I went in today for an ear piercing, and was extremely impressed! Clinton was very professional and super friendly - as was the rest of the staff. I was kept informed of every step of the process (which was easy and painless). I will definitely be returning :)

They sold us 70$ a pair of earrings for our 5 year old, one was ok but other one kept falling off. We made sure it was clicked but the left one kept falling off. After 4-5 times of falling off, we eventually lost earring. This was a defect and manager refused to either give us new earring that is not defective or money back. I know FB shows good reviews for this place but if you run into a problem you are out of luck because the manager of this store is very difficult to deal with.

I recently visited for my 5 months daughter's ear piercing and Clinton was very professional and made me n the baby feel so comfortable.. And the piercing was done quickly and no pain to the baby... Absolutely recommended.. Will visit again...

Yesterday was my first visit to the salon and what a welcoming atmosphere. Very nicely decorated and friendly staff. I had the privilege of Saly doing a curl cut for me. This is usually a scary appointment for me, but she made me feel very comfortable and I was confident that she could create exactly what I was looking for. And she absolutely did! I would definitely recommend her salon and I will most definitely be booking again in the future.

I thought it would be a good place to get my nails done but unfortunately my nails are awful, they’re way to thick.Also they told me it wouldn’t even take 2 hours but it took 3 hours. People are very very nice but the woman who did my nails was not really experienced.

Love going to LSD. I am not a big hair cut person, I have long hair that I wait many, many months to cut. Even less often with Covid. I went in last week for a wash cut and style, which Amber did and it was wonderful. Great me time, great chat with Amber, she is so talented, and I left feeling wonderful. Highly recommend LSD!

My last visit ,December-19,2021 was with Amber-Senior Hairdresser. When Amber applied color to my blond hair, I felt more "pinch" as usual but ,I was waiting if any unconfutable feeling will continue ? It was a little better after couple of min. but pinch still in. The product hairdresser use, she said, it's lower as 15% bleach ( I never hear before....only 10,20,30 and 40 %) for my growing roots and it will take longer to proceed. After, when I went for wash ,I felt pain in my scalp, Arber checked ,she said, my scalp is not red ,I'm OK...but it didn't felt like OK to me, I just want to live Salon, didn't felt like to style my hair, just blow dry. Around 9 PM, evening time, my hair was too itchy and I went to bathroom to check with mirror found out, my top head scalp cover with blisters who looks like boils . Now, I have to spend money to heal my scalp and wandering, how my next appointment will go or if, I will have any more issues with my hair color ? I'm blond, which means, hairdresser have to be very careful and pay more attention to the bleach process but instead they are applying color over already blond hair and make my hair break easy and staff rushing for the next client and not paying attention to details. It's Christmas time and to look good for Holidays with pain in my scalp not very enjoyable, as I was hopping for.....Will see in the future, how thing will go ?? Senior Hairdresser means when stylists reach senior level, they require little supervision and have the knowledge and skills that usually equate to a higher cost for the customer than those fees charged by junior stylists. ...just saying...Merry Christmas.

Do no get your nose pierced here. They do it with a gun, which is not good as a piercing through cartilage should be done with a needle. The lady who did it was very nice to me, however, the service is not worth it. You are also told that you can change the piercing yourself within the next week. Although, this may be possible, it is not recommended to change a piercing that soon! They pierce you with just a temporary piercing that can fall out at any time, which is exactly what happened to me. As soon as it fell out I tried to put the nose piercing in and it would not go back in, no matter how hard I tried. By the time I took it out to try again, it would hardly even go in the hole!! I called and told the salon my issue and they told me I could not get any refund, that nobody else finds it difficult to change and that they would just take my name and phone number instead. I have not heard back from them. Now I have to get it pierced again, properly, with a needle. The piercing place I am going to now is 10$ cheaper too. The gun they use at this salon can be bought online for 20$.

Very friendly staff and very good with extra cleaning and ensuring safety when in the salon. I went for a lash lift and it barely did anything to my lashes, but I don't believe that is the fault of the salon. (My eyelashes are very pin-straight) Will definitely come back for all my hair needs.

Highly recommended!! Today we took both our girls to get their ears pierced. The service was GREAT!!! Clinton took the time to explain everything and made my girls feel extremely comfortable and excited for the procedure. Even my very sensitive daughter did amazing. We left very happy and satisfied.
