They changed my appointment time without my consent, I waited about a month for this appointment, my calendar says 6:30 pm at the time I got there at 6:40 they told me that they scheduled my appointment for 6:00 pm and my time was almost over. They told me that my time was over and I won't get my massage, they never offered me a solution, I waited so long for this, I wasted my time considering I live far from the place and missed the opportunity to book my massage in other places. The person at the front desk didn't care at all

A global pandemic with a very airborne Omnicron and the acupuncturist Allan Roy doesn't feel the need to at least wear a mask when visiting patients. He wanted to see my tongue -- I told him there wasn't a chance I was taking off my mask while he wasn't wearing one. I decided not to go back for treatment -- if such a basic hygiene issue is ignored which others are as well? No thanks Edit: I can assure you that although Mr Roy had masks on his desk, at no point during the hour I was there did he wear one. If I had not wearing my n95 I would have left sooner, but stayed only because I have found myself in desperate need of pain relief. After I left and had time to reflect did I realize how wrong this is. I wouldn't mind a refund for the treatment that I cancelled today...

Absolutely amazing staff, and the owners truly have poured their heart into this business. If you are looking for a wellness center that ACTUALLY cares about your health and well-being, then look no further. They will do everything possible to assist you by utilizing their knowledge and resources to their maximum potential. I know they recently went through some hardship with a building fire, which is all the more reason to support them! Once the floats are back I highly recommend. Very clean facility. Love it, and love the service ! 5/5
