Don't be duped into thinking they offer massage therapy. They do not employ any RMT's, only estheticians. And by having a "massage" completed by an esthetician it is not an eligible benefit with health insurance. (Which they do not tell you until after services are completed) Not happy with my first experience at all.

I was in recently to get my hair cut. I had long hair and wanted a change so I asked for my hair to be cut to about where the crease of my armpit is with some layers hitting around my face and shoulders. My stylist was nice, but very chatty and extremely distracted. She ended up cutting all of my hair above my shoulders. By the time I noticed what she had done it was too late. I didn't have the heart to tell her how much I hate it. I specifically told her I wanted to be able to get it up into a ponytail and I cannot. She was nice but I just wish she had listened to what I wanted.

Amazing!! Got a one hour relaxation massage, no this is not a therapeutic massage so not billable through insurance but its priced lower so completely fair and honestly more enjoyable then any massage done by a RMT :) nonetheless Marley did an incredible job and I already rebooked!

Had an incredible 90 minute pedicure! First thing I noticed when I walked in was how relaxing and serene it was. The ambiance instantly puts you into a zen state and that flows throughout the spa. The staff are wonderful and are happy to accommodate whatever you need. Looking forward to going back!

I’ve been to both the Moncton and Saint John locations and absolutely loved it! In Saint John I had a 90 minute massage with Josh and it was fabulous. I’ve had massages for the past 20 years and he was one of the best. Very knowledgeable and experienced. In Moncton, I received a pedicure and relaxation massage and again it was wonderful. I highly recommend Element 5 Spa! They even serve wine ???? Sincerely, Sandra Landers

Pricey and overated. The lady who served me was nice so I can't give 1 star. Tried to voice my concern to the male manager on duty who did not know anything about the treatment. Leaving the spa after sort of treatment of pedicure with fancy name, cost $74 something after tax. It would cost less plus fresh nail polish if I went to my regular pedicurist. Won't repeat

Discussed the problem areas and areas were not concentrated on. For $100+ a massage therapist should probably listen to your concerns.
