Kimberly uses sugar for hair removal, which is less painful and organic and will never burn you. She is so incredibly experienced with health and wellbeing. She is body positive and empowering- you must meet her, it is an honor to be sugared by Kimberly! I've been going to her for all things hair removal, she is the best at Brazilians I've never met anyone like her. She's also amazing at massages. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

Is it fair to say stop reading and trust me, you need to go to Kimberly's!! I started going to Kimberly when I was 17 years old because of a review like this from a good friend of mine. Coming to Kimberly the studio for the first time I was nervous. But Kimberly made it the most comfortable and motivating experience that I never expected to encounter. 6 years later I still come here for my sugaring needs and for the absolutely serene conversations. I was forced to try other salons during my travel across the country and not one person made the experience fun or spa-like, the way Kimberly does. She is experienced, fun, full of wisdom and is passionate about your beauty. If you are unsure about whether you could ever get a Brazilian , stop worrying, pick up your phone and book an appointment. Don't you know, you're dealing with the Brazilian Queen baby!

Kimberly's studio is in her adorable classic house, one side of the house being her home and the other side is where she runs her business. You get the feel of both proffessionalism and comfort. Kimberly does a great job at whatever treatment she is providing, she is very meticulous to say the least, she makes sure to provide the perfect results! She is very bubbly and probably one of the sweetest women you'll ever meet. All in all, her treatments are a little on the more expensive side but definitely worth your time!

Kimberly is one of the most kind hearted down to earth people you will ever meet. Getting a Brazilian done is no fun task, but Kimberly's technique and knowledge makes you feel at ease and not awkward at all. I would highly recommend sugaring over the traditional waxing any day, there is so much less pulling and the hair grows less and less each time! It's AWESOME! She doesn't just do Brazilian's, she is a wonderful make up artist and masseuse. If you want to walk away feeling like a goddess for the day... then I would HIGHLY recommend this Studio! I have been going to Kimberly The Studio for over a decade, and there's no one else I would trust with my Brazilians! I remember when I first came to the Maritimes and no one was doing Brazilians, which I found to be a little odd, anyway, so I called her spa to ask since she was the only Aveda spa in the area, and she laughed on the phone and said she'd been doing them for years much to the horror of other spas. Also, she doesn't do waxing, she does sugaring, which is completely different, and much better for your skin. I have been to spas and salons all around the world, and Kimberly is by far one of the best, plus she's the kindest person, and very generous with her time. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for sugaring, facials, body treatments, etc.

I do not normally leave such low reviews. But I felt this salon needs to have a few things addressed. I have huge issues with the way she sterilizes her tools. She waited until I was sitting there to do it... took them out a drawer and just washed them... this is not sterilizing.. also cut my skin when buffing and then blamed it on me having a prior scratch..which I did not. I also asked if she could do waxing on me and she told me how good she was at doing waxing and that she could,..but did not and didn't even explain why she couldn't just said appointmen's done... so strange.. there was alot of time wasted in my eyes getting infomation on me about a half hour which could have been spent waxing me..... I didn't understand this. I will not go back. :(

How you groom down there is purely a personnal decision but if bare is what you're after Kimberly is your girl. If her job is to make you look and feel beautiful : Mission Accomplish. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, silky smooth and confident. I was so nervous and I was expecting the pain levels that rival those of Steve Carell's in the 40 year old Virgin. It was truly a great experience ; fast, clean and gentle. She's an expert at what she does and deserves her title as '' Queen of the Brazilian''.

I had a Brazilian wax followed by a relaxation massage. Her attention to detail as well as her ability to feel her clients' energy in order to provide the very best experience possible is second to none and like nothing I have ever experienced. All I can say about this woman is that she is so AWESOME!!!! I love her tons and consider her a good friend! She is so caring and you are not getting out of there without everything being perfect! Since covid ,she's changed so much to accommodate the new rules and went over and beyond even that, to make sure she made her customers feel 150% safe. And all without putting her prices up which almost Everyone has done! And the place still feels very warm and extremely inviting just like the hostess. Her sugaring is environment friendly which is extremely important to me and very good for sensitive skin like mine ,cause I have a lot of eczema. If you're thinking about waxing ,she is the best BY FAR in town! You won't be disappointed. She's a gem this lady. You won't find anyone like her. I consider myself very lucky that she's in my life!
