Wonderful manicure, was relaxing and she did a wonderful job. The only thing I would say is to change the chairs you have for your clients for manicures. They are hard and terribly uncomfortable. But overall, was excellent.

Disgusted to have contracted a fungus after receiving a service at this spa. What adds insult to injury is the poor handling of this extremely serious issue. Will be contacting department of health to ensure necessary steps are taken.

Booked a Thai Massage after reading the wonderful description but it was not what I expected at all. Actually it was not a massage and was not explained what it would be. I was dabbed with warm compresses and then had cream quickly swiped on. The bed was not heated and I was very cold the whole time. The therapist did put a heating pad under my feet but it didn't help much. Very, very dissapointed as this is an expensive treatment and went home more frustrated and not relaxed at all.

My mother and I were there on Nov 26 for Manicures and Pedicures. Everyone was friendly but my mothers polish was messy and worst she was aggressively scrubbed with the callus remover and ended up with a raw spot that scabbed over the next day. I called the spa and explained the situation and they advised that a manager would call. No return call! Not surprised!

I went for a pedicure and got fungus on my toe. I will NEVER go to this establishment again and would NOT recommend it to anyone. I am 52 years old and worked in the pharmaceutical industry for many years. I have been getting pedicures for over 20 years. Very discouraging to experience this. Will NEVER return there and since have received many comments on my Facebook of other clients experiencing same discontentment.
