later my haircut and color looked nothing like the picture. I'm very disappointed and I believe I should have been charged what was quoted to me in the first place. I will be speaking to a manager on the matter.

The lady that did my hair took about 4 hours she did an amazing job.I did not give her much to go off of, I just told her I wanted darker brown with highlights. She made some really good suggestions and made me feel like a valued customer. I will be returning to this specific person.

I am a man growing my hair out and most places I go to they either talk down my hair and/or make their own adjustments which usually results in a generic cut that is much shorter than I'd like. I went there and they squeezed me in with no appointment, listened and tested my hair to see how it would act after certain cuts/drying and got me an amazing cut which is hard to do in the growing phase. No mushroom cut or no mullet cut or generic shorter cut just an amazing trim to help promote the growing and keep it clean! The prices were amazing as well!

The worst haircut I ever had in my whole life. I had to pay 50 bucks when it is near Christmas and they had sale signs all over the store. I asked them whether I had any discount because I am working in the mall too. But they said no. I even shampooed my hair before the cut in order to save time and money. But she washed my hair again anyway. Moreover, I was rushing to work after my cut. I told the girl to help me speed it up. She gave me attitude and said she had to do it for a hour like she didn't care at all.

I ended up walking out. My appointment was at 9 today and the guy the was supposed to be doing my color came out and told me he would be 10 minutes with an unschedualed client. It ended up being 40 minutes. This was completley unprofessional and impeaded on my day. I will never be going back and neither will my family or friends. I will ensure they know about your service.

Took my 9 yr old son dor haircut. Informed we required appointment. Made us wait for 30 minutes while 3 hairstylists had coffee in front of us while 4 th hair stylist was cutting hair. Would not return.

I didn't mind it when I got my hair cut there but they claim to be open online but I have called for weeks just to find out I think there closed. Not very cool

My daughter paid over $50 for a simple shampoo and haircut and when she got home, looked in the mirror, friends told her the cut wasn't strait,it wasn't for a simple hair cut. Still cost her $50 and a litte embarrassment when her friends seen it, she had to go back the next day to get it fixed. 2 stars is being nice.
