Funtime Pools has been maintaining our pool every summer for the last few years. They always show up on time, clean the pool well and take a few minutes to throw the frisbee to our border collie, Tucker. Even when I forget to call and book appointments, they always call to ask if they should book me in. We also purchased a hot tub from them and had them install it. It went very smoothly and was well done. Love the team at Funtime!

I got a call saying that a hot tub had cone in and that it was the same as we had ordered that would be coming in at the end of summer. This one was a different colour if we liked the colour they would deliver it within day. We looked at it and took it. They delivered within 3 days and was installed with professionalism. Explaining what we needed to do and told us if we have any issues at all to let him know. Very polite, very professional and cleaned everything when he was done. It is our second hot tub from this place and would recommend it to anyone that’s looking for a spa or swimming pool.

Tried to go in and talk to someone about starting a pool project at our home. Young guy at desk directs us to a lady in an office. We walk over to the office and the lady's reaction to us asking about getting a pool installed was one of surprise. Not sure why, FunTime POOLS. Anyway, we then get told that the guy we actually need to talk to is off today. So the ONE guy that could possibly help us out isn't there.. heaven forbid something happens to him, will the business go under? No one else knows the process? Super poor customer service. Too bad, we would have like to get a quote from them.
