Outstanding in all areas! Over and above the property which was clean, my room nicely updated, comfy bed all of the amenities one would expect was the surprise and delight I experienced over the course of my 5 day stay. Over the top extraordinary service experience from absolutely everyone. A special shout out to the entire team at the restaurant Mavericks where we ate all our meals. Each one amazing and again fantastic service! What a special and memorable experience you created. Thank you!

Overall, great stay! Our room was right by the elevator which made it kind of noisy. There was no shampoo which sucked but room was great. Clean, tons of parking, Tim Hortons within walking distance!

We were staying at this hotel due to very sad family reasons. The staff were aware of our situation and were very compassionate and responsive. At one point we had a problem with our room. The staff member went well above what we expected. Amazing service and kind, friendly staff.

Great place to stay and eat. The meeting rooms were soundproof which impressed me the most. Never saw that before as there were two functions going on side by side and you could not hear anything from the other side or the hallway. Very impressed.

Great hotel and great restaurant downstairs. They have a gym and their rooms have a stand up showers. Free WiFi for the duration of the stay and high def TVs in rooms is also a plus.

Friendly and helpful staff; very clean hotel with comfortable accommodations. Although the menu looked good, we didn't eat in the restaurant as it was too expensive. The choice of wine in the bar was very limited, and expensive for the quality. We wouldn't stop in the bar again.

I travelled from Saint John for a business meeting at Maverick's Steakhouse & Grill inside the hotel and the first thing I loved was how easy it was to find and how quickly O was able to get there from the highway. From the outside, the building is beautiful and the grounds and parking lot are well kept. Inside the lobby, everything is modern, clean and inviting. There are public washrooms off the lobby which are very clean and bright. The staff in the restaurant went above and beyond to make everyone in our group happy and the food was delicious. I will definitely be back when I'm in Moncton again!

I gave a two Star rating due to customer service. I called and requested a couple of pillows and a blanket, two and half hours, I had to re call and ask again. The next day I called and asked for extra towels, and never received them.

Loved the room. It was very spacious and beds were comfortable. New and very clean. The bathroom was also very modern with a large walk-in shower. The restaurant on site Maverick is on the pricey side so we did not eat there, but overall enjoyed my stay.

Had a great stay while traveling for business. It was nice to have Maverick's restaurant at the hotel, it was delicious!

I usually stay at the Delta, but it was full so I booked a room at Four Points for one night. Although it looked really good online, the rooms were just okay, and the restaurant, Mavericks, was below average for both food and service. In addition, this hotel advertises that it has room service, however, you have to pick up your order from the restaurant and bring it up to your room yourself. I would not stay here again.

We came here to visit our daughter. I love this place. The staff are amazing. They are very welcoming. They found out it was our 25th wedding anniversary and they gave us a suite. The suite there is a Kings size bed. The made 2 swans out of towels and they put rose petals on the bed. They also had a bottle of champagne chilling in a bucket of ice along with chocolates and a beautiful card from the staff. They definitely go the extra mile. I would recommend this place any time. The lobby is always immaculate and very clean.

Room was great, highlights being room size, bed quality, and most especially the bathroom (large walk-in shower). Some little issues, like shower body wash dispenser being empty, but overall didn't diminish my experience. Issue at check-in was resolved quickly by manager on duty at the time. Will return.

Cleanliness and pets allowed

Very nice and spacious rooms! The meeting rooms are great and staff are very accommodating! I wish there was a pool but if your looking to have meeting space or a nice place to stay while in Moncton I would highly recommend the Four Points Moncton!

The Room was clean and was stocked with all the standard amenities. I traveled with my dog and the room was located on the first floor close to exterior door which made it easy to take my dog out for bathroom breaks.

Our stay at the Four Points was a wedding gift but check in/check out remained to be easy and hassle free. The hotel staff left us a gift of chocolate, a bottle of wine, and a card signed by a few staff. We stayed in one of the suites and it was lovely. The double soaker tub was beautiful and a really nice touch.

Would highly recommend the hotel but not the restaurant

Room was clean and staff was friendly. After I checked out and left, I got an email accusing me of swapping pillows and taking theirs. I dont travel with my own pillows so was very confused. I had to turn around and go back to straighten out is issue. It was resolved but I probably won't stay there again because of this.

This place is very unprofessional it does not pay its employees and make them work for free when you go there and ask them for money they are the least helpful I feel like I'm wrong for asking them for money if they can't respect the employees who is to say they will respect their guests

Stayed here twice in the last few weeks. We were travelling with our pets and were happy to have the pet friendliness of this hotel. Although the staff was unhelpful (specifically Jennifer from Oshawa) and we seemed as though we were bothering them the first night we stayed, we carried on through our trip. We stayed again on the way back and were greeted with roughly the same staff, the gentleman at the front desk on the afternoon of the 22nd of June, received what seemed to be a crank call at the front desk and began to tell all the customers coming in about the call and how funny it was. Personally not interested in the fact that someone called the hotel to ask if there were hookers/porn stars on site, to each their own I guess, this went on for quite sometime and was still going on when my husband and I went out later on. Great hotel, well appointed rooms, and clean! The front desk staff leave a little to be desired but the hotel was very nice.

Hotel was great. No one bugging you it was quite staff was nice and friendly

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful given that Moncton is in the red phase of covid-19. The only disappointment for me was the AC/heating unit in the room was too noisy for my liking. I don't sleep well with noise so thats just a personal issue.
