My husband is now also a client of Dr. Chantal Chiasson and despite the distance of 1 1/2 hours by car, he is very happy to make the trip. Je recommande hautement l'expertise et le professionnalisme du Dr. Chantal Chiasson ainsi que son soucis du détail. La clinique a un environnement très chaleureux et un personnel attentionnés. La synergie amical est remarquable. Ils fournissent un niveau uniforme et élevé de service à la clientèle qui est essentiel pour une expérience positive. Et ceci dit, je n'écris que très rarement un témoignage sur quoique ce soit. Mais c'est important de le faire lorsqu'on est satisfait. Ce que j'aime le plus, c'est le service personnalisé et bien-sûr les résultats très naturel. Mais aussi le dialogue sympathique qui me fait sentir comme un deuxième chez moi. Mon mari est maintenant aussi un client du Dr. Chantal Chiasson et malgré la distance de 1 heure 1/2 de voiture, il est très content de faire le trajet. I was told they were going to make incisions and then laser the inside the bumps around my eyes. They just cut chunks off my face and used the laser over all afterwards for faster healing. I now have red scars on my face. Nothing like how the procedure was explained to me in the consultation. I was 45 min early and they took me in an hour late. They put the numbing cream on and it was an hour before they seen me so I think by the time they we’re finishing with the laser it has wore off some and holy that was painful. The nurse didn’t have a clue and the doctor was giving her my instructions to put solution on for 10-15 mins 4 times a day and she would turn around and say 5 mins (did this twice in a row) then the doctor kept trying to teach her so I had to sit thru it three times and then she wrote it out for me wrong again scratched it out and rewrote it and then had to rewrite it on fresh paper. Waste of money. Wish I never did it because now I have a red scar under my eye and the cuts they made on top of my eyes weren’t deep enough and none of those bumps are gone.

I was in to figurra for my consultation a few weeks ago, I have been getting Botox at another facility here in Dieppe for 2 years. With figurra I have learned things about Botox I did not know, it’s blew my mind! I was in to get the injections yesterday and I have never been happier.
