I had a pedicure done here with four others. We booked it a week in advance and they requested we prepay half... I've never heard of a salon requesting this but maybe it's normal in NB. The staff were pleasant, the nail color selection wasn't great but not disappointing either. The paint job on mine was average- some paint was left on the skin around the nail. My spouse's big toenails were cut at a weird angle and not fixed after it was pointed out. I was unpleasantly surprised that the $35 pedicure did not include the standard foot scrub or any type of dead skin removal. All it included was a cuticle push, clipped toenails, and polish. Then we were told that the UV light was only for people who bought more expensive pedis so we'd have to wait 45 minutes for the polish to fully dry. At the end of the day, we realized they overcharged us by $41 (we're still waiting to hear back about the refund). Overall not a bad experience, just not one I'd recommend based on the quality and price point. I've had better pedicures for 2/3 this cost at a many a mall multiple times in my life.

***EDIT—Noticed the business left a response: First, given no name is noted, it appears an assumption was made about who may have left the review, and responded based on that—I do NOT have any allergies, and the fact that you disclosed something like that on such a public platform, then went into further detail about that person’s appointment doesn’t speak well to your discretion or respect for people’s privacy, let alone the clear lack of professionalism from someone in a managerial/supervisor role!!!*** Called and booked multiple services (well over $300 worth!). A 50% deposit was requested for a new set of gels...strange but ok. Was told the reason for this is because “we’re known for our gels”...as a life long resident of the area who had been getting manicures for over a decade, this is news to me! Anytime I’ve discussed or asked coworkers and friends about gels, FFF has never been mentioned. The gel nails were nothing special, and began to chip and lift in less than 2 weeks...pretty basic & amateurish to be honest. Considering the price, I thought it was pretty absurd to actually charge extra for any nail art (which no one seems to be capable of doing anyway!) The only bright spot of all the services received was the pedicure, but I suspect it had more to do with the aesthetician than it did with the business itself. Given this place is average at best, requesting a 50% deposit for any service, and the prices are a bit steep when all is said & done, I have zero intention of returning. The quality just isn’t there.

I went there several times in the past with no problem. A while back my appointment was canceled because the nail person couldn’t make it to work. I understood completely but they could only book me 4 weeks later! Needless to say I wasn’t impressed and never returned. The staff is ok friendly wise except for Jessica who is a sweetheart. Would not recommend. Found another place where I’m completely satisfied.
