I have been long overdue for massage therapy. I found Mike's listing online and have found the process from booking to appointment time to be smooth and comfortable. I am already feeling results from reduction in shoulder tension. My consultation was comprehensive and I felt that treatment adequately addressed my problem areas. Mike explained each technique and ensured I was comfortable and not in pain. I am always very anxious when beginning any treatment with a new practitioner but I have already booked my next massage appointment here and am looking forward to it.

This was my second visit to Mike Gillis RMT, for treatment to relieve and assist healing painful sciatica/episodes, which have profoundly hampered my quality of life for a year and a half! Even made working torturous by times. The whole process - from arriving; knowing that my/our safety is first and foremost a priority! To the actual treatment, that is interactive and so beneficial!! To even being given a cold bottle of water after my treatment, as I am getting ready to leave. Mike thinks of everything!! It was an relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I went to him in a pinch as my regular girl couldn't take me for a while. I was a bit nervous at first as it was someone new but I felt comfortable pretty quickly. Very nice, professional, very good. A few hours after I got home my shoulder felt a lot better. You get the full massage time that you booked with him. He also taped my upper arm and gave me stretches to do. Would strongly recommend him. He is also decently priced unlike some places around town.
